Guest Reviews
- Augusto (8/5): MOMENTOS SURREALISTAS EN LAS FEROE - Estupendo desayuno. Té de la tarde. Experiencia inmersiva y surrealista.

- Greenwood (8/5): It was like staying in a museum. - It was like staying in a museum. There were no other guests that night and we had the place to ourselves. Nothing.
- Paulina (6/5): Pleasant - Definitely interesting place to see, like everyone says - museum type, I wouldn't recommend to stay there longer than 1 night if you have to, and definitely not in a full season as if more people there, it can be inconvenient - small corridors and shared bathroom, easily transferred noise from other rooms when you walk, not for this price at least. Definitelly don't book the smallest room - this is not worth even half of the price. Overal, interesting place to check out, nothing more. Moths, small corridors, luckily not crowded when I was there, but you literally hear every step someone makes. Was shocked to see the small room as door was opened - this looks like a small closet or something - I was so lucky I didn't book it as the price is crazy high for this.
- Andreea (3/5): It’s a scam: too expensive for what it offers - Charming old house, nicely decorated Shared bathroom, no heating in the rooms, haunted house, high price for what it offers.
- Olegs (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing place definitely recommend. Whole house is like a museum, you can definitely feel yourself as local while staying in this place . Host was amazing , really enjoyed my experience there .
- David (3/5): Disappointing stay at a very expensive price - The owner apparently forgot about our reservation, she was not even on site. She did call and find someone to show us the room. We had also received a confirmation email from her for dinner (most of the restaurants where closed on the island), but since no one was there, no dinner. The couple she had stop by was even concerned about us being able to find a restaurant. A discounted rate would have been nice, but we paid over $270 for someone to ignore us.
- Sarah (10/5): Exceptional -
- Hsien-chi (8/5): Very good -
- Elzbieta (10/5): Exceptional - I loved my host and the beauty of this old house. The rooms are quite small. I was alone, so that was fine with me, but some people might feel squashed inside.
- Gerald (10/5): unique experience in a stunning location - very unique experience, you are diving into a world that is a few centuries old and feel that everything is authentic, including the host. Food served with love, everything about the experience was full of kindness and care
- Robert (10/5): Exceptional - The house is like a museum, stepping back 100 years ago.
The owner is very nice and has exceptional hospitality.
- Erik (10/5): Trip down memory lane in the Faroe Islands - Beautifully kept authentic family home with furniture and memorabilia from previous generations. It gives a great impression of what living might have been like in the (not too long ago) past on the Faroe Islands. The host was super friendly and we had great discussions, as well as stories about the family in the Faroe Islands.
- Ylva (10/5): Cozy bed and breakfast with excellent hospitality. - Very friendly staff who made a homecooked meal and we had a lovely conversation over dinner. A bit cold in the room, which was also very small, but adequate.
- Freda (10/5): Exceptional - The house was beautiful, a living museum built in 1912 and in great conditions for the guests to enjoy it. The host was amazing. He prepared a delicious traditional cake and breakfast for us, and shared many stories about the Faores people and their culture.
