• Cindy (3/5): Perfect if a bachelor pad or fraternity house is your preference. - It was much farther away from downtown than stated. The pool was dirty. The outdoor furniture was mostly broken. Missing baseboards. Broken drawer in the kitchen. No toaster or coffee maker and very few utensils. The smell coming from the dishwasher was disgusting. The door alarm beeped continuously.
• Odennis (4/5): abandonment of the property - quiet neighborhood I'll be honest, I expected more from this house, the dirty pool, the abandoned patio, a very strong smell in the house,Paint details inside the house, it looks abandoned, many baseboards are missing
• Julianna (6/5): Pleasant - The place was perfect for our needs! Fenced back yard, pool, big rooms and cool pool table in garage. We enjoyed our stay! There were condoms in the drawers in the bathroom like maybe somebody hadn't cleaned it out. The pool was a little dirty and could have been cleaned. And there were bag in the mulch (like the bags the mulch comes in) peaking out from the bottom of the mulch which wasn't aesthetically pleasing to the eye. The fence could also be updated as it's falling apart in some spots.

• Tamisha (10/5): My stay was great and the host was very helpful with local food spot suggestions. - No key was needed...it had a door code that was provided to us prior to arrival. The location was in the middle to all the places we had planned to visit - Automobile Museum, Universal Studios and the Outlets.

• Sergiu (1/5): Bad - We rented this property for two nights but ended up leaving after just two hours due to the poor condition of the place. It felt unclean overall, and we were uncomfortable even touching things. The bathroom had an open shampoo or shower gel bottle, the dishwashing sponge was visibly dirty, and although there was a coffee machine, there was no coffee provided. The grill was yellow and looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned. We reached out to the owner to explain why we were leaving early, but they never responded. Very disappointing experience.

I won’t be staying. - Host Jay was very pleasant and came over twice to fix TV and bring paper towels etc. Pool was a nice touch even though it was a bit cold to enjoy. Some parts of the home newly renovated. Not enough basic items like teacups, toilet tissue and paper towels. Ceiling is coming apart, and some parts of the home is old and tired. Should add live TV.

• Gracia (5/5): Poorly maintained and supplied! - The only really good thing about this property was the pool. There’s so many issues about this property I don’t even know where to start. You can’t enjoy the pool without being attacked by fire ants, and there was NO pool towels at all! I would’ve packed one if I had known. There was 5 of us staying for 2 days and left us with less than half a roll of toilet paper for the duration of our stay! ALL the grass on the front of the house and around the pool was overgrown. Lounge chairs had cobwebs. Couldn’t find a bottle or wine opener anywhere in that house. The house inside was poorly maintained, no wonder why it was so “affordable”. Beware if you think you’re getting a steal based on the pictures. Those are definitely photoshopped!
• Melissa (5/5): I felt inconveniently annoyed. Wish I was offered another property! - The decor on the inside of the property was really nice. I had to wash the cookware it was filthy. We had to tighten the handles. The ice/ water maker didn't work. Had to buy ice and dish washing liquid. Sink was dirty! Silverware was dirty. Master bedroom had to be swept/mopped. Microwave was dirty crumbs and turnplate. No covering of patio (which WAS ADVERTISED) then after I booked & paid for it... Then sent pictures without covering.THe remote control was broke batteries kept coming out! The bar stools were in bad shape!! We didn't enjoy outside backyard as we hoped. It made me wonder had the owner done a walk through before our arrival. I was visiting my daughter who is in school and working she took time off to relax. But I kept having to send her out to pick up things that should have been there. I could see if this was a friends house who wasn't using it. But for the cost.... I was very disappointed!
• Sellers (9/5): Overall everything was good except for a few minor adjustments with the renovation of the back porch and sitting area in - The men loved the pool table and everyone loved the pool, especially the kids. We couldn’t keep the kids out of the pool We liked the property but me myself had to get used to the Florida heat
