- Jordan (10/5): - Thanks for the booking. Very clean home with all that we needed for an overnight stay. Was perfect location for our sports tournament at the Waitemata Sports Centre. If we have another sports tournament there would defs stay again. Nice private gated area.
- Marcia (8/5): It did the job, comfortable, safe and well located. - The location is excellent for my needs. Parking was excellent, safe and private. The beds were really good with great linen. Very easy to get inside with code key lock. Felt very safe and had what we needed for one night. No basics in the kitchen like olive oil, salt, pepper, very little options in cooking utensils and no decor whatsoever. Very stark white naked walls without any decorative touch or splash of colour anywhere. No hand towel offered, only bath towel and one face washer in the bathroom.

- Richard (8/5): Lovely outlook to park, secure and spacious. - Clean, tidy, close to required locations, walking distance to lots of parks. Lots of space for our requirements. Secure Very hot upstairs for our stay with no aircon and only one fan for 3 upstairs rooms. Only one bathroom had a bath mat. No toilet role holders Having sugar for tea and coffee would be good.

- Maria (8/5): Quiet location. Beds were pretty comfortable and a nice park outlook. Just needed a few things as mentioned. Booking pro - It was a good location for us. Good that everyone could have a room each and great there was 3 bathrooms. Nice park for walking close by and quiet neighbourhood. There was no dishcloth so very hard to wipe the bench down. Only 1 tea towel and more cutlery eg: smaller sharp knife and teaspoons needed. Not every bathroom had a bath mat. Gets very hot upstairs so an air con would be great for the upper level.

The host was very friendly and helpful Not a complaint but there were ants on the bench and in cupboard when we got there. Would take a few extra pillows next time but it was a last minute need to stay in Auckland so was sufficient and a nice modern home for the night. Also shower gel and shampoo was provided but was empty lucky supermarket is close.

Very close to highway if you need to travel around Auckland. Sampson was also very accommodating for us. Such a great host ☺️ Car park is a little hard to manoeuvre if you have a big car.

- Kathy (6/5): Overall the house was lovely but it didn’t feel welcoming because the finishing touches were basic. - Received an upgrade when they had double booked us. House was roomy and modern. Bathrooms were lovely. House bordered a large reserve. No aircon but fans in every room. Limited number of pillows (one per adult) and they were uncomfortable. Curtains in one of the rooms were flimsy and not hung properly. This left a gap and let light in. No bath mat in one bathroom. Needed more towels for 6 people. Fridge smelled of cabbage. Found socks and tissues under the beds.

But, this really is feedback for owner. The cupboards are quite high, maybe leave plates etc on the bench. The teatowels, had seen better days. Hand towels, floormats and flannels were needed for all Bathrooms. The beds were comfy, but one of the pillows or pillowcase smelt like it needed a good wash. And maybe if the TV is fixed to the wall you could fit an extra sofa in the lounge. Other then that it was a pleasant stay. The Shower is the best.

However, I will say. When I called, he answered his phone. Maybe I'm just a worry wart. The instructions came the day of entering the property.I'm just used to the property owners sending instructions for entering the property well in advance. And since the booking was for 01 2025 and was made 10.2024, I was just a bit nervous That's all

Meant I wasn't worried about loosing a key etc. Super hot upstairs in the bedrooms, the fans were great, but would have LOVED air conditioning. Plus a couple of outdoor seating options would have made it perfect.

Love having a toilet on both levels. - The 2nd storey was very hot on arrival; we opened the windows and turned on the AC (lower floor) when we went out but on our return it was still very hot and uncomfortable. - The stove had a dirty oven dish left in it from the previous guests, oven was also dirty and smelly, attracting flies. I notified the owner but he failed to respond. - No toilet roll holder in bathroom upstairs, toilet rolls were stored in cupboard. - Complimentary coffee was old and solidified; sugar was dirty (ie. coffee and lumps from guests using a wet spoon). - No complimentary salt, pepper or milk provided - these little touches really make a difference to your stay. I don’t mind paying top dollar for a nice place but these issues completely let the place down.

Dining room chairs are shameful,extremely worn and shabby so uncomfortable we had to use the pillows off the beds to sit on them as you feel like you’re sitting on the frame. The sofa bed was also extremely hard and without any remaining cushioning . Could do with some more plates to eat off . But most disappointing was the filthy work tops which I had to clean 🤷♀️, not nice at all on arrival after a long flight . Sort out your cleaner please 🙄Bathrooms were clean ,linen and towels all lovely .

- Janine (3/5): apartment has potential. - we liked that it was gated. we liked it was backing onto a reserve. we liked the apartments potential. it was filthy. the curtains didn't fit. there were no usual kitchen utensils/usual items ie mixing bowls, scissors, dish cloth, extra tea towels. the couch was filthy, smelt bad and was broken. parking was impossible with extra vehicles in the parking area.
- Kristin (1/5): Highly disappointed with this stay - The bed down stairs was rock hard and uncomfortable asf , there were clothes down the side of the bed from the people who stayed before us , there was a foul smell coming from the drains in the bathroom , there were bits of mould in the shower , there was rubbish behind the couch , the parking was shit was highly disappointed considering the price we payed

- Lauren (7/5): close to trust arena - location, Lots of room parking a bit tight for my big wagon. we would not have fit if it was full. not the cleanest place I've stayed in for that price. kitchen sink had a real bad smell, the dishes needed to be washed before we used them. toilet down stairs is visibly dirty from the front door. Dining room floor wasnt clean. windows are really streaky. just expect more for that price.

- Walter (7/5): Good - Secure parking behind a locked gate. Apartment is a good size. Dining chairs and couch are very uncomfortable and need replacing. Only one flat pillow per person is provided.

Didn't realise until after I had booked that we couldn't get access until 4.00pm. I messaged asking if we could get in earlier but did not get a reply which was disappointing. No bedside lamps.
