• James (10/5): Exceptional Hotel - I love everything about this hotel! The facilities, the breakfast, the staff, the location, it is all exceptional! There isn't anything I didn't like.
• Sabine (8/5): Great location for Bronx Zoo & botanic gardens - Breakfast was good, appreciate that there was a laundromat walking distance from the hotel and there was free parking behind it. Nice large fitness center. Easy bus ride to Bronx Zoo and New York Botanic Gardens. I had to go to the front desk with wet hair seeking a hairdryer. There was also no shampoo in the shower container. The front desk staff didn't have tourist information.

Поменяли 3 номера. В первом номере, как оказалось не закрывалась дверь… Во втором номере да и вообще в отеле сильно пахнет сигаретами и травой, хотя везде указано, что номера для не курящих. Вечером не было горячей воды. За окнами каждую минуту ездит метро, шум сильный. Завтрак более менее нормальный, но цена/качество данного отеля завышены. Ожидали другого от сети Best Western. Не советуем данный отель.

• Alba (3/5): It was ok for a short stay. - The location, it was closed from where I needed to be. It wasn’t as cleaned as I would have liked, plus the sink didn’t drain the first day, but it was fixed on our second day.

• Laura (10/5): Highly recommend for couples looking for cheaper options for exploring. - Very friendly staff. Always smiling. Breakfast was wonderful. MYO waffles, fruit, hot buffet, pastries all in a super clean cafe area on 6th floor. We stayed two nights and both brekky were great! Bedroom is expected... just big enough for a king size bed. But nicely decorated and all we needed. It felt clean and fresh, if not painted and built to high spec. Loved the soap brand. They havent skimped on nice shampoos, conditioners etc. Housekeeping was excellent. There is a super friendly deli next door... 20/20 they make fresh sandwiches open late. Yes its South Bronx and I am from UK with my 14 yr old son, so not local and we felt fine if not slightly out of place. Just keep your wits about. The number 2 subway runs from 2 mins away at Simpson St straight into downtown Manhattan. 30min trip. Easy!! Area is a bit ropey if you're notprepsred for the feel of the Bronx. Keep your head up, be friendly and noone looks twice at you!

• Clenik (1/5): The stay was not comfortable at all. - The front entrance of hotel was clean The first room I was given the bathroom was dirty, I also go bit by something in the room not sure as to what. The parking was horrible the parking lot only fit four to five cars. Couldn’t find parking. The overnight staff was really rude and mean. Very hot in room and a/c unit did not work
• Guest (5/5): Okay stay - The room was clean. Would have been more comfy without All night the rooms above me and exit doors slamming repeatedly til after 3am. The room in the heat didn’t work well or the hot water and I stayed on a cold night. It is essentially for travelers to HAVE-especially since winter is near heat and hot water working properly for their stay.
• Ilya (3/5): - The breakfast was also quite decent. Helpful and responsive staff. The hotel is located in an unsafe area. After dark, walking around the neighborhood is dangerous. The hotel is also right next to a train station, and in a room facing that side, it was impossible to sleep due to the noise. It’s unclear why this information isn’t provided at booking. We changed our room for one night to the other side of the hotel for an extra fee, and it was fairly quiet there. However, we decided not to stay longer and switched hotels. The front desk staff were very accommodating and refunded us for the unused nights, which we really appreciated. The breakfast was also quite decent.

• Sabrina (9/5): Hervorragendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis - - Das Hotelpersonal war ausgesprochen freundlich, insbesondere der Hotelmanager, Gandhi, war äusserst hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. - Das Bett war sehr bequem - Die Metro-Station womit man direkt zum Central Park, der Times Square uvm. fahren kann, ist nur 6 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt. Die Umgebung ist vielleicht nicht mit der 5th Avenue zu vergleichen, jedoch haben wir uns immer sicher gefühlt und sind sehr netten Menschen begegnet - Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist super. Das Frühstück, wobei das natürlich Geschmackssache ist. Es ist eher typisch amerikanisch – uns hat die Auswahl an etwas Frisches oder Gesundes gefehlt.

• carlos (2/5): - We arrived at 1:00 am after booking the room at the last minute (for USD 300) because of flight cancellations. The first room we were given was dirty, had dust everywhere, paint spots all over. It's a new hotel and it is obvious they're still working on the building. The hallways, outside doors, pretty much everything is covered with paint stains and dust. By the time we got a new room was two in the morning. The person checking us in gave us the room breakfast times. I managed to make it to breakfast - very mediocre. The cleaning staff are very loud while cleaning in the morning (not sure what they're vacuuming since the carpeting was dirty). For the absurd price of a 5* hotel, it was the most miserable few hours of sleep we've gotten.

• Luxury (10/5): My stay with my King was so handsome as well as Beautiful, peaceful, romantic - Amazing I would do it all over again I loved being with my husband and being able to relax and enjoy each other have breakfast tv was great bed was so cozy and relaxing I enjoyed everything from top to bottom. I can’t wait to do it again! What’s there not to like?
• Ayanna (6/5): - The rooms were clean when we checked in but limited cleaning when they did the daily cleaning. 4 people checked in but they only provided towels for 2 people, had to keep going to front desk each day for additional towels. House keeping did not provide additional toilet paper went to front desk at 5 am when I saw it was running low, man at desk was rude said housekeeping replaced the day before even though I told him they didn’t, then he said he didn’t have any behind the desk and and said to come back at 8 they would have some, I was beyond pissed. But the man at the desk bought some to my room about 10 minutes later.

• Kathleen (10/5): At a time when we needed a hotel Best Western came through for us. - Location of Hotel and breakfast room on 6 floor is open to get coffee and we could pick up a dinner and eat there at night. After eating we would clean up and wipe down the table. It was very convenient and happy to have it open. In the mornings the lady that was working did an excellent job! She was friendly and efficient. Both Charlie and the manager were great! The 20 20 Deli was wonderful with tasty food and great service as well as great prices. TV was not working quite working right it would have been nice to have local channels.
