Eugen (1/5): - We are extremely disappointed with our stay. The host promised to refund the money for the unused nights and even confirmed it in writing, but later stopped responding and blocked us. This is a direct breach of agreement and dishonest behavior. About the apartment: No Wi-Fi was provided, even though it was mentioned in the listing. It was very hot at night, and there were many mosquitoes, which made rest impossible. There is Wi-Fi in many nearby houses, but the owner told us that there is none because the building is new. We are not staying in this area for the first time, and we know that internet is available here. It is the 21st century, and our work depends on internet access. This situation was very unpleasant, as something unexpected happened and we had to leave urgently for Warsaw. We asked for a refund for the unused nights. We are property owners ourselves and run a rental business, and we cannot understand how one can deceive their guests in such a way! Booking.com should not allow such unreliable hosts on their platform.
