- Manu 60 (10/5): - Ein absolut stimmiges Konzept, alle sehr, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, alles da, was man braucht und alles top sauber. Ein sehr leckeres reichhaltiges Frühstück, sowie ein Nachmittagssnack und ein Super 6 Gänge Menü am Abend. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Da gibt es nichts.
- Hildegard (10/5): - Alles, der herzliche Empfang. Die tollen Gastgeber und das überaus freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, die alle immer in allen Fragen ansprechbar waren. Das Frühstück war total lecker und das 6 Gang Menü am Abend sucht seinesgleichen. HERVORRAGEND!! Für jeden was dabei, auch an Vegetarier und Veganer wird gedacht. Die Zimmer und Wellnesseinrichtung sind mit allem ausgestattet und sehr sauber,modern und gemütlich. 100% Weiterempfehlung,auch für Lage und Freizeitmöglichkeiten( Wandern,etc) Die Dreiflüssestadt Passau ist auch nur 45km entfernt Das unser Urlaub nach 4 Tagen schon wieder vorbei war.

- Kateryna (4/5): Hotel without hospitality. Not recommended - Nothing. Fortunately, we stayed there only one night. This hotel did not meet our expectations. It's not worth its money. The service is too poor for the 4-star hotel, especially for non-German speaking guests. Not friendly staff. Lie with payment for electric car charging (we have a hybrid car, but they asked us to pay for the 20 kWh charging while we have battery only 10 kWh, the woman at the reception pretended not to understand my explanations in English). The room was in a separate building, the breakfast and swimming pool are in the main building. We didn't have a chance to use a swimming pool. The service on dinner and breakfast was too slow and not friendly for the English speaking guests. The dinner, that was included to the price, was too long - there was a 5-dish menu, we waited for the each next dish quite a lot of time and spent in the restaurant two hours.

Ich würde das Hotel weiterempfehlen. Der SPA Bereich ist etwas klein. Es wäre toll wenn es noch einen Pool im textilfreien Bereich geben würde.

- Karin (9/5): Besser könnte es nicht sein - Frühstück reichlich/ ausgewählte Zutaten häufig aus eigener Produktion/ ruhige Atmosphäre in angenehmen Interieur. Holz dominiert die Einrichtung und den Baukörper. Das Hotel verfügt über ein sehr schönes modernes Schwimmbad mit Außenbereich. Gute Akustik im gesamten Haus.

- Mika (9/5): The hotel was great value for money - The hotel's location near Bayrischer Wald Lusen was close, so you could start hiking directly from the hotel. The hotel was great value for money, with only 46 rooms and some (8) luxurious cottages, so it was not too big for our taste. The people were friendly and helpful, and the care was excellent. I would go again if planning to go hiking there We tried all saunas, and the only minus goes for Finnish Sauna (I am Finn) since the air was too dry in there, but overall, it was a great experience. I would go gain if planning hiking there

- Joerg (9/5): Great hotel but staff need to apply better judgment and adapt to the request of their guests - Great spa! Nice in house dinner location just up the street Room cleaners started knocking on our door starting from 8:30am! Despite of my complaint this behaviour did not improve Breakfast was good but they wanted to charge extra for a 2nd cappuccino which is ridiculous. Also, omelette or fried eggs were charged extra. If you wanted to take out a sandwich & apple for lunch on a hike, they were making a big fuzz and wanted to charge for this too! Completely ridiculous…
- Viorica (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was great: the hotel is very modern, well equiped, the sauna and heated indoor/outdoor pool were super, the staff was helpful, and the food at breakfast ans dinner was spectacular.
