- Mohammad (9/5): - Overall baik, cuma kamar atas perlu dipercantik seperti kamar dibawah Jumlah kendaraan parkir per villa

- Muni (5/5): Overall we did not enjoy our stay as much as we expected to. - It was spacious with a private swimming pool. Lighting was poor in the kitchen and the property was isolated. It was difficult to communicate with the cleaners who only turned up on the third day. With a group of eight adults there were only two glasses.
- GIADA (9/5): Consiglio! - Molto grande, abbastanza pulita e piscina bellissima Camere superiori meno curate

- Paula (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing place. 15 minutes by car from the center. Huge villa with a great swimming pool and bedrooms. Staff really nice. I would come back
- Choo (5/5): Property owner willing to wait for us till 10.00pm due to flight delay. Need to improve on the cleanliness. Thank you. - With private swimming pool The property is dusty, floor & bathroom, toilet not clean.
- Shannon (10/5): Family of six with 4 teens. - Amazing sized villa with soooo many spaces, we travelled as a couple with 4 older kids 15yo-22yo. they all had their own rooms and huge living areas to eat together and also have time out. the ensuites in the three main downstairs bedrooms were to die for. very luxurious and we felt very spoiled to have such beautiful surrounds. the living area was fully enclosed and air conditioning. There were so many bathrooms. Only cost 10K IDR to get a Grab or Gojeck into main Ubud, yet also had a convenience store 500mtr away and some lovely eateries within a kilometre walk.. The two upstairs rooms were quite warm compared to downstairs with the poor air-conditioning not as efficient. The curtains however were dark, and it just meant the teenagers were up and about by 9am and couldn't hang out in the rooms during the day, so not the worst thing. Not a reflection on the villa but the Gojecks and Grabs found it difficult to find with us running up back streets often waving them down. Our driver at drop off also got lost. Not sure why but something to do with how address shows in maps. was all part of the experience. No washing machine, and not central to much, which we didn't mind as the villa was our home and then we would day trip out when need be, yet reliant most times on transport (very cheap and a part of our experience). A walk into central Ubud market area took 50minutes.
- Joanne (7/5): Overall this Villa is lovely until you go upstairs. It's ideal if only using downstairs. - No breakfast was provided. The 3 bedrooms downstairs are lovely with big bathrooms. The entire Villa is wonderful until you go upstairs and that's an entire different story - The pool was lovely, the bathrooms downstairs lovely, particularly the 2 bedrooms with separate baths. I loved being at the front of the villa separated from my retreat women - the bed was comfortable, the living area lovely and the kitchen was nice (basic cooking utensils, crockery and pans to cook if you wish). I was very excited and happy with this villa until I went upstairs. If you have 3 couples or 3 friends /colleagues it's PERFECT. Sayan is such a lovely area of Ubud and the Villa is quiet (roosters but they are a lovely edition in Ubud) and very secure. The upstairs bedrooms were very small and the bathrooms were terrible. The stairs also are very steep. This is probably an ideal place for teenage or younger adults and anyone who doesn't care about a very small bathroom with no bath.
- Alicia (10/5): Exceptional - It was sooo big and was beautiful , our favourite throughout our time in Bali so far The oven doesn’t work which is fine if we knew but we bought heaps of stuff from the supermarket to do a cook up one night and yeah it was just the gas tops and a microwave so a fair bit had to go to waste, other than that was spot on
- Paul (10/5): Family fun in a lovely area with great accommodation - Spacious villa with everything you will need to enjoy your stay A little away from Ubud but not a deal breaker
- Wan (10/5): We were so happy that we were able to secure the villa. No regrets. We had a super comfortable stay in Ubud. - Overall satisfied with the villa. It was SO spacious and enough for big groups. There were only 6 of us so we only occupied the three rooms at lower grounds. Love the Bali vibe there. None.
- Anthony (10/5): Fantastic - The property was a fantastic clean and tidy villa. There was 7 of us staying here and was probably one of our favourite villas we’ve stayed in Bali!
- Alison (10/5): Perfect Villa in Ubud - Super responsive hosts. Stunning, spacious property
- Kodi (8/5): Very good -
