Jitte (10/5): genieten! - Heerlijk zwembad met lekkere bedjes om op te zonnen. Je hebt een supermarkt om de hoek, dus je kunt heel de dag in het huisje blijven zitten. Kamers zijn ruim, badkamers zijn goed en alles was schoon. Je bent aardig ver van het strand en de strip. Het is ongeveer 15 minuten lopen maar in de hitte kan dat best tegenvallen. Tip daarvoor: pak een step, is ongeveer 30 cent per minuut en je kan makkelijk met 2 op een step.

De Backer (9/5): Mooi huis met zeer veel ruimte en alles voorzien is! - Het is een zeer ruim huis en alles was netjes. Het heeft de nodige voorzieningen (o.a. vaatwas, ijskast, nespresso...). Het zwembad is proper en nodigt uit om er onmiddellijk in te duiken. De prijs mag iets lager, dat is altijd fijn.

It was a beautiful and modern villa with comfy beds and the pool was perfect. The owners family are next door and contactable for any queries and help however are completely unobtrusive. The location was perfect, a 15 minute walk into the main Kos old town, 5-10 minute walk to the beach and 1 minute from supermarket and local resteraunts Nothing

Davide (10/5): This villa is amazing, you can stay in peace and relax, but is also close to the center of the city, so if you want to g - This design luxury villa has a private pool with sunbeds, washing machine, dishwasher, Lavazza coffee machine, 2 bathrooms and spacious environment. Literally nothing.
Skibsted (10/5): Unique gem in luxurious surroundings with the world's friendliest host family. - Villa Kares consists of 3 joined houses. Villa Kares I is used by the owner's family. Villa Kares II and III are rented out to external guests. The family that runs the rental are very nice people. They are careful and follow up on appointments, and if you need something in the house or need help, they are only 5 minutes away. Villa Kares III is a brand new house with fully equipped kitchen and living room with large TV and everything you need for a good holiday. On the first floor, there are very good beds in the two bedrooms. The house has two beautiful bathrooms with showers both on the ground floor and first floor. All rooms are cooled by modern air conditioning, which ensures a constant 21 degrees throughout the house. The pool area is inviting and beautifully landscaped with really good sunbeds and a very clean pool, which Mr. Nikos takes care every day, just as he waters the plants in the garden. The location of the house is perfect because it is in a quiet and fashionable residential area, but with only 15-20 min. to Kos Old Town and even closer to several good restaurants. Overall, the Villa Kares houses are a unique gem that should be kept a secret from other guests so they don't wear out this beautiful property. We give the landlord and the property our best recommendations and look forward to coming back. Nothing was not to like.

Think of every detail from the smallest to the largest The kitchen was equipped with everything you need, the welcome was amazing. The pool is large and pleasant with sunbeds and an umbrella, the direction of the sun in the pool is only in the afternoon. The house is beautiful, the beds are comfortable. About a two-minute walk there is a supermarket, a five-minute drive (you can also walk) there are nearby beaches and restaurants, also close to the old city. We had an amazing vacation. The host is amazing, the house is stunning, highly recommend everything was good
