• Rostislav (5/5): Очікування та реальність відрізняється, і ціна не відповідає якості. - Помешкання має сучасну техніку. Але на кухні не вистачає приладдя, немає сковорідки плоскої, тільки два келихи для вина. У приміщенні не було води, тиск був надто низький і попри те що у апартаментах є два душі, фактично можна було користуватися тільки один, і то з перебоями у гарячій воді. Персонал ніби намагався вирішити проблему, але результати нічого не змінив. Також по приїзду у нас не працювали одні двері з кімнати на балкон, і ми їх самі ремонтували, але щільно вони так і не зачинялися. Найгірше що в двох кімнатах була пліснява на стінах та в туалеті, це було жахливо 😨 і ми про це одразу повідомили власників.

• MARIA (10/5): MEJOR HOTEL JOAO DA MATA EN LISBOA - La ubicación, el apartamento amplio cómodo, tenia todo lo necesario, una vista super linda de algunos ángulos de la ciudad, podiamos utilizar todo lo que el apartamento tenía y todo funcionaba no tengo nada que decir al respecto
• Damián (5/5): No volveré - Casa reformada pero déficit La propiedad se encuentra en una calle muy empinada, en la parte más alta de la zona. Durante los cuatro días de estancia, solo hubo conexión Wi-Fi un día, y fue el último. La vivienda está literalmente llena de hormigas. La cocina solo dispone de dos vasos/copas. Las varillas de la cama están sueltas o rotas. En la segunda habitación, la puerta no cierra correctamente porque la cama es demasiado grande y choca con ella. En la ducha hay moho, por lo que sería recomendable una limpieza más profunda. La calle donde se ubica la vivienda es solo para residentes, y las calles colindantes son de pago mediante parquímetro

Great value, Very responsive, supplied what I asked for As we got there the bathroom floor had an ant invasion and they also came into the bedroom and the dresser. There was no hand soap in the bathroom. Just badu supply to have. The kitchen sponge was old and worn. No hooks for towels in bathroom or bedrooms The second bedroom door was not able to be closed. The bedframe was sticking out. So it was loud for the person in there, needi g to keep door open and no privacy. All closets were upstairs nothing to hang for the 2 downstairs bedrooms. Ant spray was supplied but not sprayed. We had to do that to get rid of them. After we sprayed we didn't had that issue anymore.
• Irene (9/5): Muy bien - Está bastante bien y limpio. Las camas son cómodas aunque las almohadas no tanto. Esta bien equipado y tiene calentadores en todas las habitaciones. Pedimos que nos dejasen salir una hora mas tarde y no nos pusieron problema y contestaron muy pronto.
