It is spacious and includes all the necessary amenities for office work or for a combination of rest and work for a family. There is also a place for children to play, a yard with various entertainment and indoor games for the quiet hours of the day. None

• Dimanag (10/5): Great apartment in very good location - Very nice apartment, very well furnished, with everything ones needs for short or longer stay. The location is very central, but in a quite street. The host was very helpful. Nothing comes to mind.
• Matteoc (10/5): Amazing apartment and very polite landlord ! - This is definatelly a location where I would like to come back again! the apartment is very, very big with 2 bedrooms and a kitchen + livingroom also very big . The owner was super polite and precise in the description of how to reach the place (he sent us a video ) and also for the chekout he gave us all the time that we needed to prepare ourself. In the kitchen noting is missing and you can cook and eat in the apartment (you need to buyt the food ..). For the car, you can leave it just in front of the house and you car reach the center walking in 4 minutes ! Definately recomended nothing was wrong, I would say
• Inbar (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is exactly as everyone wrote about it: spacious, well-equipped, clean, quiet, tidy and in excellent location. Third floor. Borice was wellcoming and helpfull. The bathroom is next to the entrance door to the apartment, so it's as if you have to leave the apartment to a stairwell to enter the bathroom. At first it's a bit strange, but you get used to it quickly, and the toilets are clean, there is hot water and good heating.
• Maksim (10/5): Spent a wonderful couple of days with my family and our 2 dogs! - The apartment was very modern with very good appliances and all of the amenities we needed. Although we were visiting for leisure, the work stations were very well equipped and impressive. We would definitely visit again and work from there.
• Веселин (10/5): Work and relax in Devin - The standing desks and monitors were awesome! I was very productive during my stay thanks to the setup and the awesome nature around Devin. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. We had everything we needed to work and relax for our stay which was one week. This is the place to stay in Devin for me.
• Daniel (10/5): Highly recommended - The apartment is apparently used as a co-working space most of the time but for us it was a convenient base from which to explore the vicinity. It is equipped with all necessary small appliances, coffee, tea, etc. It is 5 minute walk from the city center, the windows look at the woods, it's quiet outside - all one can ask for. Nothing to write about.

• Viktor (10/5): Exceptional - The property is absolutely perfect, especially if you want to do remote work. The apartment was recently renovated and it's also quiet and close to everything (Devin is a small city). Although we didn't meet the host, he was always responding to our requests promptly, and helped us with everything.
