• Paweł (10/5): Feel free to stay at this appartment - Very clean property with good location. wonderful and friendly apartment owners Check-in and check-out were easy. They waited for us to check in and we really liked it. There are lot of things for the kitchen which is important Unfortunately, there was a bad smell from the pipes, but I think the owners cannot influence this. there was also light mold in the bathroom on the ceiling, so will fix that problem

• Mark (10/5): The location is phenomenal, the experience was flawless - I know this might sound like a backhanded jab at some other providers, but it reminded me of those old-school ski brochures that promised ‘a short walk to the slopes’—which usually meant trudging half a mile uphill in ski boots, dragging your gear like a sherpa! That’s why discovering a place that not only lives up to its promise but surpasses it is such a rare and wonderful thing. This stay was everything I’d hoped for and more. The location is phenomenal, the experience was flawless, and honestly, I’d go back in a heartbeat. I can’t recommend it highly enough—it’s a true gem, and I really hope I’ll have the chance to stay there again soon I believe a few of the on-site shops that were previously mentioned—like the pharmacy—are no longer there. That said, there are still excellent alternatives just a short walk away, so I didn’t find it to be an issue at all. In fact, as someone who lives in the middle of a bustling city, I found the atmosphere here surprisingly peaceful—much quieter than my own apartment, where noise is basically a 24/7 soundtrack...However, if you are staying here be prepared for the bustling city... I'm not actually sure when the Basketball court finished playing games at night but it wasn't early!!!

• Cherry (8/5): Great - The host was very accommodating, and instructions were given prior, so it went smooth when we reached the location. The water heater, it was a okay, but trying to turn it on was a bit of a challenge for us since its a bit high up to turn the knob. But other than that, everything is great.

• Brendan (8/5): The perfect base for a week in Cebu. - Great studio apartment in Taft East Gate precinct that’s perfect for a few days or even a longer stay in Cebu. 10-15min walk to Ayala Mall and IT Park. Well connected to bus and jeepney routes. Great cafe (Stamp Coffee) and swimming pool in the building too! Good amenities with a washing machine and water filter which is great when travelling. There is a strong smell from the pipes
