• Zouaghi (10/5): For colors and simplicity lovers - There is nothing to not like about this property. It is made and designed with love.. from the entrance to the window to the balcony… so colorful, so clean, so organized, so minimalistic vibe. The location also is so convenient. Highly recommended NOTHING
• husnu (9/5): We enjoyed it, Milan is a awesome city with its great people - Location, closeness to Metro (12m), Lambrate line 2 green line, quality of neighborhood, rather inexpensive food choices near by, elevator to the unit, safety. Lockbox did not reopen when we were leaving, so we had to leave the keys in the unit. Steps within this studio unit made the place hard too walk around. Lighting and window blinds were great and uplifting and provided plenty of light however they were quite hard to use to figure out (with over 5 different remote controllers).
• Josh (10/5): We had a great stay and for the price had a high end beautifully designed studio apartment with enough space for the 2 o - Great location with perfect amenities and simple instructions sent in plenty of time to get to grips with finding the place. Lighting was a little confusing at first but once we got to grips with it was very handy.
• Filipa Silva (9/5): - Edifício muito bonito e apartamento lindíssimo. Cama confortável, cozinha grande. Tem tudo que é necessário para uma estadia de vários dias. Encontramos o espaço muito limpo e os vizinhos são super simpáticos. Supermercados e metros nas redondezas. Um forno seria fantástico. Faltavam alguns talheres.

• Diego (10/5): Um apartamento incrível - Superou as expectativas! Um apartamento moderno, completo, bem equipado, decorado e muito confortável para um casal. Roupas de cama e toalhas de excelente qualidade. Instruções fáceis e muito úteis. A localização é excelente, próximo a restaurantes, bares e café.

• Martyna (7/5): - Dobra lokalizacja, wygodny materac ciekawa okolica Byliśmy tam 3 noce, przez ten czas nie zrozumieliśmy jak działają światła w tym lokalu to jest jakiś absurd aby to zrozumieć Niepotrzebne schody, każdy w innym poziomie. I czystość łazienki daje dużo do życzenia. Szyba od prysznica jest za mała i wszystko leci na podłogę. Kurz na lampach w kuchni i pajęczyny przy suficie. Najbardziej nie podobało nam się wchodzenie do budynku nie można było otworzyć dzwi normlanie tylko za każdym razem przez aplikację, a co jeśli nie mielibyśmy internetu?

And good location with station and shops nearby. - The shower drainage wasn’t optimal and the toilet area kept flooding after shower use - Hot water didn’t work properly for 2 days - Property was very dusty (the walls, top bunk, cushions near window, study area floor) - Kitchen hob use was not made clear for non-induction cooker users - the lighting system was quite tricky to use, a lot of trial and error to get used to
• Hediger (4/5): Zum Glück waren wir mehrheitlich unterwegs. - Es hatte einen Aufzug. Beim ersten mal reingehen war es in der Anleitung schlecht beschrieben, was genau man beim Gerät drücken muss. Die Wohnung war nicht gut geputzt und es hat gestunken.
• Sarah (8/5): Great windows, comfortable, convenient, but could be cleaner (See review details) - Liked the vibrant decor, big windows, great window seat, nice balcony, with views of trees, automatic shades and lights, comfortable beds and bedding, AC worked great, easy self check-in/entry My one complaint is that the carpets and rug needed to be vacuumed (lots of hair, lint, some toe nail clippings). The vacuum in the closet did not turn on, otherwise I would have happily cleaned it. Not a complaint but there are several changes in levels throughout the room, so I would consider this if you have young children or accessibility concerns.
• Héloïse (7/5): Un plutôt bon séjour dans l’ensemble - On a adoré la décoration de l’appartement ! Dès l’ouverture de la porte la première fois ça fait vraiment une belle impression. L’arrivé et le départ se sont fait facilement en toute autonomie grâce à une boîte à clé. Le coin cuisine est très spacieux et la banquette sous la fenêtre très appréciable. De plus, les équipements mis à disposition permettent de cuisiner toutes sortes de plats. Kit vaisselle mis à dispo ce qui dépanne pour une courte période ! La literie n’est pas très confortable (notamment les oreillers). De plus, il y avait une drôle d’odeur durant tout le séjour dans l’appartement et beaucoup d’insectes surtout dans le lit du haut. Le balcon était trop difficile d’accès à cause du rideau qui est bloqué en position fermé donc nous n’y sommes pas allées. Le voisin de palier n’a pas l’air d’apprécier les touristes…

• Ömer (7/5): Nice and clean but with flaws - The interior design of the apartment is very nice and appealing. It had everything that I needed and was very clean. I wrote some criticism below, but my overall experience was good. Upon arrival, I could not open the second door due to incorrect information provided. The instruction document needs to be checked. I also had the same problem with the third door(the door of the flat). It has been said that the keys are in a key box, but there was no key box. I sent them photos of the door and waited about 10 to 15 mins, which is very unpleasant if you are coming from a long travel. Before they returned, I found the keys under the doormat and entered. There were a couple of warning signs inside that were very threat-like. That is not how you communicate with a customer. Although the apartment is overall pretty nice and comfortable, the pillows were very uncomfortable for me. Also I think something needs to be done about the doorless shower because the whole bathroom floods after a shower.
• Jelena (10/5): Cute place for a cosy Milan experience - Really nice place with creative interior.I was amazed how the place is organized with all the details.It can accomodate up to 4 people. It is located in nice area, with couple of restaurants and cafes, there is a huge 24h open supermarket. Appartment has everything you need for a cosy stay(well equiped kitchen, comfy beds, towels, even an iron) and it is close to metro station and Politecnico di Milano.Communication with the staff was good, they checked on us to see if we managed to eneter the place.We had to reschedule our stay from November to January and they helped us with that too. I would definetly choose it again for a stay in Milan. My favourite part of stay was to enjoy my morning espresso while sitting next to the huge window looking on the street😀 I would not recommend the place for people with any sort of walking disability, since there are some stairs in the appartment. Place is really well equiped, but it would be good to include dish washing soap and a sponge😀
• Josip (8/5): Very nice and pleasant. Would come back! - Facilities and apartment itself are exceptionally pleasant to spend the time in. Location is in very peaceful and nice part of the city yet so close to the center by metro. Bed next to the window is a perfect place to spend the time on in the apartment. Would come back! Low-quality pillows, lack of hair dryer and partially clogged bathroom sink drain causing water to drain slowly.
• Heng (8/5): Very good - The design of the apt is creative and very nice. We loved it. Toilet doesn’t divide wet and dry zones. Pillow is really not good No duvet cover for additional duvet Hard to coordinate to open the door facing the street once you don’t have the key.
• Michał (8/5): Very good - The location is good, quite close from metro and there is shop nearby. We arrived late, but there was no problem to enter the room. The room has interesting and unusual design. It was clean inside, and comfortable. Some of the room equipment was not very functional. Some people may find it difficult to climb on upper bed. The water from shower is flowing to the bathroom. Turning the lights on and off is quite complicated (but funny at the same side :)).
