• Alicia (9/5): Family Staycation - Clean and smelled wonderful. Location was Good, surprisingly not overly busy. Close to Woolworths, Beds super comfy. We enjoyed our stay. Walking distance to public transport. Dryer didn't dry clothes, was a little disappointed and the glass coffee table took up a lot of space. We had 3 young babies so i was a little nervous with the table. The glass does slide so just be aware.

Little bowl of chocolates were a nice little trea - This 3 bedroom apartment was a perfect base for exploring Melbourne. Modern and very comfortable. Communications were excellent. Our request for a later check out was made possible. Very comfortable beds.

• Jody (9/5): Great location, will definatly keep this location in mind for future visits. - Location and amenities were perfect. Communication with host was quick and easy. Very central and close to everything we were seeing. Was quiet and had a good view. The carpark numbering was not sequential so took a bit to find our carpark but did not affect our trip.

• Robyn (10/5): Absolutely brilliant - The apartment was well stocked with everything you need. Perfect location to everything. The pool is amazing. Beds very comfy. Block out blinds. Quiet. Gorgeous view. I left a microwave container as there was not one to use. The pool floor/tiles is very slippery. Bad body odour smell in corner of loungeroom. Needs Glen 20 or Toilet Spray in toilets for people staying when they use the bathroom.

Plenty of extra towels was useful too The dryer didn’t work well to dry clothes - it kept stopping but dried after a few restarts.

• Irene (10/5): Exceptional property and exceptional hosts - Paul was truly exceptional in his communication and answered all the questions right away. The apartment was very comfortable and super clean. They also left some treats for us and two cartons of milk (soy and regular). The attention to detail was incredible. I highly recommend the property and the hosts! The location was also super convenient as we were a short walking distance to the Yarra river, Immigration museum, etc. The free tram was also a very short walk away (about 400 meters) and a big supermarket was next door as well! Everything was great

Whole family loved it! - Close proximity to crown Very clear instructions from hosts about getting into property, including photos Little chocolates and cookies left by hosts and dairy and non dairy milk were a nice touch Also, room had pool towels in addition to towels for shower so we always had a dry towel Pool heating was undergoing maintenance so temperature was lower than normal, however it was very hot during our stay so we weren't really impacted

Best of all was the friendly and efficient service provided by the host. Highly recommend. A shelf in the shower cubicles for your toiletries would be a nice addition, but it’s a tiny detail.

We just checked-in at 10pm after watched Penguin Parade at Philips Island. The owner very cooperative. All of us had a Great rest after a long drive. We quite confused how to get the Key because it's our first experience to take the key from the lock box

We ended up eating out for breakfast most of the days. The checkout at 10am is a little early. We also had no-where to put our luggage for the check-out day, so having that option would be nice. But that may be asking a lot.

Loved the bottle of wine and cookies on arrival, extra milk in the fridge and selection of cereals and condiments. A soap dish would be handy in the shower, and face washers available. It would be nice to be able to separate the bedding to single beds as we had 5 ladies.

This is a wonderful location with stunning city views, a sunny coffee stop across the street and an easy flat walk to Southbank, Docklands and the CBD. Easy parking for our 4x4.
