• Laurence (9/5): - Jane est une personne charmante, serviable et disponible. Petite carte pour nous accueillir, panier avec chips et des douceurs. Thé et café à disposition. La chambre est spacieuse et joliment décorée, la salle de bain comporte produit de douche, shampoing, conditionner et lait de corps. Le petit-déjeuner continental avec des scones très bons mais trop sucrés pour nous qui préférons du salé.

Her guest suite is very tastefully decorated, warm and inviting, and immaculately clean. A lovely lawned yard with optional outdoor dining setting weather permitting. Close to small shops, bus and train transport and airport.

Very comfortable and perfect location for us visiting family. Just a suggestion, and may be just us as we tend to stay a week at a time, and we like cold drinks ... we might suggest a slightly bigger fridge would allow us to keep more milk, yoghurts and berries, and cool drinks handy for during the days.

Super clean, comfortable and incredibly organized - the host thought about every detail with great love and care. Super close to the city airport and with on site parking. Fabulous homemade (warm!) scones and banana bread in the morning, served with cappuccino and fruit. Comfy bed, tea and coffee in the roo. -- and even a mini fridge fir the milk!! nothing I can think of - this place is perfect.

The room is quite small but very clean and well equipped. I found the bed quite uncomfortable but maybe that's just me. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would return.

Die Suite ist perfekt ausgestattet mit Gartenzugang und liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Die selbstgebackenen Scones zum Frühstück waren ausgezeichnet. Nichts - alles war bestens.

• Belinda (10/5): Fabulous...great base for exploring Belfast - Jane is an exceptionally welcoming host who clearly enjoys what she does and takes great care to ensure you have a fabulous stay. The room is cleverly designed, beautifully furnished and much more personal and comfortable than a typical hotel room. There is even a terrace area to sit outside (weather permitting!). The freshly baked scones (gluten free for one of us too!) and fresh coffee were a perfect way to start each day. The location is outside of the city centre but it is easy to get in by bus or taxi, or even walk! We stayed for 4 nights and found it a great base to explore the city.

After we had checked out, we asked her to help book a taxi to the airport, and when she couldn’t get a taxi after 30 minutes, she herself drove us to the airport! First of all is the kind and caring host, Jane, who will ensure that your stay is just right - and provide delicious scones for breakfast! The guest suite she has created is homely, warm and welcoming - and it had everything we needed for our stay. Also, the Green Room is in a great location, on a quiet road with a parking space; it is very convenient for the George Best airport and there are bus stops nearby to get into the city. We are very happy that we found the Green Room and would recommend it highly! Nothing

The Green Room Suite was immaculately presented and was a real haven after busy days exploring Belfast. With bus and train nearby it is an easy commute into the city centre. • Charmaine (10/5): A comfortable home away from home - The accommodation is on the East side of Belfast in a quiet residential area. It is a suite next to the owner's house with a private entrance. It is a bit away from the chaotic city centre but you can take a bus or the train to Lanyon Place station from nearby Sydenham station. Train ride into town takes about 10 mins and 15 mins by bus. Parking is available on site which is very convenient. The room is quite big with a sitting area, the bedroom area and the shower. It also opens up on the nice backyard of the owner's house. The room is very very clean and comfortable. It's a home away from home, very nicely and tastefully decorated with so much attention to detail. We had coffee/tea making facilities and the wifi signal is strong. For breakfast Jane brought us freshly baked scones and cake, fruit and our coffee and hot chocolate. We have nothing to complain about and Jane is a nice hostess. Will surely use it again if we are in Belfast again. Nothing at all.

The host Jane was always on hand for anything we needed and to help with local knowledge. The location was great with a 15 minute walk from Belfast city airport and short bus or taxi ride to central Belfast. The best part of the stay was the amazing coffee and scones, Jane was able to cater for gluten free. Would stay again when next in Belfast. Was all perfect

• Andrei (10/5): Ideal for a couple - We’d like to thank Jane a lot for our exceptional stay at their guest house. The apartment is very clean, furnished with pleasant colours and materials, equipped with everything necessary, including a coffee machine, a hairdryer, a little fridge, and even some snacks and milk. The breakfast was cooked with love for sure! The bed, pillows, and the blanket are extremely comfortable. We are absolutely happy about the time spent here.

Very very comfy, you get beautiful sleep and energy. Beautifully aligned lights to give a serenity in room. Which i loveddd. 2. Interior: OMG, beyond my expectation , better than 5 star, jane is so aesthetic, every little details of the room were beautiful. The pictures shown are exactly the same as real room 3. Environment: very quiet place no noise, no disturbance, and beautiful residential area. 4. HOST: Jane is a gem person, beautiful by heart. She welcomes you so Warmley, without any discrimination of your race. Which i loved. She brought me HOt chocolate just after my check in to welcome me, which got my heart. The breakfast she makes is amazing. Genuinely nice human being with great aesthetics and cooking skills. 5 location: very near to city airport and city center is 12 minutes by bus, all buses passes near the home. 6. Facilities: every little thing that you might need is already in the room , everything mentioned in the add is available. Nothing to dislike tbh. I would love to choose this again.

From her generous welcome treats/card to her incredible local food & drink recommendations, the GREATEST EVER daily scones, her flexibility and then even a surprise farewell gift before our departure!! Although not in the centre of Belfast, Jane’s suburb was easily connected by multiple city buses and was a unique area to explore in itself! The only bad part of our trip was leaving, however I will 100% be returning to Jane’s when next visiting beautiful Belfast. Absolutely nothing.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and felt so comfortable and at ease. Jane is truly an exceptional host, she is so welcoming and friendly. Her home-baked scones are honestly divine, and breakfast and coffee is so conveniently delivered to your door at a time of your choice between breakfast hours - Freshly baked scones are still warm and the raspberry scones are to die for! Such a wonderful way to start the day and it's lovely to enjoy the stylish seating area this way! This apartment is just beautiful!! It's spotlessly clean, well equipped, and the decor is very modern and tasteful! The bedding was so fresh, comfortable and cosy - It just hugs you! Jane has thought of anything and everything you may need during your stay, and her communication was great throughout! We also stayed just before Christmas, and Jane had decorated with Christmas lights and ornaments, which was a lovely touch! It's in a great location, easy driving distance into the city and surrounds, but perfectly far enough away from the hustle and bustle, so it's very quiet and peaceful. Offroad parking is available on site, right outside your door, very convenient! We would certainly book the Green Room over a hotel and wouldn't even think of staying anywhere else in Belfast! It's in a fantastic position just a ten minute walk up from the airport and train station. The host is a genuinely lovely lady and we hope to stay again in the future, it really made our trip feel special. We could not find fault with this accommodation and we absolutely recommend The Green Room! Nothing! absolutely spot on. We couldn't find anything to improve on.

The room is large and beautifully styled. Jane was very happy to answer any questions or emails and give details about transport, eateries etc. A bonus for us was her beautiful dog Charlie.

On a side road outside the city centre, so no noise, and free parking, but within walking distance of a couple of local shops. Nothing, absolutely loved this place
