The hotel is located in the very quit area 5-7 min ride from very beautiful Cristal Beach. Everyday cleaning and refill of water/coffee/tea is always done on time and makes service level to higher level. Pool and territory is always very clean. View from the room is on the pool and jungles, just amazing! Stuff is always ready to help with organization of tours and activities. Stayed there 2 times already and I'm happy to recommend the place. All was good, maybe just more variety of breakfast would be nice. The breakfast is delicious though.

Merci à Ketut qui c’est démenée pour nous trouver le lit bébé qui nous avait été assuré lors de la réservation et qui nous a proposé des activités et nous a aidé pendant tout le séjour. Elle a été aux petits soins et c’est en grande partie grâce à elle que nous mettons cette note malgré le faux départ du aux propriétaires. Nous voyagions avec un bébé de 6 mois et avions choisit cet établissement car on nous avait assuré la présence d’un lit bébé. À notre arrivé, il n’y avait rien et on nous a proposé un matelas à mettre au sol. La responsable était injoignable et il a fallut faire une réclamation booking pour avoir une réponse de sa part.

Il est possible de louer un scooter ce qui est très pratique pour bouger. Les routes sont chaotiques mais c'est partout sur Bali.

• Talita (9/5): Um lugar simples, acolhedor e muito tranquilo, com excelente custo-benefício para quem busca descanso e conforto em Nusa - Gostei muito da tranquilidade do lugar, é um espaço reservado com apenas quatro chalés, o que dá uma sensação quase exclusiva. A piscina é ótima, com água naturalmente quentinha e bem agradável. A acomodação é simples, mas confortável, com cama boa, chuveiro quente e ambiente seguro. O café da manhã, preparado com carinho pela anfitriã e servido no quarto, foi um toque especial que fez toda a diferença. As toalhas poderiam ser um pouco mais novas, mas é um detalhe pequeno e não atrapalhou a estadia.

Lo bueno es que los huecos de desayuno son super naturales jajaj

• Larissa Sophia (5/5): Wir können es leider gar nicht empfehlen, wir können die anderen Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen - Größe des Zimmers Pool Wasser und Kaffee wird aufgefüllt Reinigung ohne Aufforderung Bett und Matratze sind ok Zimmer spartanisch eingerichtet bzw. Quasi gar nicht, es gab fast keine Ablagefläche, im Bad gar keine Keinen Mülleimer im Zimmer, nur im Bad Der Abfluss hat stark gerochen Es gab einen Seifenspender neben dem Waschbecken, dieser war aber nicht befüllt 3 von 4 Nächten hat das WLAN gar nicht funktioniert, da bringt auch der Smart tv nichts Badezimmertür ließ sich nur zu 1/3 öffnen Kein Fön vorhanden, wenn wir unseren eigenen genutzt haben, war nach kurzer Zeit Stromausfall Das Wasser im Bad war nach ca. 5 Minuten kalt, einer von uns musste also immer kalt duschen Sie haben uns einen Scoopy für 100k/Tag verliehen, der bereits fast 90.000 KM runter hatte, der Vorderreifen war blank, Bremsen haben sehr schlecht funktioniert, Fernlicht war defekt und die Federung war defekt, die Fahrt zum Broken Beach damit war lebensgefährlich. Wir haben uns direkt am Tag danach woanders einen deutlich besseren Roller gemietet

• FREDERIC (10/5): Un lieu agréable et paisible, un personnel adorable - Un séjour de 3 nuits très agréable dans ce lieu paisible, à l’écart de l’agitation (relative) des rues. Facile pour aller manger dans le coin avec plusieurs restaurants sympas. Des espaces arborés et fleuris, une grande piscine. La chambre contient tout ce qui est essentiel, le lit est agréable. La salle de bain est fonctionnelle également. Le toit est très propre. Le petit-déjeuner est pas mal. Mais surtout, la gérante et le personnel sont adorables, chaleureux et à l’écoute pour vous proposer des solutions, directement ou par WhatsApp. Nous avons pu louer en direct par eux un scooter pour arpenter les routes de Nusa Penida et nous avons finalement dormi à nouveau une 4ème nuit dans le logement alors que tous les bateaux pour repartir sur Bali étaient annulés pour la journée: nous étions contents de revenir car le caractère paisible du lieu et la gentillesse de la dame étaient très agréables et nous en avions pas assez profité car nous partions pour la journée plonger. Donc cette annulation est bien tombée et c’est sans hésitation que nous avons souhaité revenir dans le même logement. Encore merci pour tout, c’est un chouette souvenir grâce à vous. Il est vrai que de odeurs fortes de produits ménagers sortent de l’évacuation de la salle de bains mais une fois la porte fermée, cela ne rejoint pas la chambre.

It was a lovely retreat after a hot day in the sun. The beds were comfy and the staff were very attentive and hospitable. There was loud music at night coming from the property out back every night we were there. I appreciate it may have been prayer (I’m unsure) and while I promote that, it didn’t have to be so loud. The music ran late and the rooster came early.

• Oana (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean, very nice, also the staff very welcoming. It's really beautiful. Quiet and jungle like surroundings. It's very far up, on the hills of Nusa Penida and hard to reach with scooter. So, in case you are a beginner on driving scooters or not at all - it's not the place for you. Also, take care of tomcats bugs ... the area is predisposed to that, and we had the unpleasant encounter, therefore some really bad burns :(
• Binoj (6/5): Pleasant - The pool area was excellent, and there are a few restaurants nearby. The standout of our stay was Ketut, an exceptional staff member who went above and beyond to make our experience truly convenient. Her positivity and supportive attitude were unmatched, making her one of the best hotel staff we’ve ever encountered. Thanks to her, our stay was much more enjoyable, even though the hotel is located a bit far from the centre. The hotel is located approximately 25 minutes from the centre, so it may not be ideal if you don’t have a scooter. However, the hotel does offer transport arrangements if needed. The room size was moderate, but it lacked basic conveniences for longer stays, such as cupboards for clothes, which was inconvenient. Additionally, the absence of a mirror outside the bathroom made getting ready difficult when the bathroom was in use. The hot water only lasted for about a minute before turning cold, an issue that persisted throughout our 3-day stay. When we raised this with the staff, we were told it was automatic. The bathroom sink was very small, offering no space for essentials like shampoo or toothpaste, and it also had water drainage issues. These factors made the stay less comfortable overall.

The accomodation was clean, room was modern and well looked after, we enjoyed the pool too. The location near crystal bay is good. Overall great stay would come back! There was a slight smell from drains in the bathroom but that’s to be expected in Bali.

Next to the hotel there is a temple and the day we arrived there was a ceremony, which was really noisy. They don't have a restaurant so you need to go out every day to eat.

Clean swimming pool to cool down in the evenings and the staff were amazing and very helpful for booking activities and drivers to assist as needed. Able to order food from or walk to nearby restaurants. The room was very clean and very large. Shower was hot and drained well. As some others have mentioned there is a slight smell from the shower drain but I think this is very common on Nusa Penida and I found if I simply closed the bathroom door the smell didn't bother me at all.

• C (8/5): Nice Relaxing Place - The property is near Crystal Bay and is extremely beautiful. There is an open pool with access to the residents which can be used at any point of the day. There are a few decent restaurants (slightly costly) nearby within walking distance. Drinking bottled water is available at the rooms. Wifi is free and fast. Breakfast is not free for everyone and could have had larger portions.

She’s caring, makes sure everything is alright : she booked a massage for us, gave us advices… The location of the hotel is very good : not far from the harbour, next to some nice places (Crystal Bay, Amok Sunset). We had the opportunity to stay at the pool, which was very good. Only « inconvenience » would be the roosters yelling during the night. Bring some earplugs and it will be alright :)
• Ana (8/5): Great value for money at a property surrounded by nature - This is a charming property, lovingly run and owned by a local family—a significant plus in my opinion. Staying here means you’re not contributing to large hotel chains or businesses owned by foreign investors. The owner is typically present at the hotel and is incredibly kind and easy to interact with. On our first night, she graciously provided breakfast at 6 a.m. upon our request, as we had an early dive (a truly thoughtful touch). Additionally, we rented a very good scooter from the hotel at a reasonable price. One thing to be aware of is that the property is a bit distant from most restaurants, with limited walkable options nearby. However, it is conveniently close to Crystal Bay—about a 10-minute scooter ride—and there are some nice restaurants within scooter reach as well. If you’re not comfortable driving a scooter, keep in mind that taxis can be expensive on the island, and services like Grab or Gojek are not available. Additionally, there was a slight sewage smell coming from the bathroom, although the room itself was very clean. This may be due to drainage or infrastructure issues. The towels were also quite worn and not very soft, so it might be worth considering replacing them with new ones.

• Seweryn (10/5): A little piece of paradise - The place was like our little piece of paradise. We really enjoyed that there are 4 bungalows which means it does not feel busy even when fully booked. We had always the swimming pool for ourselves whether in the morning or in the evening. The feeling was really great. The room was always very clean. Bed was comfortable and we loved the porch with chair and tables where we got our breakfast each morning. With the amazing nature view, it was really great. The service was exceptional. The manager Ketut Supartini was absolutely amazing. She took care of us, booked for us Tours and tickets and generally was really pleasant to talk to. Overall we were extremely satisfied. Nothing really to be honest. Everything was top notch.

It is very small and quite with a nice relaxing pool but at the same time it is located in a good position, next to a lot of small local restaurants and gamat bay. Moreover the owner is very gentle.

No soap on the hand soap dispenser or on the shower gel dispenser. The bedside tables were not working. Not the cleanest sheets and towels. Location is not great. Lots of noisy cocks early in the morning.
