• Cendrine (9/5): - Un petit havre de paix dans le quartier de la Kasbah. Établissement boudoir très joliment décoré et très propre. On sent la fleur d’oranger dans tout l’établissement, j’adore !
• Florence (10/5): Excellent séjour ! Nous recommandons - Riad très bien placé et plutôt central. Très propre et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Dispose d’un très joli patio planté de beaux orangers. Petit déjeuner hyper varié et complet. Au calme et confortable. Nous regrettons juste de ne pas avoir profité d’un petit déjeuner sur le rooftop qui pourtant est très bien aménagé.

• Katja (10/5): Tolles Riad , tolles Frühstück , tolles Spa , gerne wieder - Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön eingerichtet , eine Oase der Ruhe im quirligen Marrakech , man kommt ins Riad , alles riecht nach Orange . Das Personal sehr nett und freundlich , Youssef hat sich direkt um alles gekümmert und war sehr nett und hilfsbereit . Auch das Spa ist zu empfehlen . -

• Nuria (9/5): Riad de cuento y personal super amable - El riad es muy acogedor y bonito, lástima que solo pudimos estar una noche. El desayuno es super completo y la zona muy tranquila. La habitación muy confortable. Todo estaba decorado con un gusto exquisito y el olor de todo el alojamiento era increible. Por decir algo, estábamos en la habitación de planta baja (perfecta) y otros huéspedes se reunieron a hablar un rato en el patio que teníamos delante y era "algo" molesto.
• Bruno (10/5): Un vrai paradis. - Magnifique Riad, bien placé au cœur sud de la Medina. Ce Riad est superbement décoré à la fois sobre, chic et très confortable. Il a beau être au cœur de la médina, il est un calme absolu, bien recherché après une journée turbulente dans le cœur de Marrakech. Le petit bassin frais accessible pour se tremper et le bienvenu par forte chaleur. Le petit déjeuner était exceptionnel et d'une grande qualité. Et le personnel d'une extrême gentillesse. • Mariana (10/5): Amazing stay - We spent 3 nights in the Ryad and everything was amazing especially the staff and Youssef. Our flight was late and he welcomed us in the middle of the night with warm moroccan dinner. It was so kind of him! After that he organized our trip to Ait Ben Haddou. He made us feel at home and answered all our questions. The location of the Ryad is great, near to most of the important spots at Medina and the Jemaa El Fnaa square. The breakfast was delicious and the atmosphere - calm and inspiring. Every little detail is artfully thought. We will definitely come back some day! Thank you so much nothing

• Hardouin (10/5): Découverte de Marrakech, ville animée et colorée. Et Riad apaisant et chaleureux. - Un Riad paisible, harmonieux, décoré avec beaucoup de goût par Joëlle. L'endroit est calme, et apaisant. Le personnel (Youssef, Fatiha et Rachida) est adorable et aux petits soins. Nous avons pris beaucoup de plaisir à échanger avec Youssef. Nous avons profité de la terrasse à plusieurs moments de la journée (petit déjeuner, après-midi pour se détendre, et soir pour savourer un dernier verre). Nous avons hâte de revenir... Nous avons tout apprécié.

Tout a été formidable : Le lieu, l'accueil, les chambres, la literie (changé il y a quelques mois), les petits déjeuners copieux et délicieux, le jaccuzzi (prévenir plusieurs heures avant pour qu'il ait le temps de chauffer). Joëlle la propriétaire et le personnel sont d'une gentillesses extrêmes, particulièrement Youssef et Fathia (cuisinière de qualité). Le Riad est magnifique avec ses orangers au milieu qui parfume le Riad. Lieu de zenitude totale. Riad très calme. Riad bien situé pour partir à pieds visiter la medina. Situé à environ 15min à pieds de la place Jemma El Fna. N'hésitez pas à venir ici, c'est un hébergement parfait pour visiter Marrakech. Le bruit des chaises de la terrasse qui résonne dans la chambre India en dessous.

• Carina (10/5): - I recommend this Riad 10/10. At first I was worried because i didn’t know much about the Kasbah area. Turned out it was our favorite place to come back to after a day of sightseeing. The pace is slower and it has a really authentic feel to it. The team looked after us so well. Don’t miss out on ordering at least one dinner at the Riad. It was our favorite meal we had in a whole week! Maybe a couple of lighter choices at breakfast, although very very delicious. I just don’t eat sugary things in the morning. But this is minor.
• Margaret (10/5): Relaxing stay in a fab location! - Located in a tranquil part of the medina. Away from the bustle and so peaceful inside but ideally located to walk to many parts of medina. Fab rooftop and courtyard space. Superior Double room may be a room with a table and chairs in room or have a private terrace to sit in. Make sure to check if room with private terrace is available (our room was called India) as this extra space made our stay so much more enjoyable. Staff were outstanding and Moroccan breakfast in Riad was a treat.
• Paolo (10/5): Riad eccezionale - Il Riad Les Orangerse D'Alilia è davvero speciale. Lo contraddistingue la cura dei dettagli, l'accoglienza e la pulizia. Abbiamo soggiornato solo due notti ma è bastato per apprezzare a pieno l'eccellente servizio. La cucina è eccezionale. La colazione è ogni giorno diversa, viene servita al tavolo con frutta fresca che accompagna prodotti caldi e freddi. Abbiamo anche cenato in Riad una sera, migliore di tanti ristoranti. Hanno soddisfatto le nostre richieste vegetariane proponendo piatti ti tipici marocchini eccellenti ed abbondanti. La posizione è molto comoda, si trova vicino al palazzo reale quindi in una zona tranquilla anche la sera. I taxi passano a 100 metri ma quando si è all'interno del Riad si gode del massimo silenzio e della atmosfera rilassante. La camera, molto graziosa e arredata con attenzione, dotata di tutto il necessario e particolarmente pulita. Il Riad Les Orangers è un posto in cui rilassarsi, rallentare i ritmi della frenesia e godere della accoglienza marocchina. Nulla

• Denise (10/5): Prachtig, fijne sfeer en een aanrader! - Geweldig mooie Riad met de liefste mensen. We voelden ons hier echt thuis! We hebben hier heerlijk gegeten, gedobberd in de jacuzzi en fijn geslapen. Er hangt een fijne sfeer in de riad en de wijk is ook erg leuk om in te verblijven. Het personeel doet alles om het je naar de zin te maken en dat is ze gelukt! We hadden een relatief kleine kamer en met ons zoontje van 1 jaar was dat wat behelpen. Eén volgend bezoek zouden wij heel graag boeken. Wat het fijn zou maken is een kinderstoel voor iets meer rust tijdens het eten van de heerlijke huisgemaakte gerechten die je kunt bestellen.

• Lena (10/5): Wir hatten unsere angenehmste komfortabelste Nacht in Marrakesh in diesem Riad. Nur zu empfehlen! - Die Riad hatte alles was das Herz begehrt, von sehr nettem zuvorkommenden Personal über sehr stilvoll eingerichtete Räumlichkeiten, bequemen Betten, Föhn mit verschiedenen Aufsätzen bis hin zu einem außerordentlich vielfältigen sehr leckerem Frühstück für 10€ pro Person. Das Frühstück war so großzügig, dass unser Mittagessen to go ebenfalls gesichert war:) Für Leute mit leichtem Schlaf empfehlen sich evt Ohrstöpsel da es etwas hellhörig ist.

Malgré la gentillesse du personnel ravie d'avoir des enfanrs chez eux lieu qui paraissant si calme et apaisant avec beaucoup d'objet fragile que nous n'avons pas trouvé les enfants à leur place. Heureusement super terrasse sur les toits pour qu'ils se défoulent un peu.

El barrio de Kasbah es muy tranquilo y muy seguro, de noche no se oye el menor ruido si quieres salir del bullicio. Las camas son muy cómodas, igual que las almohadas. Los desayunos son espectaculares. ¡Volveríamos a repetir sin duda! Te mandamos un saludo desde España Youseff :) Nada que pueda que decir.

Très bon petit déjeuner et notre hôte s'est montré particulièrement gentil et serviable. Chambre un peu petite mais confortable et bien équipée. Quartier moins central mais plus calme.

Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die aussergewöhnliche Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft von Youssef. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen und bestens aufgehoben gefühlt. alles wurde perfekt organisiert, egal ob Transfers, Fahrer oder Ausflüge. Die Abholungen waren immer pünktlich und absolut zuverlässig, was es für uns extrem entspannt gemacht hat. Zudem haben wir viele tolle Tipps bekommen, die unseren Aufenthalt noch schöner gemacht haben. Das Riad selbst ist liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit einer sehr angenehmen Atmosphäre. Das Frühstück war frisch zubereitet und abwechslungsreich. jeden Morgen eine Freude. Vielen Dank für diesen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

• Jessica (10/5): Exceptionnel - Riad très joliment décoré avec une merveilleuse odeur de fleur d'oranger dès le passage de la porte. Literie vraiment confortable, espaces communs sublimes, produits d'hygiène de qualité. Un petit déjeuner très copieux et différent chaque matin est préparé avec soin. L'intégralité du personnel est vraiment adorable et se rend très disponible pour ses clients ce qui contribue clairement au charme de ce riad. Mention spéciale pour Youssef, le préféré de nos enfants qui a toujours été très chaleureux et très blagueur avec eux et de très bons conseils pour nous. L'établissement se situe dans le quartier de la Kasbah et même s'il peut-être un peu difficile à trouver cela vaut vraiment le coup de s'y rendre. Honnêtement rien. Petite précision la chambre ne dispose pas de télévision. Cela n'a pas été un soucis pour nous :)

• Lars (8/5): Prachtig huis, vriendelijk personeel - Prachtige locatie met uiterst vriendelijk personeel. Lastig bed om in te slapen. Je hoort alles dat in de binnenplaats gebeurt, stoort wel na 22u. Ontbijt was niet onze smaak, veel speciale producten waar we geen fan van waren.
• Zarah1080 (10/5): - We absolutely loved this riad and would stay here again. The breakfast was amazing, we had so much food. We also organised a dinner with friends and it was delicious. We travelled with our toddler and all of the staff were so kind and friendly with him. The staff were definitely a highlight and very helpful. The riad is absolutely beautiful with a lovely courtyard and roof terrace. Also the location is great. Nothing- I wouldn't change a thing

• Δημητρης (10/5): A small oasis in Marrakesh - The atmosphere of the whole riad was amazing,serene and intimate. The yard is like a hidden heaven. The whole riad has a very interesting architecture and interior design. The room was very clean and the quality of the products they use were local and pure. The staff is very kind,helpful,kind with their best smile all the time. Our experience was literally amazing. We absolutely recommend it. Thank you for everything! Everything was more than what we expected.
• Hadi (8/5): Very nice and clean place, highly recommended! - The riad is amazing, very friendly and nice staff. The scent of orange blossom makes stepping into the riad a great experience. We would have liked to have some blackout curtains on the small balcony outside so we can enjoy the terrace of our room better.
• boo57 (5/5): Promesse non tenue, dommage! - La décoration du riad, le calme et l'ambiance zen du riad. Copieux petit déjeuner. Le petit mot de bienvenue dans la chambre. Le personnel souriant et gentil. La chambre que nous avons eu, n'était pas celle que nous avions réservée. Nous avons eu une chambre de 20m2 alors que nous avions réservé une chambre de 30m2. 20m2 mais avec la salle de bain et terrasse comprise. La température dans la chambre, 14° à notre arrivée. Le seul moyen de chauffage était un radiateur électrique à bain d'huile mobile sur des roulettes à moitié cassées. Il a fallu plusieurs heures pour avoir une température correcte. Il fallait aussi déplacer la radiateur de la chambre à la salle de bain pour ne pas avoir un confort en sortant de la douche. La literie de cette chambre bien mais bruyante, ça grince! Le wifi dans cette chambre n'est pas très performant.

The location is a bit more outside, still to the centre of the Medina (souks) it’s only a 20-minute walk:)

• sherry (7/5): It is a quiet place, but it is far from the main square of Medina. Parking is tricky and the road is hard to find. - The property was clean and quiet. A heater was provided. The baked goods at breakfast were excellent. The bed is hard. The room is very small. The staff did not explain the room or how we had a double door entry and where the key was. The website instructions for the parking was not correct. I had my friend wait in the car while I located the riad and asked where to park. The staff member handed me a brochure with a map with the parking location. It would have been nice if the person went with me to get the parking. Google maps also has the location wrong. The signage could be improved. I had to stop at a different riad and they walked me to this one. They said they had another customer ask for directions a few hours before I did. There was no hot tub as the website stated. The staff kept asking if everything was ok at breakfast, but didn’t provide me with a list of items I could request. The first day we weren’t offered eggs, but were on the second day. I didn’t know it was an option to order eggs the first day. I requested breakfast at a set time each morning and the staff only prepared it after I sat down so I had to wait 10 minutes. More protein items at breakfast would be nice. It is carb heavy! The swimming pool is super small and looks more like a fountain. I never saw anyone in it. The rooftop has no view because the walls are too high.
• 天保 (10/5): best of the best - ２泊しましたが、内装がとてもおしゃれで、センスがよく、素敵でした。清潔感もあり、とてもくつろげます。手作りの朝食も手の込んだ夕食も大変美味しく、感動しました。スタッフのyoussefさん、オーナーのjoelleさんも素敵でとても温かく迎え入れてくださいました。またマラケシュにきた時には絶対にこのリヤドに泊まりたいですし、マラケシュに行く人にはこのリヤドを自信を持ってお勧めします。

Das Personal war super freundlich, insbesondere Youssef. Er hat uns so viele Tipps gegeben und er hat uns bei jeglichem Problem geholfen. Es war der perfekte Ort für uns.
