- Anna (6/5): Not a brilliant stay - The staff were friendly. We booked this property due to the fact that it says online there is a 24 hour desk and our bus arrived at 1am. We booked in advance but everyone was asleep when we arrived and I had to crawl under the security gate to get into the property, then shout to wake someone up to let us in. They hadn’t realised we had booked. If you are a solo traveller I wouldn’t recommend this place if you arrive late as I would have been so much more nervous if I was alone. We also arrived to the room and there were rat droppings and the bed / floor/ bathroom weren’t clean. However, maybe they would have been clean if they had anticipated us coming. I also may have thought the property might offer us something for the inconvenience and they didn’t.
