• Steven (9/5): Nice Apartment, Great Location. - The property was easy to find and to gain entry into thanks to the clear instructions and pictures supplied by the hosts Definitely a very convenient location from which to explore the wonderful Chania, the apartment was spacious well equipped, and very clean apart from some of the kitchen equipment which needed extra washing before use. The bed was very comfortable and the wardrobes had plenty of space. towels were supplied, particularly liked the inclusion of a beach towel. overall a very good apartment to base yourself in Chania. Not a criticism of the owners but I made the mistake some others in the reviews made, looked through the pictures saw the sea view, read one of the recent reviews talking about the wonderful sea view from the Terrace, booked the apartment with Terrace and found our Terrace looking straight into the neighbouring apartment block, Definitely disappointing. Check you book the one marked sea view, As I say its my fault for not paying full attention. Still a very good Apartment.

• julie (9/5): - Location was fantastic 5 mins from the beach and 10mins from the old town. Good facilities 2 balconies, washing machine, fridge plus many others. Very little but would have liked another pillow, only 3 for 2 people. Chsirs on the balcony were very wobbly nice wooden chairs just need joints to be reglued. As I say really enjoyed our time there.

• federica (8/5): Soggiorno confortevole - Appartamento completo e super accogliente. Tutto pulito e letto comodo! Servizi vicini ( super market, bar per fare la colazione) Pensavo avesse il terrazzo come nella foto dimostrativa invece era al primo piano con di fronte palazzine. La zona non è stupenda, anzi, però tutto sommato è stata abbastanza comoda anche per il centro che è circa 15 minuti a piedi.
• Glebanich (10/5): Amazing Stay in Chania - Absolutely amazing apartment with a fantastic view. We really loved our stay here. The appartment is located about 2 min walk from the beach and about 14min walk from Chania old town. The appartment is very well equipped and has everything you need, the bed is very comfortable and both the bedroom and living room have aircon. The balcony is exceptional and provides a beautiful vew of the bay and sunsets in the evening. It is very close to the restaurants and there is a good mini market about 1 minute walk. This is our 4th time in Chania and this appartment was by far the best we had. The building has an elevator which was a blessing as the appartment is on the 5th floor. The host was very accomodating and a pleassure to deal. We will definitely stay here again. Nothing

• Agapi (6/5): 2 days in Chaniá - The location was good although it was difficult to to find packing around the area. The bathroom wasn’t very clean. We find only one shower gel. They didn’t supply some coffee for our short stay. The pictures are from one apartment which had view, the view from the apartment we stayed it was the noisy neighbours ( locals).

• Shannonhadjis (10/5): If you want to stay here, my recommendation would be to book it as soon as possible! - We were fortunate to be able to spend 23 nights here last month. The deck is AMAZING! Sunsets every night overlooking the sea. Five-minute walk to Nea Chora beach and only a 1/2 hour walk to Golden Beach (better beach IMO). The washing machine in the unit works great, and there is a spacious area to hang clothes on the deck to dry. Two blocks from a wonderful little market and only a 15-minute walk to a major grocery store. Super close to old town and so many amazing restaurants in the area. We didn't have a car, but the bus station is nearby within easy walking distance. The kitchenette worked well to make simple meals like souvlaki, salads, breakfasts, etc. We loved this place. I highly, highly recommend it! That we had to leave. :(

• Traveller50 (9/5): Nice Flat - The flat had everything we needed for our stay. Having to go walkabouts for bins to put our rubbish in. The bins weren't where the map indicated. There were roadworks outside the property that we were not advised about.

• Magda (7/5): Central and clean, but not for small kids - The location is very good, close to the beach and to the center of the town. The kitchen is new and well equipped. The terrace is useful to hang up wet clothes. It was good for us to have a washing machine, as we travelled with a small kid. There was no possibility to get a high chair for a toddler and in general the whole apartment is not prepared for kids, with two tables in glass and no secure gas lock in the kitchen. This made things quite difficult for us.
• Gayane (10/5): Comfortable apartment in an excellent location - We stayed in the apartment on the first floor with 1 bedroom. It was very comfortable, with everything we needed for a week's stay. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment for cooking, making tea or coffee. The bad was comfortable and big. There was one terrace and one balcony. The beach was 5 min walk. 15 min to Venetian port on foot. Great value for money.

• Simon (10/5): Was really nice and relaxing. - Really nice place, and good sized for our family (2 adults and 2 young children). Has all the amenities you could want, even has a bath which was nice. Felt really homely. Beach is really close, and lots of different restaurants are only a short walk away. Old Town is not too far away either so getting about without the need for a car or bus is good.

• Trollek (9/5): Great Stay close by OLD TOWN - Great host communication and large apartment , zero hassle and all what you need not only for holiday stay but you can live there like in your own home. I like the keyless access to the bulding and lift. Spacy terrace on the upper floor, no problem with the car park , grocery shop just 2 minutes by walk, to Old town 15minutes by walk also and super easy to find out on the way back even at night. Comfy living room with dining area and hot water in the bathroom. Bedroom has large wardrobe and king size mattres. No fuss at that price and location plus facilities.

• Henrik (9/5): Superb - The apartment was absolutely clean in a very quiet area next to the Nea Chora beach! There was everything in the kitchen you need. The AC worked quietly and well. There was not really hot water, just warm one.

• Sofia (9/5): Superb - The apartment was better than the photos and very clean. Laundry machine with soap and softener for the clothes was a nice surprice and the bottle of water in the fridge. 10 min walk to Old Port and Old city of Chania and just 5 min from the beach Nea chora. The only thing that would make everything perfect would be to have more quantity in the shampoo and shower gel.
• Rodica (10/5): Spacious apartment at a 10 minutes walk away from the Old Town - The apartment is spacious, with a big terrace, ideal for a family with kids. We arrived at 2 am, really tired, thirsty as hell, with all the stores closed, and the fact that we found a big bottle of water in the fridge was a small gesture that meant a lot to us. Beds are comfortable, everybody slept well. There are cafes and a beach really close, haven't tried the beach, but the area is quite nice.

• Veronika (10/5): Exceptional - Good location next to the beach nea hora but inside quiet street 10 mins from the old town and the center 15 mins from bus statoin there were a lot of facilities and supplies which surprused me there were even salt pepper sugar oil and vinegar and coffee in the apartment ( of course this might have been left by previous guests :D because we also left a few things ), paper, a few pairs of towels so you can change towels in the moddle of the week! Furnitute was relatively new and good nothing old, nothing to complain, ah and the owner was very responsive via message we asked a lot of qu⁹qqq1estions and he provided useful information

• Kinga (10/5): Exceptional - We liked everything there: the flat is in perfect location: 2 min from Nea Chora Beach, 10 min walk from the port and Old Town, there is a grocery shop with fresh coffee just around the corner, even pharmacy if you need anything is 5 min from the flat. The flat is modern, very comfortable and cosy, has got nice balkony and bathtub which was perfect for our toddler bath. We got a travel bed for our 2 year old child,.so he could sleep safe while parents enjoyed evenings. All facilities are there: washing machine, coffee machine, microwave, hair dryer, even vacuum cleaner and iron. We found water and juice in the fridge as well as coffee, sugar and all stuff that you need for cleaning in the kitchen and bathroom. Wifi worked perfectly. It was quiet and cosy like at home. The host was very helpfull, sent us some recomendations about restaurants and things worthy to visit . I cant find anything negative about our stay.It was great time there and we would like to come back. Nothing
• Yuliia (10/5): Exceptional - My colleague and me spent awesome week in Tamar's place. The flat is very clean, bright and well equipped. Its location is perfect for visiting the beach, walking in the old city or visiting a number of nearby cafes and restaurants. Additional words of gratitude to our host. He was very helping and loyal to us, starting from the providing us with the hairdryer and ending with the permission to check out much later due to late departure. Tamar's place is much recommended for staying in Chania!!!

• Rami (10/5): Recommend this apt a lot - Such a beautiful and sweet apartment. Everything is pretty new and well designed and very comfortable to use. Nice bedroom, and the bed is comfortable. Living room and kitchen are nice, and the balcony is a super nice place to sit. I also worked on the laptop a lot, and the wifi was really good and a nice big table to work on. Location is really great. So close to the beach. You have the Neachora beach at 2 minutes walking, and to the old town and all the restaurants it's a 10 minutes walk. Did not have any communication with Tamar but the instructions for the key were precise and easy to follow. All was really good
