Apartment was beautifully warm when we arrived and lovely Christmas decorations gave it a very homely feel. Very welcome starter pack of grocery essentials. Perfectly equipped with all you could need. Our second time staying here - highly recommend!

Crumpets and milk in the fridge was a lovely touch and much needed after a long day at the golf! It wasn't a problem, but the shower was a difficult one to get right between very hot and very cold. Fine once we got the balance right, though.

• Sinead (10/5): perfect pit stop before heading back to Wexford! - lovely place, not far from the airport so very handy for a very very late arrival! The eir-code didnt bring us to the correct location, we were driving around at 4 in the morning trying to find the place, we were extremely lucky to happen on a early riser farmer who was able to direct us where to go. Other wise we would have had to head back to Wexford, which we didn't want to do at that hour, hence why we booked Kelly's Roost. I would book it again, knowing where it it now though.

• Cormac (10/5): Exceptional - The location is secluded and quiet, yet convenient. The property is a very well finished, set in the countryside. We needed a good night sleep and selected the property because of this, we were not disappointed. Crumpets in the fridge, a tasimo coffee machine with capsules, tea, milk, and child water in the fridge, all point to the fact that the owners pay attention to the little things that make a difference to everyone's stay. One point not advertised is that there is a takeaway restaurant in the nearby village. It's warm and has an excellent shower. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it. 10 outa 10.

We loved it but could we suggest maybe turn the sofa round the other way so the long end is against the wall? Totally appreciate its set the way it is to separate the kitchen and living space. Maybe another chair?
• Manjit (6/5): Storm Darragh strikes. - A lovely place, very cosy and modern. The log burner is a lovely feature with wood and firelighters provided. However, the walk-in wardrobe area in the bedroom is fitted with sensor lights, which were constantly switching on and off throughout the night. This affected our sleep. 'Could have been the weather as Storm Darragh was raging. We made our booking as we were attending a party nearby, but it was cancelled due to the Storm. Rather than cancelling, we decided to go ahead with our booking. Would recommend having dinner/ or bring in a take away prior to checking in as the location is rural. The host did not welcome or ask how we found our stay, either on check-in or on checking out. From our earlier conversation, we were aware they wouldn't be on site during check in. When we checked out, there was no one around. We found it very odd not to have any face to face interaction.

• Cameron (10/5): Perfect - This property was immaculate, we where surprised when we arrived Chris welcomed us and even brought us a couple of beers up as we had a long day travelling. This is by far the best experience I’ve had from any Hotel/Air BnB. I believe for the price it was excellent value for money and this will be my go to place when I’m back in Ireland, the parking was very safe and secure to park our work vehicle. All the extras that you wouldn’t expect where a nice touch from the coffee machine with different pods, nice thick towels in the bathroom, big smart TVs with Netflix and YouTube, log burner, fresh milk, bread, butter in the fridge.
