• Guest (8/5): Good apartment near the center - Location is near the center, like within 7 minutes of walking, in a quiet neighborhood with some restaurants. The apartment is spacious and "smart", all in white and light gray hues, which makes it look monotonous ( i would prefer it to have some decoration or more colors). All kitchen and bath necessities are there, including kitchen towels and coffee pods and some tea bags. There is a door to a backyard with a table and chairs. Parking space is provided We had some difficulties getting into the flat initially: 3 different doors to open with 2 codes, and the 1st door equipped with 2 panels to enter the code (which one to use isn't obvious). It got easier after that time. It's dark on the landing before the door most of the time.

• Paola (10/5): Padova è una città meravigliosa - Siamo stati 3 notti in questo spazioso appartamento. Ottima posizione per raggiungere il centro passeggiando sotto i portici. Molto pulito e non si avvertivano rumori. Migliorerei la qualità del materasso e della biancheria del letto. Toglierei il copri materasso di plastica un po’ fastidioso.

• ΕΛΕΝΗ (10/5): Εξαιρετική επιλογή! - Έχουμε ξαναεπιλέξει το κατάλυμα. Είναι όπως παρουσιάζεται. Βρίσκεται σε καλή τοποθεσία 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κέντρο. Καθαρό και άνετο. Ασφαλής θέση στάθμευσης σε κλειστό parking. Επαρκέστατες ξεκάθαρες οδηγίες για όλα. Συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!

• Regina (9/5): Toller Aufenthalt - Sehr geräumig, gute Lage, die Terrasse und sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber, Ausreichend Bettwäsche und Handtücher vorhanden, unkomplizierter Check-in Vielleicht ein paar Gläser mehr
• Constantin (8/5): Top Wohnung, günstige Lage, harte Matratze - Sehr schöne, großzügige, helle Wohnung. Gut ausgestattet, für die Waschmaschine gab es sogar eine Waschmittel-Dosis. . Günstige Lage, 10 min zu Fuß zur Altstadt, Bäcker / Pizza / Cafe und Bushaltestelle sind vor der Haustür. . Positiv hat uns überrascht wie ruhig die Wohnung gelegen ist, alle Fenster schauen zum ruhigen Innenhof. Der Parkplatz im Parkhaus ist zwar ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, aber sehr praktisch. Wer mit den beiden genannten Nachteilen leben kann wird mit dieser Wohnung sehr glücklich. Warum ich die Wohnung trotz allem nicht noch einmal buchen würde hat zwei Gründe: 1. Die Matratze ist steinhart und nur 1.90 lang. Wir fanden das Bett daher sehr unbequem. 2. Es gab sehr viele Mücken trotz Lage in der Innenstadt im 4. Stock. Wir haben täglich 5 bis 10 Mücken in der Wohnung erlegt, wobei wir nachts mit offenem Fenster geschlafen haben. Ein Netz zumindest am Schlafzimmer-Fenster wäre sehr praktisch.

• Lydia (8/5): - Schönes und sauberes Appartement, man kommt leicht zu Fuß ins Zentrum. Wir durften bereits früher einchecken, das war sehr angenehm! Kontaktlose Übergabe des Appartement war für uns ungewohnt und etwas umständlich, weil man erst in die Wohnung musste, um das Tor zum Parkplatz zu öffnen. Wir waren zu viert, für mehrere Tage ist es definitiv zu klein. Für 2 Nächte war es ok. Es gab zu wenig Klopapier für vier Personen.

Enfrente una pizzería y panadería con muy buena mercadería Encontrar vajilla sin lavar dentro del lavavajilla. Poca cantidad de shampú y jabón para dos personas 5 noches Deben poner cartel en 3 idiomas con procedimiento claro para el uso del aire acondicionado. El anfitrión contestó a la brevedad y seguimos sus indicaciones

• Julien (8/5): - L'emplacement dans la ville. Le parking pratique. L'immeuble propre, récent et agréable. L'équipement de la cuisine est très très léger et vraiment insuffisant pour une famille de 2 adultes et 3 enfants. Il y avait 3 verres pour 5, 3 couteaux... Quand on loue ce type de logement, ça n'est pas pour aller au restaurant à tous les repas.

• Robert (8/5): Polecam. - W miarę blisko centrum. Czysto, wygodnie. Wszystko w łatwy sposób opisane przed przyjazdem. Parking oddalony sporo od obiektu, Dodatkowo mieliśmy problem z wjazdem, bo karta była nieaktualna i czekaliśmy 1,5 godziny. Obiekt był zarezerwowany na 2+1, a okazało się, że został przygotowany na 2 osoby.

Wonderful location right next to city center. 15-20 mins walk to train station makes these apartments a valuable base to explore not only Padova but nearby cities such as Venice. Some bathroom facilities may require little more polishing.

• Douglas (10/5): A nice experience. A good apartment for a three day weekend in Padova. - Hosts were available and friendly. Helped us with parking a few hours longer after we checked out. The apartment was clean and provided everything we needed and expected. The location was good, and safety was not an issue. Good communication throughout the check-in process. We were satisfied and would recommend. Nothing.
• Irina (5/5): Passable - Location was good. It's clean and the cleaning ladies are nice. Both bed and sofa-bed were very uncomfortable and very noisy. Actually, the whole place is noisy; it's echo-ey and the doors squeak and sound. While the flat is sufficiently equipped, it is really not more than that. There are not enough bowls and glasses; the dishwasher is pretty useless because we never managed to fill it up even halfway. We didn't know where to leave our things: there were not sufficient hooks for towels in the bathroom and there was not enough space to put things down in the living room. Our parking spot was in another building 700 meters away, which is annoying when you travel with luggage and children. Other apartments apparently were 'lucky' to get a spot on the ground. The self check-in was extremely annoying; we had to leave all kind of data, including current addresses etc. Since we were four people, it took quite some time to insert all required information. And at the end of the process, we were asked to pay the tourist tax but it was unclear how this was calculated. A quick look at official Padova webpages showed amounts/night/person that did not add up to the 22,50EUR we had to pay. The whole thing was extremely impersonal. Of course, not all accommodation needs to be personal, but even an anonymous hotel would have felt more welcoming, I guess. The instructive check-in videos are more confusing than helpful. We got three phone numbers and apparently talked to different people every time and when we did they seemed in a hurry and almost a bit rude.

• Darko (9/5): Perfect stay as a base for traveling the Italy by train - The apartment was fantastic. Very spacious, with big fridge, everything is new (from IKEA mostly), a lot of wall power sockets, two big rooms, little cute balcony, spacious bathroom with bidet, and ofcourse the awesome private parking included in the price. There was even Netflix included in TV. The location was incredible, everything is very close: the main train terminal just 1 km away, the best pizza in Italy outside the apartment, supermarkets 200m away. Great location, and very quiet. The main bad was squeaky and noise, with every move of the body. That’s the only reason I didn’t give 10.

It was very hot and we could not turn of the heating.....but we could open the windows, so it was ok. The host responded to my questions the day after we have left Padova.
• Farid (7/5): A warm touch is required to feel bony and not corporate, it would become great. - The gated private parking is a big value. The shared common garden just in front . The feel is very cold, day light lamps, basic furniture, no central or side tables for the living, sofa limited to two seats the third person has to stand or sit on a chair.

Many nice bistros and bars are in the neighborhood. The toaster didn't work, but that was not a necessary item.

The apartment's many sockets are not working and not safe to use. In the kitchen, four kitchen appliances has only one workable socket. We had to plug and un-plug frequently to switch from one appliance to another (kettle, microwave, toaster and coffee maker).

Free parking on site was a bonus. The location was good and within walking distance to the city center. The coffee machine did not work well. I reported the problem but was ignored.

• Andrzej.x (6/5): A good place but not for the summer. - The location is good. It was a quiet and peaceful place. The apartment was spacious and clean. The air-conditioning didn't work and it was extremely hot inside with a short break on a cloudy and rainy day. The staff did not help with that.
