• Leon (4/5): Dangerous, life treatening in a central location - Location, but the building itself was a maze and really needed renovation Old stuff, bathroom has broken floor pieces and needed renovation, getting in the pwas hard, fire alarm went off for hours while I tried sleeping BUT also I couldn’t find the way out of the building- running in circles. I think in a big fire I would have certainly died (THIS PROPERTY SHOUKD NOT BE ADVERTISED ANYMORE, if there is a deadly fire be sure I will let it be known booking was aware).

Varasin kahden hengen kapsuulin, mutta siellä oli vain yksi peitto. Ei mainintaa siitä, että omat lakanat tulee olla mukana. Yritin olla manageriin yhteydessä bookingin kautta kuukausia ennen majoitusta, mutta en saanut vastausta. Oli hieman likaista ja ötököitä. Makuusalin ovi piti kauheaa narinaa.
• Teerawat Piriyatharawet (2/5): - the restroom and shower are ok the self check-in kiosk is not working well. i need to try several times for a long while to finally get a key card. the staff accused me of overstaying even though i paid for a late checkout. When I asked her to check in the system because I didn't take a picture she said I lied. Once she found out that I really paid for it she never apologized as well.

Was hoping for a comfortable stay but felt uncomfortable instead. - It wasn’t like the one in the picture as I expected and their was no care taker in place to ask help for. I didn’t like the first interaction with the care takers. Was asking for help since I’m not really comfortable on where we are staying but they are mad because I’m trying to upgrade room or ask for help since one of our room key card wasn’t working and one of the lady said that we can take care of it ourselves instead and don’t bother them in Tagalog, but I think she didn’t know i was also a Filipino that I understood what she said. It’s so offensive that they don’t even care about your guests. And hope they clean the place better.

• Damir (3/5): Nap In Hell - Location is great Price is cheap in comparison -Pictures are deceiving -Reception doesn't exist -The building and the hostel reeked of puke and death constantly, it made breathing in the hallways unbearable -Although it was cleaned daily, it looked like it has never been cleaned (blood clots in the shower) -Fan that was in bed was really loud, and it fell on me while I was sleeping, it's also too hot in the capsule -The capsule door is a curtain with no sound insulation so we were constantly listening to people moaning and snoring in their sleep -Kitchen and lounge area almost unusable Just pay more and get something decent

• Cosmo (6/5): It is ok for one night - The common area is ok, WiFi is ok (but not so strong inside the capsule). The aircon is fantastic. It's mostly clean in the capsule and common area, towel (very small ones). Toothpaste and brush, shower gel, shampoo provided. Capsule is quite enough for sleep. The location is fantastic, a few minutes from the metro train. The capsules are ok but the mattress is about as hard as a yoga mat. It might be difficult to sleep comfortably on this hard surface. There is only 1 male sit down toilet, 2 showers and another stand up peeing toilet. These are all very small, the shower is ok, but don't even have a hook to hang your tiny towel. Expect a queue if you need the toilet or shower during peak times as you're likely sharing with 10+ people. Also due to high usage, the bathroom floor is super wet by late morning. You really should do your number 2 business at night when it's free, otherwise you may have to wait a long time in the morning. For around 300HKD a night ain't too bad, because you really don't have much at this price. You will need to pay more than double this for any reasonable hotel room else where. HK hotel prices are generally ridiculous in the city center.

• Carlo (6/5): cheap but not worth it - central location building is very old and cramped, quite run down, in bad shape, it feels dirty, especially the shared bathroom, rooms/pods are clean, though bit beaten beaten up communication was lacking, didn’t answer emails, really hard to find at night, then grumpy when I called realistically, it’s cheap and space is limited in HK, if you’re on a budget and you’re young/solo/male then you can deal with it, but if you can afford it better elsewhere

The toilet seat had a built-in bidet which gives you electric shocks while sitting on it. Although the toilet was public, I had to unplug it myself

Location is perfect its easy access from the mtr station going anywhere you want. Caretaker ate LANZ is the best even in the short period of time we meet shes very nice and talkative . Over all stay was great as a budget traveler. None

The location was amazing with many restaurants and shopping centres in less than 5 minutes walking distance. The mattress in the capsule was super thin so sleeping was very uncomfortable. Also, I was in a capsule for 2 people which was very small. Additionally, the capsules have no doors but only blinds so anyone could enter at any point. Lastly, the pictures are quite misleading as right now the hotel is much older so even though it was clean the surroundings were worn off.

I would not book it again.

• Audrey (1/5): In a nutshell: The place is an absolute nightmare - It’s at a pretty good location next to TST, not counting the building itself which had awful elevators even for Kowloon standards. The photos are extremely deceiving, to the point that it’s fair to say that the ad itself is a scam. - The bathrooms, although equipped with good quality stuff, are very much neglected and to call them dirty would be a huge understatement. It was disgusting and most probably a health hazard. - The capsules aren’t actual capsules either, more like wooden boxes, with makeshift air circulation that just doesn’t do the trick. I’ve lived in a capsule before and I had a great experience. Here, the air got humid and hot in the matter of minutes after closing the door. Which by the way didn’t have an actual lock and you could force it open from the outside which some would consider unsafe. They were also lacking certain things such as the laptop table, and were in a worn down, bad condition overall. The bedding was clean though, so at least there is that I guess. - There isn’t enough space for all tenants to store their belongings. There just isn’t enough lockers, and even though we eventually got one, the lock stopped working after we stored our stuff and had to wait until midnight for someone to come and help us out. The guy just came and left though, and no one notified us that the issue was resolved. - Another problem was the termites. They were some in the bathroom and more in the common area. They most likely crawled in through the windows from the scaffolds of an ongoing construction just outside. As we couldn’t properly store our clothes I ended up finding quite a few inside my socks later on which was the last drop. We only spent one and a half day there and were already overwhelmed by the experience. Unfortunately not a single positive thing can be said about the hostel itself. When we reached out to the owners about our issues they offered a different room for us which at that point just wasn’t an option. We weren’t in any way disrespectful to them and simply ask for a partial refund, we told them that any percentage would be okay.
• Wenning (1/5): Don't go. It is a fake hotel with dirty rooms and broken doors. - The hotel is a fake "hotel", and I couldn't stay there. I asked for refund of my "Superior Double Room" but they rejected it. I ended up on the street and had to book the best western in the evening so I could have a roof above my head. The superior double room is indeed a broken door with filthy bathroom. The entrance door cannot be locked, same as the sleeping room door. I sent Booking.Com my video recordings and my pictures but the hotel refused to give me refund. I was scared for my safety and ran away as soon as possible. Please see my pictures of the so called "superior double room". I couldn't stay there and there is no cellphone signal in the building. The staff only talked on Whatsapp or WeChat, no other communication for check-in was possible. and there was no real person to handle the issue. There were dead bugs on the wall and the floor was really dirty.

• Sergei (9/5): Superb - Nice and modern capsule hotel. Of course, it doesn’t make sense to move into this place as a full-fledged home to be there 24/7, but if you want to fully experience the closeness of Hong Kong and arrange a themed trip for yourself, then The Nap hostel is definitely the right one for you - this is the best option for your money. For comfort, there is everything, even disposable shower towels, razors and much more. There are two showers in the men's room, and at least one is always free. In the common room you can always find an interlocutor or even a friend - for a social person this is a huge plus. The location of the hotel is also quite convenient - the Avenue of Stars is only about 700 meters away, and the MTR is within walking distance. Overall, I recommend

They provided you disposal slippers and towels and your luggage are safe as well. You can also store your food in the fridge and use microwave. Not soundproof! The door lock of our cubicle is broken. The AC was not cold enough to penetrate the cubicles. The bathrooms are not that clean as we thought.

The building is extremely run down, elevators look and sound like they'll break any second, no security AT ALL. When we got up to the right floor, we were again shocked that there was absolutely no security. The community bathroom is tiny and people's stuff is everywhere. Bunch of people packed in a room with no security, some people just left their capsules open. Lockers locked our stuff in in the morning. We wish we spent more to stay somewhere else.
