• Laurianne (10/5): Exceptional - We had a fantastic stay in Naples at this charming B&B. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location is excellent—just a short walk from the Archaeological Museum and the city centre, and conveniently close to both Museo and Piazza Cavour metro stations, making it easy to explore the city. What truly made our stay special, however, was Daniela, the owner. She is an exceptionally warm and helpful host. Daniela welcomed us with great tips and local recommendations, and even followed up with thoughtful text messages to ensure we had everything we needed. Her hospitality really made us feel welcomed.
• Željka (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was very clean, we got lot of helpul information from owner Daniela, like how and what to see everyday, with delicious breakfast. In vicinity there are both metro stations, bus station, and mini markets.
• Jiří (9/5): Superb - - The room was clean and spacious, and it had everything I needed, including window nets and solid panel shutters. - The mattress and pillows were comfortable, and the duvet was large. - The room faced the inner courtyard, so traffic could only be heard from a distance. - The temperature, humidity, and air quality in May were all very good, so I didn’t have to use the air conditioning and could keep the window open almost all day and night. - The hostess was very friendly and flexible when it came to my specific requirements for breakfast. - The hostess allowed me to stay until the afternoon on the last day because of my late flight (this was possible because no other guests were arriving that day). - The hostess gave me tips on places to visit and how to get to and from the airport. - The location is perfect because the underground Piazza Cavour station is just a couple of minutes from the accommodation. - There was a fridge and a microwave in the kitchen. - The waste was sorted into plastic, paper, and glass. - There was no stove in the kitchen. I know a stove wasn’t promised, but I missed it anyway. - I could hear planes taking off because there is an airport nearby. However, they don’t fly between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m., when the airport is closed. To sleep comfortably after 6 a.m., you need to close the windows and wear earplugs. - The neighborhood felt a bit rough, but I had no problems with anyone.
• Daniel-bröker (9/5): Very enjoyable stay - The hostesse Daniela is exceptionally nice and offers a lot of advice and information about Naples and its surroundings. The room and the whole space was always kept clean. For breakfast Daniela offered individual options of Napolese specialities. The location of the b&b is in a very convenient distance to the metro station or to walk to the centre.
• Heidi (9/5): Superb - Daniella was amazing- when she texted me before my stay, we realized I booked the wrong day- she took care of everything and was able to change the reservation for me. I had a 6:40 train in the morning, and she arranged for a taxi driver to be at the door at 6am!

She can recommend places worth visiting, restaurants, etc. B&B Palazzo Sersale Napoli is located in Rione Sanita, a historic, lively neighbourhood, not the cleanest though. It’s within walking distance of the historic centre of Naples (Centro Storico). It is close to the metro and train station. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby.

• Narmina (10/5): Exceptional - Daniela is really nice owner of very cosy hotel. She was very attentive and asked what I prefer for breakfast every evening. Clean room, very nice design and comfortable. Hot water, nice-smelling bed linen. The metro is nearby, two minutes from the location of the hotel. If I ever get to be in Naples again, I would love to stay at Daniela's hotel again.
