• ghislaine (9/5): Super séjour avec de belles visites - Le confort de l’appartement hyper bien équipé, bien pensé et décoré avec soin. La propreté et le calme. La proximité de tous les lieux à visiter si on aime un peu marcher( 30 minutes). Proposition de l’hôte de venir nous chercher à l’aéroport. Personne très sympathique et bonne communication avec explications très claires avant notre arrivée avec vidéo pour faire le cheek in

• Clementine (9/5): Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden die Wohnung definitiv wieder buchen. - Die Wohnung sieht genauso schön aus wie auf den Fotos und es war einfach alles da, was man an Ausstattung brauchen kann. Es gibt nur eine Schlüsselbund und es ist nicht erkennbar, welche Klingel zur Wohnung gehört. Problematisch, wenn man zu unterschiedlichen Zeiten zurück kommt (Wohnung ist im 6. Stock).

• Yevhen (7/5): Апартаменты хорошие, но требуют мелких доработок, верю, что владельцы услышал и исправят ситуацию - Отличный дизайн апартаментов, есть все необходимое для длительного проживания, окна выходят во двор, что является несомненным плюсом, есть необходимые средства для обслуживаете помещения, таблетки для посудомойки/стиральной машинки; 1) Очень пыльно в апартаментах, в первый день заезда пришлось убирать частично; по всем углам лежат клубы пыли/грязи; 2) барные стулья не подходят под стол, слишком высокие, невозможно сидеть 3) крайне не удобные подушки, слишком жесткие, как на мешке с картошкой спишь 4) вторая ванная комната с тусклым точечным освещением в углу умывальника, выглядит симпатично, но не практично

• Dr. Andreas (9/5): Super! - Die Wohnung ist groß, sauber, chic eingerichtet und hat einen großen Balkon. Vom Lärm der viel befahrenen Alexandras-Straße bekommt man nichts mit, weil alle Zimmer nach hinten in den Innenhof gehen. Bis Monastiraki sind es etwa 20 min zu Fuß, man kann aber auch den Bus oder die U-Bahn (Viktoriaplatz) nehmen. Auf der anderen Seite der Alexandras-Straße liegt ein großer Park, ideal zum morgendlichen Joggen oder Spazieren gehen. Alles ok. Einen Tag lang gab es nur sehr schwachen Wasserdruck, aber das lag nicht an der Wohnung oder am Vermieter. Der Kontakt klappt problemlos, kümmert sich sofort.

• Juan (9/5): Apartamento muy acogedor y coqueto - El piso estaba super limpio y era muy acogedor y coqueto. Muy amplio y espacioso, el aire acondicionado en todo el piso se agradece mucho. Cocina equipada con lo necesario. Y la flexibilidad en hacer un tarde check-out. El wifi no nos falló en los 10 días..! El ascensor es pequeño y no tiene puerta, es tipo montacargas. Las vistas no dan a la ciudad. Se oferta como centro y el centro esta como a cinco paradas de metro, y el metro está como a kilometro y medio del piso.

The location is perfect, very close to everything you might need. The house was extremely clean and well maintained. • Caoimhe (6/5): Potential top class apartment, let down by attitude, lack of professionalism & cleanliness - Very stylish apartment with good amenities in a great location (if you know and understand the Exarchaia neighbourhood). It could be a 5 star apartment very easily for minimal cost and effort, but with the attitude of the owner and manager, it is doubtful that improvements will be made. They disappointed us with our early check-in but did give us a late checkout, which was appreciated. Apartment manager was aggressive & rude, owner didn't apologise, just said we could cancel our booking. Very unprofessional people. Had to argue with owner at length to get a second set of keys, even though we were two friends doing separate things for more than two weeks. They cheerfully agreed to an earlier check-in on the website, then the night before arrival at 1.30am, the manager texted that it would only be ready at normal check-in time & followed that with a sarcastic text at 2.30am. They never replied when I disputed this and sent screenshots of where they had promised it on Booking.com, so we didn't get our early check in & had to wait. We didn't feel safe to contact the manager after his initial aggression & only went through the owner. The apartment was dirty on arrival & was clearly not cleaned by professionals - just given a very basic once over. Dirty floors, oven tray, terrace, bathrooms, toilet brushes, greasy marks all over kitchen cupboards, dusty items, dirty bath mat, unwashed cup in cupboard, two dead plants, one toilet seat completely off, only one bed made. We cleaned down the kitchen when we arrived. Three chairs are broken, bedsheets aren't big enough, pillows are hard, internet drops out frequently, the living room a/c doesn't work, the showerhead in the black bathroom is too high, spraying water over the shower door & neither of the showers drain properly, causing flooding in the bathrooms, especially the black one. We were left one toilet roll each, no change of sheets for 17 days, no extra bed blankets even though the weather was very cold - and there was virtually nothing to welcome us there, not even a bottle of water or any basic cooking condiments etc. There was just a lack of professionalism, hospitality, functionality & cleanliness that could be remedied so easily. I've never experienced such a bad attitude from an apartment rental before & I travel frequently.
• Lilla (9/5): The apartment was very nice and the owners are very helpful. - Really nice apartment, easy access and comfortable. I really liked that the two bedrooms did not share a wall. The bathrooms were also very nice. The elevator in the building is a bit sketchy (no double door) but you can get used to it. Also the view from the balcony isn't the greatest but it's not that important.

• Rani (10/5): Exceptional - the apartment is beautiful and clean. it has every tool you dream off especially in the kitchen. there's a close café to the apartment (1 minute away) which is open 24/7 and a close market the view is not good

Its central location made everything within walking distance." I had no internet connection during my stay, which was very inconvenient as I needed to work. Despite raising the issue with the host, it was never resolved.
