• Ridhima (10/5): It was a pleasant stay - A very good location, two mins walk to Baga Beach from the Hotel. No disturbance at all. Free from noise pollution. These is no restaurant in this hotel but that is not big issue as you have many restaurants near by. Room is neat and clean. Rooms were good. Staff and owner were too friendly, always talked with a smile.

Very much satisfied with the room and washroom cleanliness. the staff were very good, they helping us every way. I really enjoyed my 2 days stay there.
• Nikita (10/5): Exceptional - Location is very nice. Just 2 min walking distance from baga beach, room space are okay. Balcony for playing children are plus point. The room is clean, staff behaviour is very nice. Bike parking is also available, The overall experience is the best.

Great hospitality, good, maintained hygiene and most importantly close to both market, beach and taxi stand. The hotel staff was excellent and too helping and co-operative. Commendable stay at the hotel.

• Niraj (10/5): Exceptional - Lacation is 2 min walk from the baga beach. The rooms and washroom are neat and clean. Staff are very polite and helpful, staff are extremely courteous and go out their way to make your stay pleasant and comfortable. We will stay at the same hotel when we visit goa.

• George (10/5): Excellent stay, no complaints - Mohan the main head of the property was very helpful and kind .. he went out of his way to assist my parents with any needs of theirs .. he even gave a free extension till 4pm as they had a late night flight to catch .. the other caretakers named chandrakanth and Rahul were also very helpful Electric kettle in every room will be good
• Sascha (3/5): Poor - Location was fine. When i came to check-in, around two hours after check-in was available, first i had to wait a good 20 minutes for them to clean or well, pretend to clean the room. The bathroom was ok but the bed and sheets were still really dirty. Everything else inside the room is run down and not exactly nice to look at. Also no trash can in the room. Locals living there are also loud all the time. But the best part came upon check-out, 3 guys were present for that and the boss asked for my phone to see something on the Booking app, at first i thought it was about the bill, even though i paid at check-in. But then i got that he wanted to use my phone to give the place a 10 rating. So i waited to see if he really would and yep, he did it indeed. I said i can do that myself but that was ignored. I didn't think it was worth it to make a scene since i can just tell Booking and have them reset my review lol! Just avoid this place!
