• Rino (1/5): Very bad in cleaniness - Property made in good, but very poor managing . Poor cleaning, toilets cant be usable, bed sheets n pillows are stained and bad smell. Staff have no idea about hospitality services.

• Mahammad (8/5): Calm and quiet stay near a coffee estate away from the noise of city. - Rooms are spacious, the owner is very good and helpfull. This a good facility for newly married couples and weekend stayers. Even two families can stay comfortably without any hassle. What was missing for families with small kids, there is no outside play / sitting area, these are individual villas with compound walls. Walls in the front can be removed and good lawns with seating facility can be done. This way the view from the cofee estate can be enjoyed. Linens are clean but old slowly loosing it's brightness. Complimentary breakfast would be convenient. The staff are polite they are ready to help you with food from outside

• Ram (7/5): Homestay in Suntikopa - The bedrooms were clean but sparsely furnished. The provided toiletries were very basic. There was no air conditioning and the windows were shut to keep the bugs away. This made the rooms stuffy and warm. There isn't any room outside to sit and enjoy the evening breeze. The property does not provide food or even coffee. A small kitchen is available but not very useful without provisions.

Also the kettle can be of better quality. Cooking utensils must be more elaborate as we did not have transport and food was not easily available. Cooking was best option. But no utensils.

• Bernard (10/5): We liked our stay very much and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the place to anyone visiting Coorg. - The property lies between Madikere and Kushal Nagar. So we found ourselves almost at the centre of pretty much all the places we had planned to visit. The villa are located within a 15 acre compound out of which 7 acres have coffee and spice plantations. The moment you open the doors of your villa, the greenery welcomes you to a serene atmosphere. The rooms were neat and spacious. Mr. Nadaf was very friendly. He helped us book our jeep safaris and also allowed us for a walk within the plantation. The staff also were very helpful and respectful. They helped us with room service of food and beverages from Coorg County Resort opposite to the property. Overall it's a wonderful and safe place to stay and spend time with your family. Nothing

The Rooms were very big and comfortable. Barbeque and Bonfire were ultimate. We wish him best to have his own restaurant in the property. Provide entire video of the property by using drone on the site.

• Sec (10/5): Excellent, Value for Money - My Stay at Coorg was very pleasant and memorable and it started with booking.com, wherein I was able to find the best hotels at Coorg. I got connected with Mr. Nadaf from Richberry and frankly speaking I was not so sure about the place. He helped me in connecting with a local taxi operator Mr. Rasheed to pick me up from Mangalore airport to Coorg and for all the sight seeing. Do speak to Nadaf about the same guy to plan your trip in Coorg and nearby places. I would say that the stay and place is awesome, it's a newly built 2 BHK spacious villa with a calm view of coffee plantation to look at. At night we also planned for a camp fire and a veg barbeque. The staff made the day so memorable that it still is still fresh in our minds till date. Would recommend all to give a try for that. The Breakfast was excellent and tasty, it was the best trip I have ever experienced with such Host would always visit the place and would recommend the same to others. Richberry team, keep doing your good work. Everything was perfect.

The staff was very cooperative and curtious. There is nothing to dislike. Suggestion is to maintain the property nice to remain like new.
