• Leslie (10/5): Lovely stay in Tirana - The apartment was beautifully decorated and in a perfect location to see downtown Tirana, the square, and access buses or taxis to take you anywhere. The bed was comfortable and the view was lovely from the balcony. If you've never been to Tirana before, you might be taken aback by the exterior and the hallways leading to the apartment. There is a flight of stairs outside to climb before getting to the elevator inside, which some might prefer not to take choosing to take the stairs instead. But the area was very safe, and aside from some jovial laughing men late at night outside our window, we felt it was a typical apartment in a big city with the usual noise.

• Mahbub (10/5): Cozy Stay in the Heart of Tirana with Wonderful Hosts - I had a lovely stay at Cozy Flat during my visit to Tirana. The apartment truly lives up to its name, it feels very cozy, comfortable, and well organised. It has everything you need for a stay, including a kitchen, dining area, bedroom, sitting space, and bathroom. It’s suitable not only for solo travellers but also for couples or even a small family. A special thanks to the hosts, Adela and Jorik. They were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. I arrived late, and although Adela had to leave, Jorik welcomed me and showed me around the apartment, making the check-in process very smooth. They were also always reachable on WhatsApp if I needed anything. The location is excellent, right in central Tirana and only about a 5–7 minute walk from Skanderbeg Square. There are grocery shops (some open 24/7), restaurants, and cafés just a couple of minutes away, which makes it very convenient. One small thing to note for future guests: since the apartment is located inside a building, it can be a little difficult to find at first. However, if you contact Adela or Zorik beforehand, they are very helpful and will guide you easily. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I would absolutely recommend Cozy Flats to anyone visiting Tirana. Nothing I can think of.

• BALaurenson (10/5): Book this flat now. You won't be disappointed. - Fantastic flat right in the heart of Tirana. Hosts were so helpful. The building looks a bit grim from the outside but inside it's a little palace. Can't recommend highly enough. Traffic noise at night, but we were in the heart of the city so only to be expected.

Il est aussi super confortable et équipé : bonne literie, climatisation, machine à laver, lave-vaisselle, etc. Emplacement parfait pour découvrir Tirana à pied.Et puis surtout l'accueil des propriétaires : les petites attentions (eau dans le frigo, capsules de café, ...), leur chaleur et leur sourire. Jorik a pris le volant de notre voiture pour tourner dans le quartier jusqu'à nous trouver un parking.

• Joanne (9/5): Great location, lovely apartment. - On arrival we were a bit worried as the area looks very dilapidated and we couldn’t find the address. However this is just what the outside of many buildings in Tirana look like, while the apartment itself was lovely. Once we made contact with Ada all went smoothly, as she came to meet us and took us to the apartment. Lovely large space with everything we needed, great to have washing machine and dishwasher, as well as Netflix! The location is very handy to all the sights and we did the free tour starting at the Opera House on the first day - this was great to orientate us and show us what to go back to. The BunkArt 2 was very worthwhile - if you do this I wouldn’t bother doing the House of Leaves as well (secret surveillance museum). Don’t drive in Tirana, traffic is chaos and nowhere to park. You need some Albanian Lek, but euro and credit card accepted most places. Exterior of building and stairwell.

Adela and her fiancé have done a wonderful job of creating this super comfortable place. It’s also well-located in the central city. Adela went above and beyond to make us welcome and to help us. If you’re sensitive to noise, you can hear the Armenian boy-racers. Didn’t bother us

• Krzysztof (9/5): Great location, all the amenities, super clean and extremely comfy - The contact and key pickup was super easy, the host reached out to me first, which I love. The apartment was amazing, everything new and clean. The location was great, everything was thought about - coffee, cleaning stuff, towels etc. The bed was very, very comfy and the sheets and towels were fresh and great!! The host cannot help this, but I want to mention - the location is in the dead center of town and the bedroom can be a bit loud, depending on the day of the week, but overall, I didn't have too many issues. The building does have an elevator but it def is an old communist block, so don't judge by the outside, because the inside is soooooo nice!!
• Denise (10/5): Exceptional - The facilities were excrllent all modern equipment, nice furnishings and great location..just a few minutes stroll to many bars shops etc. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly and made sure our stay was comfortable. Theres a supermarket right across the road stocking all your needs. We will be back ! Dont be put off by the exterior of the building..when we arrived we didnt know what to expect...but when we got in the apartment we were very pleasantly surprised!

The house was very comfortable and had almost all the amenities. It is within a 10-20 minute walking distance to popular places. There is also a market right across the house. There is no negativity.

We felt exactly like home, everything here is thought to the smallest details with love and tenderness. Adela and her mom were extremely nice and attentive. • John (10/5): The Cozy Flat, value for money to visit a hidden gem called Tirana - "The Cozy Flat" is an ideal apartment for a couple: comfortable, charming, "cozy" and fully equipped. It features a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a small balcony overlooking the street, a living room with a very comfortable sofa and a TV, a small but fully equipped kitchen, a dining table that I used to mark exams, and a bathroom with a shower and even a washing machine. The flat also has heating and air conditioning, and the internet connection worked perfectly without any issues. Additionally, the apartment is located in the heart of Tirana, just a literal ten-minute walk from the city's main tourist attractions, except for BunkArt 1. There's a supermarket across the street, a bar next to the entrance, and a pharmacy and restaurants just around the corner. The owners, Adela and her husband, were delightful and extemely helpful. They waited for us to hand over the keys and didn’t even want to accept extra money when we tried to give them more as a token of appreciation. The apartment was spotless, and they even sent us a city map via WhatsApp, including directions to a very good restaurant, "Oda", where to try Albanian food; to the Sky Tower, and to an Irish pub called Meduza, where we could watch football. In conclusion, "The Cozy Flat" offers excellent value for money and Tirana amazed us: it’s undergoing a lot of development, including the construction of a major highway, and it’s modernising at a very quick pace. The city center is fantastic, the food is excellent, and it’s still very affordable. Perfect for a weekend getaway or a three-day trip like ours. BunkArt 1 museum, a bunker from the communist dictatorship located in the mountains, is a must-see. Truly impressive. Nothing, the building where the apartment is located is a bit gloomy, but there is a lift, and the apartment itself, as I have already explained, is spectacular.

There is nothing which we didn’t like about the property but it would grateful if the host mention about the boiler system as hot water was in short supply.

Great communication from the hosts, met me off the airport bus and took me to the appartment. Whilst the exterior may leave much to the imagination, once inside is paradise. Tastefully decorated, spotlessley clean, super comfortable, everything you could want - literally a home away from home, The area is spot on. Honestly, I cannot find fault in anything - stop searching and book this place !! That my holiday wasnt longer !!

We visited 4 different countries and stayed in 7 different hotels on this trip and Cozy place was perfect last stop on our balkan holiday. The location is perfect to walk to bazaars, restaurants and bars and It was great that we were able to wash our clothes and just decompress from all the travelling.

• Michał (8/5): Ok for a few nights - Flat has anything you need, it is cozy and confy If you like to sleep in sheer silence, this is not the place for you. With closed windows you can still hear the notices from the outside, but they are not that loud. It is quite hot in the bedroom so sleep is affected by that (AC is in a different room).

It was a perfect place for a couple romantic escape. Adela, the owner was very friendly and she welcomed us, even we asked for a late check in.

The apartment is spotless , modern and has a fantastic tv , air conditioning, fridge and coffee machine. It's very close to Skanderbeg square and all other sights. Lots of cafe bars nearby for a coffee or a beer. The flat is on the 2nd floor but has a lift so is a perfect location. Would definitely recommend. Nothing.

Also design of the flat is so unique and the host is extremely nice and helpful. Parking in front of the flat is a journey through hell, as well as driving through Tirana, you will need some prayers.
