• Ursula (10/5): Overall fabulous stay . Very clean and comfortable. Would definitely book again - Beautiful apartment exactly as shown in the pictures. Plenty of space with a fabulous view from the balcony. Within easy walking distance to restaurants, supermarkets, ferries and shops. The welcome bottle of wine and water was a nice touch and appreciated. The pool was great with plenty of sun beds but pick carefully as the shade comes around very quickly in the afternoon. Plenty of rubbish bags, dishwasher tables etc supplied so easy to keep clean throughout the week . We found it difficult to get into the pool area on the first day. Instructions advised blue fob when it’s actually black one and took ages to figure out where to use the fob to get in. So maybe add that to guidance.

• Frank aus M. (8/5): - Tolle Lage mit Aussicht. Leider war die Klimaanlage und die Spälmaschine defekt. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich eine große Baustelle. Der Lärm hat das Erlebnis getrübt.

• Fabienne (8/5): Belle vue mais appartement qui manque d'entretien - Nous avons apprécié la belle vue mer et la grande taille de l'appartement. Il est bien situé : proche du centre commercial, de la promenade le long de la mer et des arrêts de bus. Au RDC du complexe, il y a un club de gym où l'inscription à la journée ou à la semaine est possible et très raisonnable. Les équipements de l'appartement ne sont pas entretenus et cela ne correspond plus aux photos. Dans deux des chambres, les armoires n'ont plus de portes. Dan la chambre avec des lits jumeaux, le mur à côté de la fenêtre pèle et le papier peint se détache en raison de l'humidité. Il y a également des taches d'humidité sur les plafonds des deux salles de bain. Autant la fenêtre principale du séjour était propre, autant celles de des chambres ne l'étaient pas. Plusieurs ustensiles de cuisine sont cassés. C'est un appartement qui est sympa mais qui manque d'entretien, dommage !

• michael (9/5): Wonderful stay in Malta, in a really lovely apartment. - Fantastic location with a lovely balcony with a superb sea view. Very spacious and clean apartment. Really good big screen TV for watching films and Premier League football. Next door to a top class gym at a reasonable extra cost. Short 10 minute walk to the beach where you can enjoy a dip in the clear Mediterranean sea. Short 10 minute walk to the shops and ferry to Valetta. The beds were OK, though on a property this nice, I'd expect better matresses. They were OK for a 10 day stay. We had to pay extra for a late checkout - given that I'd paid for 10 days, could this have been done for free which is more likely to bring about ongoing customer loyalty.

• Karin (10/5): Wunderschöner Ausblick - Traumhafter Ausblick, tolle Terrasse. Sehr gut gelegen, 5min bis zum Hafen und zur Fähre nach Valletta und anderen Ausflugsschiffen. Gut ausgestattete Küche, sehr gemütliche Couch im Wohnbereich. 5min entfernt ist ein Einkaufszentrum mit großen Spar. Die Matratzen waren sehr weich und etwas durchgelegen. Könnten mal erneuert werden.

• Emma (10/5): - Fantastic sized apartment that housed us all comfortably. Huge plus was the owners were very responsive throughout our stay with any queries we had. Balcony a huge plus with lovely sea views, we often sat out here enjoying the morning, late afternoon and evening views. You can also see the remains of the original fort directly below. Facilities are fantastic within the complex, large pool with enough sunbeds that we never struggled to get beds, even as a large family. Whilst an additional cost, would also recommend the fort fitness gym, you can book day/ week passes on their website, amazing gym.

• Benjamin (8/5): Overall we enjoyed our stay and the location is fantastic for easy access to many restaurants/shops. - Spacious modern apartment in a good location. Great view. The apartment was well equiped with a useable kitchen. Air conditioning worked well. The bed mattresses were disappointingly thin and uncomfortable. The master bedroom was connected to the ensuite with a frosted glass door. Anytime the neighbouring apartment turned their bathroom light on, the light would shine through into the ensuite bathroom and then into the master bedroom - disturbing our sleep.
• Jonathan (10/5): Exceptional apartment, made our visit to Malta a great experience - Exceptional apartment, great space for a family with older kids. You can sit on the couch and have a wonderful view of the sea and passing boats. The kitchen was very well stocked, a nice touch to have water and wine waiting for us. Having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was a great bonus, and the AC worked a treat. It was spotless, and they even emailed pictures of how to find the right entrance and the key lock box. The swimming pool was great for a refreshing swim after sight seeing, or cooling down in the heat of the summer. It was so close to Sliema strand for getting buses (€2.50 per person) or the ferry to Valletta (€2.50 single or €4.50 return), great restaurants (Opa's for breakfast, Lou's Bistro for evening meal were highlights) and for getting boat rides to Comino, harbour cruise, Gozo etc. So close to Wellbee's supermarket (3 floors for everything you can think of). Tip, an early morning swim in the sea is a great start to the day at the nearby Sliema beach (smooth rocks but sheltered place to swim). Had zero complaints!

Key collection process depends on a fully automated online check in which unfortunately has errors. Getting hold of someone to support us was not easy.

• James (10/5): Fantastic, Clean, Tidy Spacious apartment in a really convenient location - What a lovely apartment, it's huge, and very comfortable. the bathrooms / showers are great, the beds comfy and the rest of the apartment well equipped The balcony is huge and is lovely in the morning watching the sunrise and the boats leave for the day Its cooler in the evening which means you can sit out for dinner in the evenings Pool was great for those that like it but there is also a number of easy places to access the sea nearby (<5min walk) it is Malta so not sandy beaches but lovely clean water. Local Spar open late, with Lidl, Welby's and larger Spar also nearby, lots of choice of great restaurants and easy access to travel on ferries around the island. Check in process wasn't as clear as it could be - but contacted the number provided and problem was resolved quickly Bin store difficult to find
• Josie (9/5): Superb - Lots of space for our group. Well equipped with amenities. Easily accessible and good location. The communal pool was great, very clean. Only a short walk to the beach and shops.
• Merilin (10/5): A clean and comfortable apartment with a swimming pool with a wonderful sea view near the ferry port - Thanks to self-check in possibility it was also possible to chek-in at a later time than indicated in the booking.com. Since our flight arrived at night, it was important for us. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Air conditioning in every room, sea view and possibility to use the swimming pool. The apartment was located near the ferry port (approx. 500m walk), which made traveling to Valletta and back convenient - one way by ferry cost 2 euros and the journey lasted 5-10 minutes. The ferry mostly left every 30 minutes. PS! Ferry tickets can only be purchased in cash. It is appreciated that the owners have taken the trouble to equip the apartment with a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher, and there is also a sufficient amount of dishwasher tablets and detergents for washing clothes. We hate when we have to go shopping for household chemicals on vacation. So thank you! The beds were comfortable and each bed had both a sheet and a blanket to put on, i.e. those who didn't use the A/C could only put on a sheet and those who like to sleep in a cool room could use a blanket. Please get a proper pan in the apartment - even frying an egg with the pan you have there was a nightmare.

All appliances were top of the range. Pool was very close, clean, and never too busy so as not to get a lounger with umbrella to provide shade. Nothing. All great!

Shops and very smart shopping next door. Lovely pool and very close to the waterfront Just needs a plastic chopping board, a mixing bowl, a non stick frying pan and some ice trays. Also an additional adaptor for the brand new hairdryer with 2 pin plug or someone to attach the 3 pin supplied plug with a screwdriver! Slightly more information about where to locate the Keys in the Key box at the start of the stay is necessary
