• Tetiana (1/5): Не раджу це місце просто жах!! - Опис на сайті не зрозумілим чином складений, тільки після приїзду зрозуміли що ми мешкаємо з власником квартири. Антисанітарія скрізь, брудно у квартирі палять і цілодобово смердить маріхуаной , постільна білизна смердить не зрозуміло чим. На кухні бруд крихти, за холодильник взагалі мовчу. Не має ніякої безкоштовної парковки. Паркування нам обійшлося як ціна за квартиру.2€ год. А якщо продовжуєш через додаток 4 €. Запитали контактну особу про безкоштовну парковку,яка нас інформувала стосовно отримання ключа, але відповіді не було😞🤯.

Als je met de auto gaat dan kan het wat moeilijk zijn om een parkeerplaats te vinden, maar dat kan misschien afhankelijk zijn van de maand..

• Murat Emir (7/5): - Location is very good. Right in front of home direct bus/tram connection to Linate Airport, Central Station or Duomo Bedroom and kitchen are large and comfortable The apartment is in 4th floor and there is no lift in the building Bathroom is small and old.
• BYRON (8/5): Muy bueno para ser un apartamento compartido - La vista. La habitación y el señor que nos recibió. Super amable Quizá las escaleras. Muchas para maletas pesadas.
• Dadkica (10/5): - Veľmi sa nám páčilo, že sme bývali v typickej staršej talianskej bytovke, malo to svoje čaro. Byt bol orientovaný do vnútorného bloku, takže tam bolo naozaj ticho. Majiteľ bol príjemný. A bolo tam neskutočne čisto. Plus veľa rastlín, nekvitnúcich. Z izby sa dalo do mesta dostať poľahky pešo, električkou, autobusom aj metrom. Parkovacie miesto sa hľadá ťažšie, ale našli sme, majiteľ bol zlatý, poslal usmernenie, na akých uliciach hľadať.

We are ready to help with any problem and in its solution. The apartment is warm, bright, clean, the linen is snow-white and smells nice. Everything is available, we don't need anything. I was very glad to spend my 2 days there! I'll be happy to come back if I'm in Milan and there's a room available. Thank you so much for the warm welcome. You are the best! I recommend it! • Mozina (10/5): Exceptional - Big family room in the fourth floor. I don't mind walking to the forth floor (no elevator) or 30 minutes to the Duomo. Theres a tram in front of the house which takes you to the centre in 10 minutes.

• Anna (10/5): We enjoyed the appartment for 4 nights, great communication with Giuseppe! - Spacious, superclean and nice smelling appartment, with home-feel atmosphere 🙂 small balcony in the kitchen, full equiped kitchen, washing mashine included. Carlo, the property living in next room was absolutely considerate, kind and helpful. We more or less passed each other, he maintained a sense of privacy. Both, Giuseppe (the owner) and Carlo were friendly, they offered us their ingredients for cooking :) Right on the street of the house there are bars, coffee, bakery,markets and all traffic stations you need to explore Milan. To reach Duomo was 15 min. by tram or bus. Behind the block of house (3min) there is a big supermarket Esselunga. Someone could not like the top floor and stairs to the appartment, but if you can keep walking around Milan all day, you can step up also the stairs ;))

Highly recommend molis house👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 They will prepare drinking water/coffee and so on and also room was just clean and comfortable! We’re really enjoy in these 2 night! Will be coming again for molis house 😊

• Dragana (10/5): Exceptional - I liked the well designed accommodation, its cleanliness and vicinity to the city center. Great feeling you have while staying in Molis's coincides with overwhelming vibrant atmosphere of this magnificent city.
• Pareria (9/5): Superb - Very friendly and accomodating owner. Location is also very good - there are tram/bus stops nearby. The apartment is clean and cozy. No air conditioner, so it was really hot in the apartment.
• Devendra (9/5): Superb - The accessibility of the location, and the homely environment. The host, Carlo is very kind, welcoming and helping (he visited nearby pharmacy for my eyes' infection, is cool with kids, and assisted us with our heavy luggage). It doesn't have an elevator.
