• Mihaela (10/5): Property was clean and big - The property looked exactly like in the photos, everything spotless clean, more or less new. We had prosecco, butter and jam in the fridge. Also a lot of Nespresso capsules. Property owner is friendly and we really enjoyed our stay. I would return for sure! The owner lost his phone and didn’t respond to calls. But he waited for us at the property.

• Karolina (10/5): Petarda!:) - Bardzo wygodne mieszkanie, łóżka fantastyczne (nawet to rozkładane w salonie ) 2 łazienki z prysznicami, czysto, przestronnie. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko. W pełni wyposażona kuchnia, bardzo dobra kawa ., świetny kontakt z właścicielem. Wyjątkowo nam się podobało! :)
• CARMELINA (10/5): Perfect Stay in Como – Exceeded Expectations! - Maison de Raf was absolutely perfect for our stay in Como. The apartment was spotless, beautifully designed, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The location is excellent – just a short walk from the train station and close to the lake and city center. A special mention to the host Luca, who was incredibly kind and responsive. Check-in was smooth and communication was excellent throughout. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone visiting Como! Nil
• LEANNE (10/5): Loved everything about it. Would definitely stay there again. Luca was very helpful if we needed anything - The apartment has everything you need. Is close to supermarket, train and bus station. Easy walk to main square and eateries and waterfront Nothing negative to say about our stay.

• Tareq (10/5): - My travel was to 4 countries, Germany, Austria, Italy and Switzerland. I booked 5 hotels and this one was the best. The flat was super clean and luxurious and had all the facilities . The owner's mother came and explained everything to us. She was very friendly and helpful. Thanks a lot to her .
• Raoof Mansoor Abdulhameed (10/5): Traumhaft - Mir hat alles gefallen. Es ist einfach traumhaft. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht, extrem sauber und ordentlich. Ich wollte eigentlich noch ein Tag bleiben und hatte Angst dass das nicht klappt. Ich habe loca geschrieben und niemand hatte Gott sei Dank an dem Tag gebucht. Ich wollte den Tag bezahlen und er sagte ich gebe es for free. Das ist einfach großartig. Ich empfehle es. Nichts

• abdulelah (8/5): المضيف لوكا ودود ومحترم ولطيف ويتواصل مغي عبر الواتس كل يوم حرصا منه طالبا المساعدة لي في أي مشكلة تواجهنا. - المضيف لطيف وسمح طلب مني في اليوم قبل الأخير رسوم المدينة 36 يورو وفي يوم الخروج لم أجده ، ولم يكن لدي كاش وطلب مني التحويل إلى رقم حسابه البنكي وغادرت ولم يرسل رقم حسابه، وتواصلت معه عبر الواتس ولا يجيب ثم بعد عدة أيام رد علي عن طريق التواصل في بوكينق وأرسل رقم حسابه وتم التحويل . كذلك لم يكن متشددا في وقت الخروج من الشقة أخذنا راحتنا . قرب الشقة من البحيرة وقربها من كارفور نظافة الشقة لو يكتب الله لي زيارة مرة أخرى لكومو سأسكن في نفس الشقة إن شاء الله . لا توجد مواقف مجانية ، لكن توجد مواقف مقابلة للشقة برسوم 24 ساعة 11 يورو كذلك الشقة في وسط بناية كبيرة يحتاج تتواصل مع المضيف قبل الوصول ليستقبلك هناك .
• Elina (10/5): Exceptional - Staying at The Maison de Raf was the highlight of the summer for my family. I can't express how happy we were with everything. The place looks exactly like what you see in the photos. Everything is clean and in good shape. The location is perfect—just a few minutes' walk from the S. Giovanni station. The apartment has everything you need and even more. I traveled with an infant, and the apartment has a changing table and a crib. Upon arrival, we found a bottle of prosecco, which was an unexpected but pleasant surprise. The cherry on top was the host. Paola met us upon arrival, showed us everything, and was very responsive during our stay. On the day of check-out, she and her husband helped us with our luggage all the way to the train station. This place is really good and comfortable, but what really makes it a 10 out of 10 is the exceptional care from the host, who truly brings your stay to another level. I will definitely be coming back next summer.
• Elaine (9/5): Loved Como great apartment lovely stay - The apartment is spacious and spotless with everything you need supplied including a complimentary bottle of procecco from the owner and butter and jam - which most places don’t leave in the fridge but are really handy. The location is short walk from train station, the town and the port in all directions. We didn’t have a car and certainly didn’t need it. The only negative is to be aware the apartment is on a main road so it can be noisy but that didn’t bother us so much.

• Jennifer (9/5): Quaint, clean and modernised stay with a super host, within walking distance to restaurants and Como - The host, Luca, was extremely friendly and responsive. He answered every question I wrote promptly. The apartment was very clean and welcoming - definitely large enough for our party of four. The bedrooms were large and had comfortable beds - and enough storage space. The bathrooms were clean and modern - everything worked really well. Luca quickly brought by a few necessities that the apartment was missing when we checked in. He had also stocked the refrigerator with butter, jams and water - and LOTS OF COFFEE was left for us to use. This is truly a great find in Como - the location by the park and lake was great. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to explore Como! The apartment is in the middle of the city. While the location is great for walking to downtown Como - traffic can be fairly loud. However, there are both vertical blinds and air conditioning units in the bedrooms that helped to keep the bedrooms dark, cool and quiet. It might be nice (and more energy efficient) to have vertical blinds installed in the living room window, because the morning sun shines directly in and it gets quite hot. Otherwise, not many negative things to say about this place.
• Tripti (9/5): We had a good stay at the property. - The property was clean, with amenities, good-sized bedrooms, and a good location. Our flight got cancelled so our check-in got delayed. Luca was so accommodating with our late check-in to the property. I would stay at this property again if I visit this place again and would also recommend anyone coming to Lake Como. Nothing
• Caroline (9/5): Spacious, clean and convenient location - Apartment was spacious, well equipped and spotlessly clean. Modern bathrooms. Location near the station was very convenient. Handy and well-stocked supermarket nearby. Easy walk into centre of Como. Luca was friendly and available for contact if we had any issues - but we had none. We were 5 adults and there was plenty of space for everyone. We had a complementary bottle of Prosecco which was a nice touch. The beds were a bit small and the road was quite noisy. Noise was reduced once inside with the doors closed.

• Oleksandr (10/5): Exceptional - Stylish and convenient appartement with 2 bathrooms, kitchen and a salon. The location is beyond my imagination. It’s close to a supermarket, 10 minutes from the train station and a ferry boats. Luca is very supportive. Hope to return again soon.
• Alix (8/5): Spacious and well equipped flat close to city center - Spacious, well equipped and modern apartment. We were 6 of us and appreciated the 2 bathrooms and the large rooms. Luca was very punctual and helpful. The flat is a few minutes walking distance to the pedestrian center. Nothing to do with the flat per se, it was all fine. To note: For people sensitive to noise, all rooms give out on to a street with heavy trafic. Also parking close to the flat is costly.
• Laura (10/5): Stay here if you can - The apartment was exactly as advertised, very comfortable, clean, had anything we could possible need, was well located near the lake, with gorgeous mountain views, and close to public transport for easy moving around if we wished to. But the main plus side was the host, Luca. Luca was extremely responsive, attentive and thoughtful. He not only left us prosecco as a welcome wine, but also a panettone and a bottle of champagne for Christmas, since we stayed there over the holiday. But if that wasn't enough, he then left us personalized gifts for me and my daughter on our doorstep on the actual Christmas day!!! There were plenty of other little things that made our stay cosier, such as fruit juice which my daughter loved, some toasts and butter, and we even ended up doing laundry which smelled amazing after it! I highly recommend staying here, you will not be disappointed Not really a dislike, but the only thing we were missing were bowls in the kitchen, for like preparing a fruit bowl or little salads, but of course this did not impact our overall experience

Would stay again except for the hard beds and traffic noise. - A beautiful apartment, 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, great little kitchen, very well equipped and nicely supplied with some basics. The very thoughtful host had left us a bottle of red and a bottle of prosecco! Everything was very clean, and our host explained everything very well. He was extremely helpful with our luggage! The close location to the city centre (without being in it) was good. The host had left business cards for nearby restaurants, cafes, etc. which was very useful. Two negatives were: 1) the beds were so hard that I got a bruise on one shoulder. This and 2) the noise from the road below meant we didn't sleep well. If not for these two factors, I would definitely stay again. So if traffic noise isn't a problem, and very firm beds don't bother you, I highly recommend this apartment.

A convenience store across the road so we were able to prepare meals and eat at home . We thoroughly enjoyed staying there .

The host Lucca was gret on arrival there was a bottle 🍾 of chilled presico waiting for you. He helped carry our baggage to the traine station he was very good the place is excellent, slippers,lollies,water,bread,butter,condiments.full kitchen washing machine etc etc 10 minutes walk to town & ferry ticket office. Supper market 100metr across the road Only one minor thing some traffic noise. Full appartment 2 bed 2 bath. Traffic noise Beds a touch firm but that is to taste do.e like some dont

• Hubertus (10/5): Perfect stay for groups and families in the centre of Como - The apartment is located perfectly because it is close to San Giovanni, the city center and a 24/7 Carrefour is around the corner. It is very spacious, has two bathrooms and is perfectly equipped (high-quality hair dryer, iron and kitchen equipment), ideal for groups and families. The host, Luca, was very kind and helpful. He offered us an early checkin and late checkout as well as some drinks which are in the fridge. Noisy street, so bring ear plugs
• Andrea (10/5): Simply lovely - The apartment was just beautiful and had everything we needed. The hosts were extremely kind to us: they offered a free bagage drop, they filled the fridge with foods and beverages specific for our country, changed the sheets and towels every 3 days, checked in regularly to see if everything was okay and even offered bottles of prosecco as a welcome gift. Lovely! The location is very nice as well, seeing it's close to the train station and also close to the lake and the town center. Within the building itself, there was rarely any noise. You could barely notice there were neighbors. Because the apartment is right next to a road with lots of traffic, it tends to get a little noisy in the evenings or mornings. If you want to cook a bigger meal and are using multiple power sources at once it could happen that one of the fuses blows... it happened to us a few times but the host did well to warn us how and were to fix this in case it happened.

• Mohit (10/5): We loved our stay at Maison de Raf and would highly recommend it to others! - Property is very spacious - great for families with kids. We have a toddler and an infant and we found the property very comfortable for our needs. The fact that the apartment had an elevator was key! Location is great as it is close to the 24/7 supermarket and close to the beautiful waterfront. Everything you’d want to see is walking distance from the property. Also, it was helpful that the Como San Giovanni train station is a 5-minute walk. We made good use of this as we took a couple of day trips on the train system. Also, Luca was a very responsive and helpful host - really enjoyed our interactions with him. One thing to be aware of is that the apartment is on a main road so it’s noisy at night. We had a sound machine for the kids so we didn’t have any issues. We liked how bright the apartment is, but the property could consider blackout curtains for those that need it for sleep.

Big nice apartment with two large rooms. Very comfortable sofa bed in the living room. We were 5 people but with the space of 8 which was nice. Large balcony all the way through the rooms and living room. Large windows with soothing view. Also complete modern bathrooms.
