• Cosmas (8/5): Nice place, will book again - Towels that was provided wasn't enough fir my family of 5 for a four night stay. Extra towels weren't orovided
• George (1/5): Urine smell, not like the photos. - Even if we had contacted when we saw the state of the place there was nothing that could be done to remove the smell, remove to greasy head print on the wall etc in time. This place was booked for my boss because the photos and descriptions showed a clean and well maintained house. I entered the property on Thursday and was disgusted and disappointed with the state it was in. Especially considering it cost £460 for 3 nights. - the front door was a mess and dirty. - On entering the house there was a strong smell of urine. We left the door open so hopefully the smell would dissipate but that didn’t work - The walls had patches of dirt, grease stains and chips. - The walls that were patched over were done with different colour paint and very dirty looking. - The carpet in the main bedroom was dirty. - All the cables in the living room were left in an untidy, unsightly and unsafe way. - The rest of the house had the lingering urine smell mixed with air fresheners. - The sofas were different from and photos and very uncomfortable - On the wall against one of the sofas there was a big greasy patch where someone’s greasy head had obviously been resting on. - The ceiling in the living is quite a darker grey making the room dark and dingy. The photos show the ceiling looking white and bright. - The paint on the door edges, rails are quite badly chipped. - The towels although clean were thin and small. - Lamp shade in upstairs spare room is falling apart - The top wardrobe doors in the main bedroom were left open and couldn’t be closed because the bedding that was stuffed in there was hanging out and didn’t fit in that space - The dressing table in the main bedroom had cream/lotion in the edges which we did manage to clean before we realised how bad the place was. - The bathroom had 3 toilet rolls which were all obviously part used. I stay in 7-11 air BnBs a year and this has been the worst place I’ve been to.

• Anonymous (8/5): overall a pleasant place to stay, had a lovely time wouldn’t mind coming back - The property itself was nice and homely and had all the facilities. we enjoyed our stay, takeaway up the road and a few other shops and pub. bus stop across the road easy to get to places as house on main road with a few steps going up. The only thing me and my friend would like to say is the mirror in one of the bedrooms was cracked and dangerous when children around. Also the glass table in lounge is not secure and could have easily have fallen if knocked. children were not able to go and play in garden due to grass being so long.
