And the cleaner Thando was very humble and welcoming...me and the owner at the beginning it was like we don't get along but after all everything was perfect 👌 Elevators not working when going down. Have to take stairs to level 5 to take Elevator

• Zamangwane (7/5): Our stay was great we had a blast overall✌️would definetely come back and recommend it - Location is the best ,the cleaner (Sma) was very welcoming and friendly Having to wait for them to inspect the house before leaving to see if there are any damages before they refund me my damage fee😒😒and wait for the host to approve if they can give u the money or not meanwhile she wasnt picking up our calls was annoying .the lift not operating on the 6th floor if u going down😒the door locks aswell🥺🥺

• Nomzamo (7/5): - The location was very great, close to the shops and walking distance to the beach. The lady at the reception was not friendly at all. She looked very annoyed and irritated. She was not welcoming at all.

The communication from the host was a bit poor the lady at reception was rude, they can upgrade the crockery and cutlery.

Fy fæn for en frekk dame.elendig kunderforhold. Ber booking aldri å bruke denne leiligheten igjen. Du får ikke tilbake depositum. Stank av urin i heisene.

• D (7/5): Had a good stay - Place was clean and had good stay. The grocery shop and pharmacy downstairs really convenient Lift does not come to the floor if you want to go downstairs. Have to walk down one flight of stairs and take the lift up (which works). Realize the owner not really responsible for overall building maintenance like common lift but worth mention if visitors cannot use stairs. Would have been nice to have outdoor furniture on the patio to enjoy evenings outside.

She was acting as if she was doing me a favour.Even in the morning when i was reporting to her that i had a crisis in our apartment. She told me the owner of that apartment does not answer the phone before 10! Wow! Further said, she wont be able to help me with anything! That lady is rude and fool of herself! With an untidy face at the reception! I have never regreted to book to 10 South Apartment Durban Beachfront like this! Our house was top notch but the reception is cold, disgusting and not welcoming at all. Honestly i will never refer or suggest 10South Apartments to anyone. • Esona (6/5): The stay was fair but I wouldn’t rent it again - Shops are closer so it’s a walkable distance, the place is clean and has a swimming pool, a braai area and private parking. It took 2 hours and 30 minutes to get my breakage deposit back (R500) but when they wanted it I had to pay it within minutes before I was allowed access to the flat, we had to physically switch on the geyser if we wanted access to hot water, R75 electricity (which is 30 something units) is loaded a day so if you finish it you have to buy your own, DO NOT OPEN THAT SLIDING bc its a trap for you to not get your deposit back ( it’s a mess)… bring your own toilet paper if you don’t want to use the brown flaky one ply toilet paper! Access to parking was a mission but eventually we got it.

• Innocent (10/5): Exceptional - Place was clean, nice and had everything required and the view of the ocean Bad reception, securities are also not knowledgeable about the address/name of the premises and the guest that are coming, everything is manual and I have to call the host many times to get authorization to enter the building. There is no record kept at the reception about the guest that are coming or expected. That's what really turned me off, the rest was OK after I was granted access.

• Pebetsi (1/5): Bad - The location from the beach was close The toilet was not working at some point we had the whole flat submerged in fiesies. I was traveling with a 5 year old she was sick. I don't recommend the host treated us like she was doing us a favor the whole time we were there
• Caswell (10/5): Exceptional - The receptionist was very awesome, friendly and helpful Everything was fine...... except the security guy whom was working in my arrival, was very rude, and worse part he was an old person i was not expecting his behaviour. That guy he just chased out from the parking said if you don't have the key and you are in the wrong place even if we explain to him he didn't want to listen to us. And said this is not the hotel you are looking for. So said and go straight to the reception ☹️☹️☹️☹️🙁🙁☹️☹️☹️☹️
• Nobuhle (8/5): Very good - The place was clean and comfortable.It is close to the beach and other amenities, making it easy for us and our two small children to get around easily. The apartment is directly above a kwikspar. This made it very convenient for us to get padkos for our Sunday trip. The shower curtain makes a mess easily. Maybe the host can try and change it into a glass door.The immediate neighbors are very noisy and inconsiderate , playing soccer in the passage and playing loud music.

• Agostinho (8/5): Great place near to the beach - This flat is located very close to the southern beach and easy to find though it has now a new name. The building could be better maintained and windows cleaned, but these are minor things. The kitchen is well furnished with good appliances and the rooms are spacious. WiFi stopped working but it was good when it did work. The garage is good and the guard extremely helpful and nice unlike the persons at reception. Spar is just next to the entrance which makes things very easy. The pool is nice and is cleaned daily. Thank you for the voucher to use in Spur! The bathroom lacked a curtain (we found a way). The wardrobe needs some repairs and the hangers were not cleaned. The worst is reception. Not helpful or willing to help. It took me 20 min and a call to the owner to get the key.
• Nodumo (9/5): Besides the breakfast issue that was later sorted and the noise, our stay was superb, comfortable - There is no breakfast served in the apartment, the private host bought Spur Vouchers. The first day breakfast was organized from Spar which was horrible. I suggest breakfast not to be included in the pricing, anyway the apartment is a self-catering. there was noise after 10pm from the neighbours playing music from a speaker in the balcony, whereas there are signs everywhere that there are no parties or noise after 10pm in the corridors. The noise was a little bit disturbing.
