The room was stuffy and poorly ventilated,the woolen carpet on the corridor triggered my allergies, I had to leave earlier than planned. I wish the woolen carpet can be removed for the sake of people like me who are allergic to woolen carpets. I really liked the staff, they were very friendly and helpful.

The reception guy scared us saying police was looking for you just because our credit card was declined and we paid cash once we arrived. But he gave us a panic time. We abide by any country we go .but he spoilt our trip entirely. Worst hotel ever. Never will stay even for free. Staff should be made to behave well. It was as if we were thieves the way he behaved !

Gary (10/5): Best hotel in Guangzhou - I love this hotel. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The foods are also good and they offer free afternoon snacks at the lobby. The bottled waters are always free. so far . . . i like everything about the hotel.

Sakshi (6/5): Echarm is a new and well maintained property however the rooms can feel very congested. - The reception staff is absolutely lovely. They are super friendly and very helpful The rooms are way too small! It is super congested and can feel extremely claustrophobic. The description is also a bit misleading, they mentioned that my room would have a garden view. In name of a ‘garden’, they had kept two pots with artificial plants.

Gao (1/5): They don't check bookings from booking.com - Didn't get to check in at all The hotel doesn't check booking from booking.com,when we arrived at the hotel the receptionist couldn't find our confirmed booking and they were fully booked so they can't provide any room to us,we had to find another hotel at the midnight.Plus even though it says 24/7 reception but there's a certain time for check in or they will cancel your booking without any notification or contact in advance.Dont choose this hotel, it's not reliable at all for booking.com users.
