• Adam (9/5): Perfect place for solo traveller. - Good localisation, close to the center of the town. In the kitchen all what every traveller need to make own food. Single room. I'm travelling solo and at last I paid for one bed. The owner was very quick answering for my questions. Everything was ok. It Would be perfect with an electrical socket next to the bed. I know one is under the bed and the second is next to the door but it is easy to forget about charger connected under the bed. (It's just my small advice to the owner).

• Andrea Heléna (6/5): - Location was good, room and facilities were clean Outside of the house was dirty, couldn't have a goodnight sleep, not once, because of other renters (drunken knocking on my window at 3am cos he couldn't find his keys , henwas out of his mind drunk, next night disgusting retching and shouting all night). It was the "if you buy cheap you buy twice". Room could have had a bin also. Don't think I'm gonna recommend
• Cristiano (9/5): - Guesthouse in pieno centro città con un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo se rapportato ai costi della vita in quella zona del mondo. Camera essenziale ma comoda, molto ben fornita la cucina, che ha sia microonde che forno elettrico che bollitore, e il bagno, con una doccia spaziosa e un'ottima pressione dell'acqua. Ben funzionante anche il wi-fi, fondamentale perché utilizzare le schede sim italiane comporta un sovrapprezzo sia per le chiamate che per i dati.

They go above and beyond to make every visit special. Everything here exceeds expectations in the best way. I give it a 10 out of 10 without hesitation. Everything was great!

• Sarah (10/5): Best forget about the rest! - The place was very close to the centre. Clean and very comfortable, with everything you would expect for staying in your own appartment. We were able to check in early and the ease of getting in the building was a very welcome surprise (mind you we were 4 hours early). Please consider this place Not one thing

• Bertha (10/5): Beliggenheden er meget godt og prisen passer til forventningerne. - Der var ikke morgenmad inkluderet, men huset ligger i midt byen og der var ikke langt til bageriet. Jeg kan godt lide hende Rita der bor der og det gav et stort + til mit ophold :). Der er vaskemaskine og tørretumbler. Der er et par der er berusede som gav et lille minus, fordi det larmer lidt om aftenen, hvor jeg blev lidt urolig for om de måske vil skændes. Men heldigvis skændes de ikke
• Friedich (9/5): - Sauberes Hostel mit 4 Zimmer. sauberes Gemeinschaftsbad (wird täglich gereinigt), saubere Küche (wird täglich gereinigt). Nur 5 Gehminuten zum Strand und Old Town, bzw. 4 Gehminuten zum Nuuk-Center. Zimmerschlüssel bekommt man nur mit eine 4-stellihen Zahlencode. Aber es wird nicht erwähnt dass man nach dem Zahlencode noch # drücken muss. Dieser kleine Hinweis würde verhindern, dass man verärgert den Besitzer anrufen muss, was nicht billig ist wenn man nicht einen dem entsprechenden Mobilvertrag hat. Auch nach mir ankommende waren oft verzweifelt.

• Christina (8/5): Totally fine place - no need to spend 4x as much on a fancy hotel. This place has what you´ll need. - Kitchen with everything you need available. Good and stable wifi. Nice bathroom. Quiet surroundings, only one other guest was in the same house and he was very kind. A bit of lack of privacy in my room due to ground level and two big windows that everyone can see inside. A bright street lamp outside was kinda distracting at night. Not clear instructions on how to obtain the key. I had to call them to get help. I would have loved to have a fan in my room + 1 extra blanket and pillow to a more comfortable sleep

• Diana (7/5): Good location, comfortable space, friendly, and clean. - Everyone was friendly his stayed there. The place was clean, except for when people didn’t clean after themselves in the bathroom. It had had some charmed. The location was good. The bed was super comfortable. It was well stocked with basic TP and paper towels as well as regular bath towels. Thank you. There should be rules posted for visitors, such as cleaning the bathroom after their use since there’s only one bathroom for five people. Also, you should explain better how deep the stairs are you said they were steep, but didn’t give an indication of how steep. There should be a desk in the upstairs big room or at least a table for working in private.

• Karen (7/5): Godt beliggende i Nuuk - Perfekt beliggenhed i udkanten af centrum og ved busstoppested. Meget rent. Køkken med komfur og køleskab. Stue med sofa. Værelse 1,2 og 3 ligger i stueplan og her vil man kunne have et komfortabelt ophold. Værelse 4 (og 5) ligger på første sal. Adgang via en stejl, smal stige/trappe. Værelset er ca 5 m2 med skråvægge. Man skal være adræt og ikke lide af klaustrofobi. En enkelt overnatning vil være ok, men boede der i 4 dage og det var lidt for anstrengende.

Only one shared bathroom and if you are upstairs coming up and down could be a nuisance, especially with such steep stairs. Communication with the owner felt like pulling teeth at times. Several follow ups had to be sent over and over on questions I had. For a first time visitor I had a lot.

• Sebastian (8/5): - Right in the center of town with the airport bus stop nearby. It is a cosy place with a fully equipped kitchen. We had a comfortable stay and would stay there again. Easy to meet other travellers. Only one bathroom. The stairs up to the rooms might not be for everyone.

• Peter (9/5): Small and cosy hostel in a very convenient location - Everything was clean and tidy. The check-in and check-out were done very fast and without interaction with the staff on the spot. The room was nice and the bed was comfy. Heating worked properly. Location was very convenient, given that the centre of the town is easily accessible. In addition, a few steps from the hostel there is also a local bus stop which can be used for cheap transfers from and to the airport. Only one shared room with toilet, shower and sink together can sometimes be inconvenient for the number of guests that can be accommodated there.

• Rolf (7/5): Für meine Ansprüche als Rucksackreisender war es ok. - Das Haus war fußläufig zum alten Teil von Nuuk. Es war ruhig, was den starken Autoverkehr betraf. Die Ausstattung mit elektrischen Geräten war sehr gut. Die tägliche Reinigung war super. Es gab zu wenig Steckdosen. In meinem Zimmer war eine Lampe auf dem Schreibtisch und eine freie Steckdose am Bett. Keine Chance und keine Verlängerungsschnur. Andere Steckdosen waren im Küchenbereich belegt. Die Treppe nach oben ist eine Zumutung. Es ist sehr hellhörig, den Nachbarn hört man schnarchen bei geschlossenen Türen.

• Jezrel (10/5): Great location, comfortable and great value - Great location and fantastic value. I was looking for a last-minute place to stay and I got the last room in this property. It was within walking distance to the main part of town and was about a 20 min walk to the pier where I took a boat tour. The Greenlandic Excursion bus to the airport (15 USD one way) does a pick up at the nearby hotel Nordbo which is just up the hill (3 min walk) The room itself was so cozy and comfortable. Shared bathroom was clean and the common areas were also spotless.
• David (8/5): Good stay. No frills. - The location. Everything was in walking distance. The WiFi was good. The price was good. Washer / dryer. The owner answered my texts immediately. This is a no frills place, but that is fine with me. I travel solo and on a budget. The second floor may be a bit much if you are elderly or have mobility issues - see photo. Don’t want to be negative though. I enjoyed my stay.

• Geoffrey (10/5): The Price is Right - The Price is Right. Cheapest around. Smack bang in the middle of town. Our upstairs room was large and comfy. Quiet. There were other guests around but didn't really see them. Clean. Kitchen had a couple of pots, microwave and some plates etc. An unclean appliance was dealt with quickly. We booked at NUUK airport and was quickly accepted. Good comms.

Also, location was perfect. Half hour walk to pretty much anything and not even 10 min walk from groc store. Wish basic things like salt were provided
