I check-in at night 1am and checkout same day at 7am. Room was well ready and all was super good We stayed for like only 5hours.

Good location
- Karimullah (1/5): Bad - It was clean. I had booked my room 10 days before journey date as I would be reaching room by midnight 1 am. Got confirmation that room was booked and said I will be charged for 2 days even I stay for 24 hours.
When I reached room at night 1 am , they said the room is not booked and untill we step in they don't consider booking as final. May be app has finalized but they have not provided confirmation. They said they don't have rooms. We were blank at that late hour even after booking room in advance. Later they suggested near by hotel and suggested to stay there. In that room , AC was not working. We had to request for hot water everytime which was even not supported. All together we had tough time but we didn't have a choice rather than adjusting. Worst part was the call done by the receptionist on second day to find out the reason for not checking in even the booking was confirmed. So service providers themselves are not clear .

Location is good for train travel and shopping Photoss provided by property owner were just too good to be true, it was actually in okay condition only.. Just bearable or doable.. Didn't accepted checkout time extension request, i just needed 2 extra hours and for that property owner charged half day charges.. And actual price shown on app is low but price at hotel is increased as property owners took extras in the name of service charges etc.

- Sudhish (1/5): Location & Manager are worst - Food provided by them is good & quick ☺️ The Manager at the reception is very harsh 😕 when we reached at hotel they don't have any standard room to asked to take deluxe room by paying extra amount. As we have already confirmed about rooms before going & when we reach at midnight he asked to cancel booking if we are not ready to pay extra and for another hotel after your autorickshaw left the place.
The manager also informed that rooms provided in the sites are wallpaper, don't expect such rooms here.

When I reached to hotel with my family- receptionist said all rooms are full and since through booking.com most of the people book but do not come so in my case as well he asked to find something else
I do not know if booking.com can really be trusted?? Also those people must coordinate before cancel a booking Though I had called a day before and had also confirmed
