• Carol A M (9/5): Stylist roomy apartment in an up market area of the city. - The location was in easy walking distance of the old town, the train station and the tour bus stops. The area was beautiful lively and safe. Despite being on a major street noise day and night was minimal. The area felt 100% safe. Although tye building was 5 story with a lift, the lift didn't stop at the first floor which was a bit of an issue for my wife who uses a walking stick. I'm not sure if this is made clear on the listing. The cups and glasses provided were stylish but tiny. British people tend to like a large cup/mug for tea. Sorry. We went and bought our own

• Marius Dionisie (8/5): Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and with some improvements, the apartment could be an even better choice. - We had a pleasant stay overall. The apartment has a very good location, reliable WiFi, efficient air conditioning, and communication with the host was smooth and responsive. That said, some improvements would make the stay even better. The cleanliness of the floors and surfaces/tables needs more attention. We wore indoor slippers and did not enter with outdoor shoes. In the rooms, the white floor did not show much dirt, but every time we stepped into the bathroom, the dark floor made it very clear how dirty the apartment floor actually was. The kitchen could also be better equipped with essentials such as water glasses, kitchen paper towels, a sufficient number of dishwasher tablets (we received 3 for 7 nights), and more coffee capsules (only 4 were provided). Also, a toaster would be useful. The dish sponge provided was already used. There is no shelf in the shower for shampoo or shower gel. During our stay, the handheld shower came off the wall on the first day. The issue was fixed, but not very promptly, as it took 4 days. In the bathroom, there was a constant sewage smell, and the shower drain did not work properly — water accumulated and sometimes overflowed into the rest of the bathroom. One full day, the tap water was very dirty (dark brown color), which was unexpected since it was mentioned that the water in Genoa is drinkable. In the wardrobe, the rail for hangers is placed very high and is difficult to use. Finally, the towels/sheets changing policy was not clear. After asking, we found out it costs €15 for 2 persons. For longer stays (ours was 7 nights), it would be helpful if this information was mentioned in advance or if at least one change was included in the price.

• Marcin (10/5): - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja przy głównej ulicy Genui. Blisko Marketu Orientalnego i zabytkowej części miasta. Wyposażone we wszystkie przydatne sprzęty. Mieszkanie nie jest tak jasne jak na zdjęciach, ale nam to nie przeszkadzało zwłaszcza że trafiliśmy na upały gdzie nawet w nocy na zewnątrz temperatura nie spadała poniżej 30°C. Nowe klimatyzatory świetnie się sprawdziły (jeden w salonie i jeden w sypialni). Właśniel bardzo kontaktowy i pomocny. Polecamy!
• Michael (9/5): Ein außergewöhnliches WOW - Der Kontakt war herausragend und die Wohnung sehr schön und geschmackvoll. Es war nicht möglich die Fenster komplett zu verdunkeln. Lichteinfall durch nahe Straßenbeleuchtung.
• Peter (7/5): Very enjoyable, good location but issues with the facilities which tarnished the stay. - Good central location, apartment as described. We had problems with the air conditioning failing in the bedroom, also as other guests have noted, the shower leaks all over the bathroom floor and into the hall. This requires mopping up after each shower. We felt that the crockery was very limited with only small express type cups and small drinking glasses.

• Tatiana (10/5): Nice apartment in a brilliant position - The location is great, very comfortable apartment, equipped with everything you need. There are some problems with the shower- the water immediately goes out to the floor, so you have to switch off the water very quickly.

How was very responsive to my messages and clear how to access the property Curtains in bedroom didn’t close to actually cover the window so it was very light. Also shower tray meant the water could easily run into the bathroom, it isn’t positioned correctly
• Stuart (9/5): Enjoyable stay in Genoa - We were very pleased with the apartment, it was well furnished and in good condition & clean and it is located in an excellent central location within the city. We found the owners to be very pleasant and responsive. A very enjoyable stay. As reported before check out we found that we had to be careful when showering that the shower tray didn't spill water over into the room, it didn't seem to drain fast enough. Hopefully this can be easily resolved and it wasn't a big issue for us.
• Lea (10/5): Lovely stay in modern apartment in the heart of Genua - The location of the apartment is perfect - at the edge of the old and the new part of the city with an incredible amount of great cafes and restaurants in short walking distance. The apartment is very spacious and features everything you need. It seems to have been renovated somewhat recently so all the appliances work perfectly and there is also ACs in both the bedroom as well the living room which is perfect in summer. The hosts were also very nice and could be reached very fast if needed. The blinds in the bedroom are a bit too short to close over the whole window which was a bit annoying as the apartment is at a busy street where a lot of lights of the shops etc. stay on for the whole night. Was okay for us but if you're a sensitive sleeper this could be a downside :)
• Anastasiia (10/5): Exceptional - I love Italy and travel a lot. I must say that after staying in this apartment, I truly felt at home. First of all, it’s a very stylish designer apartment, located right in the heart of the city. As soon as you step outside, you can grab a coffee, enjoy a delicious croissant — there are plenty of boutiques, shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, and very convenient transport connections. I was pleasantly surprised by the attention from the hosts, who took care of my check-in and made sure everything was perfectly arranged for a comfortable stay. I’m absolutely sure that I will keep coming back to this apartment, because it’s a perfect combination of comfort, cleanliness, excellent location, and a beautiful view. I’m very grateful to the hosts for their hospitality. Highly recommended to everyone.
