• prashant (8/5): - It was peaceful Lots of flies everywhere in the room and even the restaurant.
• Girish (1/5): It was a worst experience. - It was a horrible exprience. We did not stay there as their airconditions were not working and it was peak summer. They promised us a full refund and confirmed on email, but still awaiting the refund. They are not responding to our emails and calls. Even booking.com has sent them an email but no response there . I had to wait for the manager for 30 mins in the lobby and the manager did not arrive, I was told the manager is calling me to his cabin on the 3rd floor as hes busy. Every guest was complaning, one guest was given a room which was not even cleaned.
• Rabi (8/5): IGATPURI LEISURE - The resort has everything from a game room to pools. The restaurant is okay as well. The view from the room is very nice especially in winter and rainy reason. The room was amazing with also WiFi TV available. The restaurant is very slow. They charged me 2 times for the same food due to some billing issue. The reception is very slow. The swimming pool is small and dirty. The parking area is very far. The rooms are stacked in a very unorganised manner.
• Ajinkya (5/5): Won’t go again - Location Such a small swimming pool for such a big resort. They should not show swimming pool of their private villas on sites. Big mood spoiler! Slow service was also one of the down factors. Charges does not justify the facilities.
• Pranav (4/5): - Overall, it was a pretty disappointing experience. Don't go by the pictures they show in the promotions. Very poor breakfast spread. They barely serve 3-3 items in the breakfast and the live counter has only one item - omlette. That item too has a limit (one per person) and any additional order is charged !! Frankly, one expects a reasonably decent breakfast spread in such family resorts but at wabi sabi breakfast is not upto the mark. Their food menu is reasonable and better than the breakfast. The place doesn't have a liquor license though so alcohol is not served. The games room is not upto the mark. It's pretty average. The really good pool pictures you see in the promotions are only for the villa bookings and not other guests. For other category rooms they have a small infinity pool which wasn't that well maintained (I would give them benefit of doubt on this considering it was an open pool so some dust and leaves are bound to mix in that pool) Lastly, the resort is understaffed. The staff is helpful and quite prompt but I felt they are understaffed considering the size of the property.

• shivam (5/5): The property is situated in a beautiful location, but its management is subpar - The property's location was advantageous, offering a pleasant foreground and an ideal setting for private moments with loved ones. We recently had the opportunity to stay at this establishment. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by several areas that require significant improvement. The breakfast menu was notably poor, offering limited and uninspiring choices. Furthermore, the staff appeared unwelcoming, lacking a service attitude that would typically enhance a guest's stay. The property itself also seemed poorly maintained, with visible signs of neglect throughout. These aspects combined to create an overall disappointing visit. We hope that constructive feedback can lead to positive changes for future guests.

• Ripanka (4/5): We wanted to celebrate Christmas in a nice place. And Wabi Sabi clearly wasn't the perfect place. - Only the morning watchman kaka who was very proud of showing you the walking track around the property. Which was the only nice part about this place. Our room wasn't ready at check-in. The room we were then allotted was smelling of cigarette smoke and had a wall for a view. Even the restaurant was very basic and so was the food. And then there were too many flies in the restaurant area.

The kitchen was very unclean. saw a cockroach in the dining hall. Staff is very new and have zero knowledge of the area. for the camp fire at night, staff brought wood planks with large nails in it.

• Sana (9/5): Worth visiting 👌 - The calming environment, different seating areas, view from the room, everything was perfect 👌 It's absolutely worth visiting. The size of the pool is small, making it impossible to get a chance to go inside if there are few people already enjoying it. There were hardly any games in proper condition to play with. The food that we ordered was very good in taste but it was all cold. Rest everything was as per our liking, making it a fairly good stay.

For people who love monsoon and winters it is definitely a must try. Food options could be better for vegetarians and the location is not exactly igatpuri but near to nasik for people travelling from mumbai

Should have more options for Breakfast and lunch/dinner 4. Toilet seats in the bathroom were damaged and there’s some issues with the flush. 5. Pool was not clean and not functional. 6. Charging Rs.55 for a Rs.20 bottle

• Jay (3/5): Probably only as the last option in igatpuri if everything else is booked - Food was great. Thats it! Staff is not trained. Flies everywhere. Our room has water leaking from the roof we had to be careful not to slip. The restaurant timings are a bit tight. I mean if we are on a trip we should be allowed to eat whenever we want. We came here to escape our routine but instead we had to follow their routine or rish losing lunch/dinner. This is a secluded property and the road leading here is very very bad. Like it can be made good with little efforts but the management team does not seem to care

• Das (10/5): Exceptional - The property overall exceeded our expectations. The size of the property is very big and very well maintained. In the evening one can roam around in the property and enjoy the fresh air, even they have bicycles for one and all to enjoy a ride inside a property. The staff are welcoming and well behaved. Food quality is very good and promptly served. the best thing about this property is its location, an absolute fantastic place to stay and one would definitely feel rejuvenated. Should visit again for sure. Last but not the least, thanks for the add-on live musical entertainment on Saturday night which we thoroughly enjoyed and the singers were very good. A small wardrobe inside the room at Yama cottages could have helped, I feel.
• Meghna (9/5): If its igatpuri then WABI SABI is the best resort. - A hidden gem at Igatpuri. Everything thing was excellent in term of Rooms, Views Food. Only pool size was small and need cleanliness. Room tip- prefer getting Superior rooms on first floor which has the best view. Approach road was bad. During monsoon you need to be careful.

The food provided at their restaurant was pathetic and was priced over expensive. Even though their breakfast was complementary, I got gastric issues after eating breakfast here.
