• Nelson (8/5): Great value for money. Very well located - The location is very good. Great value for money indeed. The apartment was clean and spacious. The drawers in the bedroom were broken but ok not a big deal. Overall the state of the bedroom was good. Perhaps it would be good to have spare sheets somewhere just in case the guest wants to change it themselves.

• Peter (10/5): Flower Island - The apartment is spacious and has a clothes washer and a big balcony that accommodates a large drying rack. Nice refrigerator size. Near water front and its activity. Madeira weather. Street noise and barking dogs.
• Sharon (9/5): Beautiful spacious apartment with fantastic views - We arrived at the apartment very early. Even though we had to wait a while, they did their best so that we could enter the apartment faster. Communication regarding check-in was very good. Beautiful spacious apartment with a nice terrace. Everything available. Location is also great. Right above a supermarket. We were not so annoyed by the night hall light that is described in other reviews. Although they did their best, it would have been nice if we could have put our luggage somewhere. We had sent a message beforehand that we had a very early flight and asked if there was a possibility (for a fee) to put our luggage somewhere. We had not received a response to this. Tips would have been welcome since we had to wait a few hours downstairs in the shopping center.
• _eleni_ (8/5): Overall we had a very good time and would recommend it for other visitors - The apartment was very nice and matched the pictures Location was very good, above a department store and there was a taxi stand on the same street Kitchen had everything also dishwasher/laundry capsules provided Large balcony with a big table and lounge bed The view was great you could see the city climbing up the mountain We missed having a small table / coffee table in the living room to place glasses or cups etc Also there was nowhere to hang our jackets next to the door or something, we had to put them over chairs The sink in the bathroom was a bit clogged in the beginning but we fixed it ourselves with a plunge that was already in the apartment I think the windows didnt have enough sound proofing as you could hear much from the street below like car honks or people being loud in the night even though we were on the 5th floor, but this was a nuisance only a few nights
• Evgeniya (10/5): Exceptional - Very good location, good for discovering Funchal and celebrating New Year! Very clean with all nessesury to stay.
• Steve (10/5): The apartment is a very good base to enjoy Funchal and the surrounding area. We hope to come again. - The property was well equipped and it was very thoughtful that there was oil, salad dressing, salt and pepper in the kitchen. It made it very easy for us to self cater. There was very little we didn’t like about the apartment, the bathroom door not closing properly was only a very minor issue.
• Rasneer (9/5): Really comfortable, great location. - The location was excellent. The balcony was really good. The house itself was really comfortable and well provided for in terms of amenities. That motion sensor light in the hall just outside the bedroom and bathroom. It’s really bright and there is no way to turn it off, please remove it. It really disrupts the sleep. In the end we started accessing the rest of the house via the balcony if we wanted to leave the bedroom at night.

• Nicole (8/5): Very good - The location was great, the apartment was spacious and had everything we needed including a washer & the covered parking was a huge plus in the city! The communication with the company wasn’t the greatest at check-in which made the process a bit less smooth and more time consuming than I had hoped, however they were quick to apologize and did take steps to help rectify the situation!
• Dominika (7/5): Good - The plus side of this apartment is the location, I don't know if you can hit better. A base for exploring the island. Nice view from the balcony. Overall a nice apartment. Different coffee maker than in the pictures, if one is set on a cob coffee maker. I have stayed at lovely stay in porto before and the apartment was much better. Welcoming wine or nuts, but I can't attach to that. The drawback is the peeling paint on the walls which is probably due to high humidity. We had a problem with the parking, but after many attempts it was fixed for the last day of our stay. The communication with the facility itself is average by our standards so far. In the morning sent a message to whatsupp unread about the parking problem, after a phone call and an hour's break also zero response. End of the day after 2 days managed to fix the problem
• Jerzy (6/5): Pleasant - Location close to the city The huge construction site in front of the balkony. I used ear corks at the morning and still could not sleep. The neighbors dog is very loud at the evening.
• Jevgenia (9/5): Overall an amazing place! - The apartment was clean when we arrived. More importantly it had all the amenities to make it a very comfortable stay - fully equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils, renovated bathroom with a hairdryer, washing machine & capsules, iron & ironing board, TV with speakers. The bed was comfortable and lots of plugs in the bedroom as well as AC. Our favourite was the balcony with a mountain and sea view! We made use of the candles in the flat to make our dinners at the balcony super cozy. Also appreciated the free parking in the garage of the building accessible by lift. Only few slightly annoying things were the motion sensor light in the corridor between bedroom and bathroom that turned on automatically, and AC that started leaking after a few days - it's right above the bed so the drops landed on the pillow.
