ANDRES (8/5): Good place. Could be great - The location was perfect for the Aquarium and Cola world. The check in/check out process was super easy and straight forward. The property management team messaged back very quickly every time I reached out. The amenities like the pool and rec room was a great addition and the apartment was super clean. All basic things needed in a apartment is provided like dishes, extra bed sheet set and pillow, washer dryer. Overall a good stay. There were small cuts and dents in the drywall of the master bedroom, a broken chair in the dining room, towel bar was broken. There were no curtains on the 2 main windows of the apartment just a translucent pull chain shade so we woke up with the sun everyday. Visitor parking is very limited, Friday and Saturday nights it was very hard finding parking. It would be nice to be able to park in the gated lot. Paying to park after already paying for the apartment is a bit archaic to me but this I think is an Atlanta thing. Not trying to rag on this place because we did have a good time and they did respond when I inquired about the damages and offered to fix them but fixing things that are able to be fixed beforehand that will in turn increase tenant comfort and happiness is ideal and the preferred business practice in hospitality. It's the little things..

Virginia (7/5): Good location for museums and nice unit - The unit was great for our family. Full kitchen and dining area and good size bathroom. Washer and dryer in unit were great for us. Secure building with secure tags for every door, floor and unit which was nice. Location was amazing for museums. We hit up the Coca Cola Museum, Aquarium, and College Football hall of fame. Super short walk for all. Management company was very responsible to questions and kind when we saw them cleaning at checkout. The company itself seems great. Price was the main reason we booked. The building itself had full time residents which lends a weird vibe to the building. There is a separate management company that manages the shared spaces. They are apparently only around 9-5 during weekdays. So any issues we had over a long weekend were never taken care of because the building staff were not around (messy elevators, smelly *plant* smell, doors propped open between floors). There were people who let their dogs swim in the pool. People swam in their clothes. The TVs in the main space didn’t work. The bowling alley was broken. The gym was disheveled and had people hanging out in the bathrooms for an oddly long time. People party loud at night. Overall it was a weird vibe. The neighborhood itself isn’t the safest either, which we knew, but walking outside you immediately feel it. There is no convenience store or grocery store around. We had young kids and felt a little uneasy coming and going at times. These are not the issues of the rental company but something to note.
Briana (10/5): Five stars! Beautiful, clean apartment with stunning views and lots of amenities! - What's not to love?! The location was central to everything Atlanta has to offer. Walking distance to the Coca Cola museum, Georgia Aquarium and Centennial Park and beautiful views of the city from every window in the apartment (and there are windows everywhere - it's so bright and spacious!). My kids loved the big city vibe and we enjoyed the pool deck equipped with a beautiful and clean swimming pool overlooking the city, corn hole, pool table, grills - it was perfect for hanging out between sightseeing. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook meals and we were happy to have a washer/dryer (with 2 teen boys in a humid city, that's crucial lol). We also loved how everyone had lots of room to spread out and 2 bathrooms was a huge perk. The best part - at the end of the day we crawled into the most comfortable beds ever! Plenty of pillows, ultra soft linens - the host also provides plenty of towels, washing detergent for the laundry and dishwasher, and all the basic toiletries you'd need. Another perk was the $8 a day parking - a good deal for right in the middle of the city. Oh and wonderful communication with the host throughout the entire stay. We had a fantastic time and hope to come back and stay again soon! My ONLY complaints (and they are small compared to how nice the place is), is that there is a terrible smoke smell in the hallways of the building. I know this is not the fault of the host but maybe there should be better air purification in the building because at times the smell of smoke was really strong and my immune compromised son would run through the hallway because smoke is an irritant to him. Thankfully I didn't smell it in our apartment and we weren't bothered except when coming and going. It would also be nice to have an extra key fob because we had trouble coordinating our outings as a family of 4 since there was only one. Also, would be nice to have a better spatula in the kitchen because I had trouble making eggs with the broken one there. Again, such trivial things compared to how accommodating the place is.

Vistas increíbles de la ciudad y la piscina (estuvimos en el piso 10) Ningun contacto humano. Muchas instrucciones y controles en especial para el estacionamiento. Eramos 5 y había una sola llave para entrar y salir del depto (se necesitaba para ir a la piscina y al gym también). Aún esta pendiente la devolución del depósito de 200 dólares. Faltaron copas para festejar con vino o con champán.

Heather (1/5): This is very horrible. - The bed was soft. That is it. First parking was not explained very well. I seen a lot and hoping it was not it but it was. The parking area looks like an old vacant lot from a tore down building. It is gravel and grass and open to the public. The messages sent from NOMAD stated parking was $8 and it was $14 total for 10 hours. We walk to the building and there is a lot of people hanging out and smoking marijuana. We get up to our floor (10th floor) and it smells like mildew and burnt marijuana. Our room smells like the hallway. The light switch plates are dirty and stained. The microwave had stains and hair. All the vents have black mold or black dust on them. One bedroom had the smoke detector missing and wires are just exposed. The kitchen cabinet has liquid stains on them where they weren’t cleaned well. The pullout couch mattress is stained. There is crumbs, dead bugs and trash under the couch. I am very dissatisfied with this and would like a refund. My wife and I brought our daughters here out of state and the photos do not match the environment/ actual look of the place. The pool is filthy and has debris all throughout. If I could rate this a negative 10 I would.

And common areas (elevators, lobby , co-work room) could be cleaner...

Justin (8/5): Overall I would do it again! - The location was great, right around the corner from the aquarium and museums. The amenities were great! Could have used bigger signs to show exactly where to park! But understood clearly after getting a boot on my car!
Craig (8/5): Great choice for the money - It was situated squarely between Georgia Tech and the convention center very near sites like the CFB Hall of Fame or the Coca-Cola museum that surround Centennial Park. It was a reasonable walk to the convention center. It was incredibly spacious, well appointed, comfortable and priced reasonably. The instructions for using the property were also clear. The hallways smelled constantly of marijuana and cigarette smoke permeated from the apartment next door. It is across the street from the Atlanta Mission and next to an abandoned lot which made some in our party uncomfortable after dark, although there were no actual safety issues. It was great to have a kitchen, but it was incredibly far to find a place to buy groceries. I walked it, but it is not for the faint of heart. The amenities were extensive (gym, pool, cornhole, bowling, etc), but some things like the provided grill, one elevator and bowling seemed to be broken for at least part of the 4 night stay. Lastly, the intense traffic getting on and off I-75 can make it challenging to cross streets or drive in the area during rush hours. For example, I had one Lyft just cancel on me due to the traffic.

Nearly impossible to not have the showers leak out onto the floor.

Also, unlike so many building in Atlanta it didn't stink of weed, no hos, no rats. We use an apartment /Airbnb for work once a year in USA. This has been the best out of 16yrs ! Perfect

Erin (7/5): The location and parking are impossible to beat for the price. - Location is incredible. It's a quick walk to the aquarium, the civil rights museum, and the convention center- we saved a lot of time, emotional energy, and money by parking on-site and walking wherever we needed to go. ($8 for 24 hours is impossible to beat!) There are a lot of good food options nearby as well. The bedding, toiletries, and coffee set-up were all great. We were prepared for a weed smell based on prior reviews- and they were right. Somehow, just at our room door/entryway, it was super fragrant. Might bother others- a minor annoyance for us. Of note, if you've got somebody crashing on the couch: the wall between the living room and the bedroom doesn't go all the way up to the ceiling (maybe 6-12" gap?), so there's no real sound privacy. That was a surprise. Also, you may be able to hear the upstairs neighbors playing music at 3 in the morning.
