• Balasundaram (2/5): - Not the friendly staff. Gave us a very small room (could be single occupancy). While at reception during booking time he informed us only small room available without TV. We have no option, since we are late for the function. The funny thing is that they even don't know therewas a online booking, I have to show my booking on mobile .

The reception people didn’t know there was a booking even when I booked on 30 May and went to 8 june . Their phone number is wrong so no one was picking up the phone The bath was choked . Hours of no AC in Chennai summer due to no electricity
• M (1/5): Bad - Location only is good and no food is provided Except the location others all are not good in this residence. No proper updates and no WiFi facilities. Tv is not working
