- Kate (1/5): Do not go. - N/A Property had not been cleaned when we arrived, dirty towels and bed sheets were on the floor. Previous guest’s belongings and rubbish was also scattered around the room. The service was awful, had to delay check in with no clear communication which meant we were late for the event we had planned. Would not stay again.
- Alice (5/5): Good location but overall disappointed - Great location. Free parking on roads on Sunday Kitchen lacks a lot of equipment - not enough forks, knives, spoons, crockery for the group. No cooking utensils, no oven gloves, no tea towels so wet crockery left in cupboard. Advertised to sleep 6 but only one sofa bed and no bedding provided for it either. You had to pay upfront via a link texted to you which isn’t the most reassuring way to pay given scammers operate this way. No option to pay another way. I was also called 8 times by the management property to ensured I paid this way before arrival. Also required a £150 deposit before arriving so £300 paid upfront which seemed quite a bit. I think that there is a lot of potential for improvement given good location - better equipped and replacing of mattresses would help greatly plus more secure way to pay.

- Annie (10/5): A beautiful apartment n thinking if coming in the summer - It was stunning I was moaning about the stairs until I walked in it was so spacious A bit to far outta town for little legs to walk but uber is so cheap so not an issue
- Natalie (1/5): Awful stay, good location but even at a bargain rate this place was not nice!! Has the potential to be lovely but needs - Nothing Not clean, rude cleaners, broken door handle, broken shower, smell from bathroom. Had to make my own bed. Cleaners still emptying beer bottles from our room when we checked in. No toilet roll or towels. Shouted at by a cleaner. No heating!!!

- Simon (6/5): Nice enough - It was a nice apartment new mixed with old Short on bedding, towels, cups, we were a party of 6 but only given enough items for 5 people. Also no toilet roll queried with host and they no longer provide but didn’t make it obvious so had to go back out to purchase.
- Aline (8/5): Ok - The property was clean and spacious. Although it was summer, the time I was there it was very cold and I was told that I couldn’t have the heater on because it was summer. I had to go and work in a cafe instead.

- Eliza (8/5): Would recommend. - Excellent location, very clean, exactly as seen in photos, very reasonably priced. Excellent customer service when code wasn’t received on time, was rectified immediately. Lack of cutlery (no forks) or tea towel/oven glove, needed an extra chair at table as booked for 5 adults and a baby but only had 4 table chairs. Fold down beds tipped to the side of moved in sleep.

No working toilet when we arrived, poor customer service very slow to get problems solved, often had to go through booking.com to try and fix problems like they claimed they hadn’t received payment from me when I had already payed so had to go through booking.com to resolve this. And got no response about the broken toilet we couldn’t use.
