• Lindsay (8/5): Very nice - It was away from the town so it was quiet There was only the kitchen table to sit at no lounge area and no tv in the kitchen that would have been nice rather than us as a family having to watch tv in our bedrooms

PRESQUE PAS DE VERRE (4 verres à pieds et 2 verres à eau). Casseroles et poêles non compatibles avec la plaque . ATTENTION! Coup d’électricité dans le miroir grossissant de la salle de bain

• Barbara (1/5): Nie dostaliśmy się do obiektu, zero kontaktu z gospodarzem - Po przybyciu na miejsce o godzinie uzgodnionej z gospodarzem, zastaliśmy pusty obiekt. Przez ponad 2 godziny staliśmy w parzącym słońcu i próbowaliśmy skontaktować się z gospodarzem aby uzyskać instrukcje dotyczące wejścia na teren obiektu. Próbowaliśmy pukać do drzwi, zaglądaliśmy przez okna jednak wszystko było puste i zamknięte. Zero kontaktu z właścicielem, brak odpowiedzi z ich strony na wiadomości i telefony. W rezultacie zostaliśmy zostawieni sami sobie i musieliśmy poszukać innego zakwaterowania. Do dzisiaj nie uzyskaliśmy żadnych wyjaśnień ze strony gospodarza.

• veronica (2/5): - Our stay at Casa di Campara was very disappointing due to poor cleanliness, lack of basic conditions, and poor management. There was no in-person check-in, despite us informing our arrival time. We had to contact the owner (who was abroad) to access the property. The electrical panel was located in another tenant’s garage, which raises serious safety and privacy concerns. The apartment was not clean, including the floor and terrace. There were no entrance mats, broom, bucket, or mop. We were informed that works had taken place shortly before our arrival. The bedroom used by our child was humid, and after the first night he became ill. That same night, the air conditioning unit failed, showing an error related to lack of filter cleaning. The bathroom had major issues: the shower screen did not stay in place, water flooded the floor, there was no bath mat or cleaning equipment, and the window did not allow proper drying. We were four guests and only four towels were provided, with just one proper bath towel. The management company did not reply in a timely manner via Booking, forcing us to deal with everything through the owner. Due to the lack of conditions and our child’s health, we had to leave early. This stay did not match the listing. I do not recommend this accommodation.

• Sonia (4/5): - As luzes não estavam a funcionar e o lavatório da casa de banho estava entupido. Informamos os funcionários, mas a situação manteve-se igual ao longo de toda a estadia.
• emmanuelle (4/5): Décevant: pas de salon dans notre appart contrairement à ce que l'offre affiche en ligne - Emplacement : bien L'absence d'eau chaude après 17H de voyage et le fait de devoir tout gérer sur place sans que personne ne se déplace pour aider : pas d'eau chaude pendant 48H, pas d'électricité pendant une soirée et une demi-journée, pas de machine à laver fonctionnelle
