- Verified traveler (6/5): - a temperatura do local eram de 6 a 12 graus, assim que chegamos fomos informados que para tomar banho era necessário deixar “encher o chuveiro na posição fria e depois de alguns minutos colocar na posição quente”. O café da manhã é das 07 às 09h com poucas opções e dependendo do horário que chega só tem restos sem reposição. Houve um dia com muita chuva e teve goteira no quarto. A janela estava tão enferrujada e dura que não fechava. O Wi-Fi estava com problemas. Apenas uma camareira. Colchão e travesseiro desconfortável. Todos os atendentes sem exceção muito receptivos, atenciosos e rápidos nas respostas.
- LUIS GUILHERME (2/5): PÉSSIMO - Regras são péssimos, banho água nao pode gasta se for gasta multa 5 reais por litro, recepção não aceita bagagem guarda, péssimo... Nunca mais HOTEL ITAIPU.
