• NomadicGirl (9/5): - A wonderful stay. The apartment is small, but excellent for a short stay. It's really well equipped with everything you need. The views are gorgeous. Excellent location - close to the centre, but not overwhelmingly busy. We would be happy to come back.
• Mark (9/5): Comfortable apartment with great views, and easy access to the centre. - The location was great, an easy walk to town and the restaurants, pubs. The view from the bay window was fantastic. I like a pint glass for a post run beer!
• PT (9/5): Lovely stay - Stunning view, could sit in the window and look out all day quite happily. The space is lovely, as shown in the pictures and very tastefully decorated. Plenty of crockery and pots and pans. Bed are comfortable and a great shower. Can adjust the heating as needed using their hive thermostat Walk into town and the train station Unusually for rentals there were plenty of hooks for coats! Fine for us but its a steep walk and quite a lot of steps up to the apartment - probably tricky with small children/push chairs Second bedroom is very small so bare this in mind depending on your group. I think you would struggle with storage if had four people staying more than a night or two. I dont think the shared garden area would get much sun and is quite small but its not far to the beach!

Great hosts and there is the advantage of a car park space. The clean apartment is very well equipped, with everything needed to enjoy your stay. The welcome goodies were appreciated. Would recommend and visit again!
• Maciej (10/5): A perfect location for a short family stay - We stayed in apartment 3, which was offered perfect space for our family of 4. The property was clean, quiet and with a perfect blend of modern and character features. Located short walk from the centre of St Ives, It offered some amazing views of the harbour. We have previously visited St Ives and stayed in different locations, but this one is our favourite and we would love to come back one day. N/A

The hosts could not have been more helpful- nothing was too much trouble. More storage was definitely needed. There were 4 of us and very little space to put anything. • Alan (8/5): Good front window views but up steep hill and several steps, which is to be expected in St Ives. - Warm and comfortable flat with a pleasing Welcome Pack. Easy to unload despite the narrow streets. Grateful for the parking spot just 3 minutes away. No kitchen paper and no spare toilet roll. Toilet door did not lock. No full size drawers in the bedrooms. Bedroom 2 is very small for two adults.

We would recommend no problems. - Very comfortable beds, awesome views, walkable to village centre, warm apartment, easy to use washing machine and dishwasher, beautiful decor. Unloading luggage on a busy road was difficult and the steep walk and stairs were very hard on the knees. But to get views are normally need to climb stairs!!

Car parking 3 mins walk away . - The views and the appointment of the property Because the property was on the first floor and there were steep steps up to it unloading the car was hard work and for anyone with mobility problems this would not be suitable.

The view from the front windows is a real highlight and lovely to enjoy whilst having some breakfast before heading out for the day. Nothing it was beautiful.

There was absolutely nothing we didn’t like about the property.

Karen has made it so beautiful and comfortable with lots of lovely touches to make the stay perfect! The views were so amazing seeing the sun go up and down was so lovely. The views, the decor, the facilities and the location. Brilliantly located in the centre of St Ives with everything you need within walking distance. The fact we had to leave! Finding the property can be difficult due to the one way system in the town but Karen’s directions were excellent and you need to just follow them!
