De (kleine) lift; het appartement ligt op de 5e verdieping. Het bed lag niet zo lekker, de buurt was oké, maar 's avonds wat minder, de douche is erg klein.
• Aldo (10/5): - La comunicación fue muy fluida con la anfitriona, nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos y siempre estuvo muy pendiente durante nuestra estancia. Nos sorprendió gratamente el nivel de detalles que tiene para con sus huéspedes. Se nota que ha pensado en todo lo necesario para hacer un lugar muy funcional y facilitarnos la estadía. El departamento es muy limpio, ordenado, de tamaño adecuado, con una bonita terraza y cocina pequeña pero muy bien implementada. La ubicación permite movilizarse fácilmente a la terminal de buses, al aeropuerto y al centro de la ciudad a través de transporte público y metro. Cerca hay muy buenos lugares para tomar café , supermercados, panadería, etc Muy recomendable! Sólo una sugerencia: que habilite lámparas con mejor luz en las mesitas de noche. Tiene unas pero casi no alumbraban.

• Κυρίακος (9/5): Πάρα πολύ όμορφο και value for money επιλογή για ένα ζευγάρι. - Πολύ καλή επικοινωνία με τους οικοδεσπότες, φιλόξενοι και πολύ βοηθητικοί σε ό,τι μας απασχολούσε. Υπέροχο μπαλκόνι. Ωραίοι καθαροί χώροι. Μας αφήσανε και ένα κρασί για να μας καλωσορίσουν! Αργεί λίγο να ζεστάνει ο χώρος αλλά μετά από 2-3 ώρες ήταν μια χαρά.

The apartment is nicely decorated, smells lovely, there’s lots of amenities and you can just tell the owners have put a lot of love into this apartment. I have stayed here for only one night so I can’t really tell if it’s close to tourists highlights, but the location of the apartment does look a bit scary and rundown, but even then we didn’t have anything happen to us and we were safe!
• BAŞAK ELÇİN (4/5): - Balkonu büyük ve keyifliydi. İkram olarak şarap mevcuttu. Evin anahtarına ulaşmak ve eve giriş kolaydı. Odada sıcak su ve ısınma sorunu yaşadık, klima vardı fakat en yüksek ayarda çalıştırdığımız halde oda ısınmadı ve çok üşüdük. Araç için ücretsiz park yeri yoktu
• MARINA (8/5): - Καταπληκτική βεράντα, μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί ως κουζίνα, καθιστικό, μπαράκι για όλες τις ώρες, πανέμορφα φτιαγμένη από την ιδιοκτήτρια!!! Επίσης αν υπήρχε βαθμολογία για τον οικοδεσπότη θα ήταν τουλάχιστον 20 στα 10! Φοβερή προθυμία να σε εξυπηρετήσει σε οτιδήποτε μπορεί να χρειαστείτε. Αγαπάει αυτό που κάνει και αυτό φαίνεται! Συνεχίστε έτσι παιδιά! Να έχετε μια υπέροχη χρονιά!
• Öner (10/5): - Ev sahibi zevkli bir insan olduğu gayet açık. İkramlar ve şarap çok lezzetliydi TV ve mutfak aletleri çok yeni temizdi. iki kişi kaldık ve her şeyden çok memnun kaldım.
• Θεοφανία (10/5): - Η επικοινωνία εξαιρετική. Καμιά δυσκολία με τα κλειδιά. Ο χώρος ήταν πεντακάθαρος και περιποιημένος. Διαθέσιμες αρκετές παροχές, μέχρι και μικρό πρωινό. Το πάρκινγκ είναι πολύ δύσκολο, αλλά αναμενόμενο για την περιοχή.

Приємний бонус - велика тераса і розташування на останньому поверсі Дуже привітна і відповідальна господиня, яка завжди на зв'язку, і приготувала нам смаколики: хліб, круасани, джем і вино) Поруч великі супермаркети і зупинки громадського транспорту, 10 хвилин ходу - метро. Єдиний мінус цієї локації - розташування Мінімум півгодини для того, щоб добратися в центр

• Giada (9/5): Un piacevole soggiorno ad Atene - Ottima comunicazione con la proprietaria: Molto gentile, cordiale e disponibile. Super efficiente e pronta a darci qualunque consiglio. Appartamento ristrutturato di recente dotato di tutti i confort e servizi possibili. Materassi comodi. Terrazzo molto spazioso. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato una bottiglia di vino e degli snack lasciati dalla proprietaria. Aria condizionata perfettamente funzionante. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Assolutamente consigliato, ci tornerei! L'appartamento si trova in una zona un pò fuori dal centro. Quindi può sembrare una struttura un pò vecchia e degradata, ma è solo apparenza.

• Elpianistadave (8/5): Perfecto para pareja joven - Me gustó que era detallista, dejó café, agua fría, leche, pan, mermelada para desayunar e incluso una botella de vino. Cuidaba mucho los detalles. Olía super bien y super limpio Éramos 3 y el sofá cama era bastante incómodo. Iba con mi mamá que es de edad avanzada y no se pudo bañar ya que la bañera era muy alta para entrar y tiene movilidad reducida.
• Kirilova (10/5): - Even though the apartment is small, it's actually perfect for a couple. The location is great, we were able to park our car close by, as you don't have to pay to park on the street. We were even able to walk to a nice pedestrian street, recommend by our host Katerina (she was amazing - so caring, checking on us via message, to see if ever we need anything). We were greeted by a wine and crackers spread on the bed, felt like a honeymoon 🥰. The bathroom was also small, but it had plenty of towels, shampoos and a hairdryer. We didn't use the huge terrace, because it was too hot outside (middle of July) , but if you visit later in the year, enjoy it, it's nice. There was even music in the elevator! We felt cozy and welcome. Thank you, Katerina! ❤️ No such thing

• Ciara (10/5): Great stay and host! - Our host was very accomodating and went out of her way to make our trip enjoyable. A wine was left for us as we arrived and she regularly checked in to see how we were going. The apartment is also on a main bus line so it was easy to get into the city and there was cafes, coffee shops and supermarkets close by.
• Helen (9/5): Very accommodating host - Very amenable host, easy to contact and fast replies. Added extra treats in the room. Clean, comfortable everything you need in an apartment. We had traveled far and was very accommodating with check in The only thing that would be helpful would be photos to be sent prior to check in of the external door you are looking for, as the location isn’t precise when using maps. We came from the airport which is easy enough, other guests might like instructions for which metro stop to use etc

Everything is provided in the apartment, there is everything for cooking, spices, oil, dishes, kitchen equipment, everything is clean and new, perfectly clean and in the apartment, many nice little things, a surprise from the hosts upon arrival! The apartment is located in excellent transport accessibility from the center, the 608 bus will take you to the foot of the Acropolis in half an hour, the metro station is a 15-20 minute walk away. The apartment is on the high fifth floor, there is an elevator, from the huge balcony you can see the dome of the temple and the roof of Athens. There are no loud sounds from the street. The hostess responds quickly to all questions, always on the phone. Just great!

Excellent communication with katerina the host ,would definitely stay again at this apartment when I return to Athens. Bed is a little too low for me but I am 70 Lol.Otherwise apartment is fantastic.

A standout feature was the spacious balcony with cozy seating and a table. Our hosts were truly exceptional - welcoming and genuinely caring. Their hospitality was unlike anything we've experienced before and really appreciated their efforts! ❤️ The apartment is conveniently located near public transport, making it easy to explore the area, and there are coffee shops nearby. This apartment is highly recommended! Many thanks once again! ❤️ The bathtub was a bit small, apart from this nothing wrong.

I was in awe of their proper Greek filoksenia and commitment to hospitality and going above and beyond. I only stayed one night, but I wish I could stay my entire 10 days in Athens. • Marlinde (10/5): Exceptional - I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation! The apartment has everything you need for short or longer stays. I also appreciated how clean the place was. The host was so kind and quick to respond to any messages. I was even given a bottle of wine and some jam, toast and juice. From the apartment, it was also easy to take the bus or the metro to all the sights in Athens. Definitely recommended! :) -
• Faruk (5/5): Passable - The owner. She handed the keys and offered us a place to eat. We went there and it has delicious pizzas. Also, she offered other places to see and how we can go. She was talkative although her English is not that good. She gave us a bottle of wine and two bottles of water. This is very kind of her. She did everything she can in order for us to stay in a good condition. The neighborhood was so bad that we thought we or our car would be harmed. While we were going around, there were bad smells.

• Μαρια (10/5): Excellent short stay, close to public transportation and with great hosts! - The flat was so cozy, you feel immediately at home from the moment you get in. One can tell that the owners put all their heart to make it comfortable for the guest and equipped it with anything one might need: coffee machine, even frape device, oven, fridge with water and juice, jam, snacks, olive oil.... These small gestures make all the difference nowadays, to feel like home! The flat has also a big balcony, where one can relax and enjoy the nice weather from the upper floor. Despite my very late arrival due to a delayed flight, the owners were waiting for me, which shows how much they care about you being settled in comfortable. I even got a chocolate as a gift on my arrival :)

The owner is so kind and ready to help Price/quality is more than convenient. It was the last and best stay in Greece. Thanks a lot The house was so clean. The first place that we found more that what we need😊. The owner is so kind and smart that she had think about every single thing that can help us to have a good time. The fridge was already full of water and fruit juice that give us a fresh start, since it was really very hot those days. Everything inside was brand new. The place is a few meters away from the bus station.
