• User (7/5): - Simpatia na receção, existência de uma cozinha partilhada. Box do chuveiro muito pequena e apertada, apenas com cortina de plástico. Tornava difícil os movimentos, nem como evitar molhar o chão

• Olga (10/5): Чудовий варіант за свої гроші. Комфортно, чисто, атмосферно - Дуже зручне розташування, поруч станції метро та автобуса ( 7 хвилин пішки), поруч супермаркети Ашан і Лідл. До центру міста прогулятися вуличками 15 хвилин. Також все чисте, охайне. Велика ванна кімната, дуже зручні ліжка, в номері все необхідне ( рушники, ковдри, є вішалки та полиці для речей), на кухні холодильник і мікрохвильовка, також посуд і прибори( ножі і штопор). Також з кухні вихід на тераса там два столика з парасольками і стільці. Снідали тільки на вулиці ( виходить у внутрішній двір)Окрема подяка персолу і власнику. Заздалегідь списання з нами, дочекався і все пояснив при заселені, дуже привітний господар. Наш номер виходив на жваву вулицю, тож обовʼязково беріть з собою бейруші- без них важко заснути, туристи ходять до ранку і співають пісні)))

• Chorąży (6/5): - Przyjemny i pomocny personel. Jasny i słoneczny pokój. Prywatna łazienka z z oknem. Czysto. Dostęp do kuchni i tarasu. Dobra lokalizacja. Będąc w pokoju sąsiadującym z kuchnią jest się narażonym na hałas innych gości (również w nocy o godzinie 3...).

• Clara (10/5): - El anfitrión fue muy amable con nosotros. Tuvimos problemas con el transporte, llegamos más tarde de lo previsto al apartamento, pero nos esperó y fue muy comprensivo con nosotros. Estamos muy agradecidos por su ayuda. Solo pasamos allí una noche, pero contaba con lo necesario y es tal como se describe y muestra a través de booking. Importante señalar que este apartamento no es el que aparece en Google Maps con el mismo nombre. Tener como referencia las fotos del apartamento que salen al reservar con booking. En general, contentos con la estancia. ¡Lo recomendamos! Nada que añadir.

• Krzysztof (10/5): good for relaxing after sightseeing - The hotel left a very positive impression on me. The room was quiet, clean, and the bed was comfortable. The building was easy to find, It has a great location for exploring the city. The receptionist was polite and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

• António (10/5): - Foi uma óptima estadia, o check-in e check-out foram muito acessíveis. O Sr. Victor foi muito simpático e atencioso. Gostei muito da localização e também das instalações. Nada a apontar.

• Cristina (9/5): - Struttura pulita, c'è tutto il necessario (anche l'asciugacapelli ad esempio) e in una buona posizione. Il proprietario è gentile e disponibile, e anche se parla poco inglese cerca di farsi capire. Nell'atrio del condominio c'è un brutto odore, però non è colpa del proprietario. Magari si potrebbe aggiungere una superficie d'appoggio in camera, ad esempio un tavolino o una mensola.

• Larysa (8/5): - Расположение недалеко от метро, пешком можно дойти до площади Россиу, есть кухня с холодильником, чайником и микроволновкой Заселение только до 23.00, у меня задержался рейс, было нервно, стоимость такси составила половину стоимости проживания, нет четких инструкций как найти дверь и войти в здание, нет обозначения на входной двери апартаментов. Я стояла на улице, не понимая что мне делать и вынуждена была обратиться за помощью к местным жителям.

• ALEX (9/5): - Соотношение цена-качество просто идеально, всё что нужно для короткого проживания есть. Хозяин прекрасный. Рядом кафе с местной кухней , супермаркет Ашан,Лидл 5 минут. Метро рядом. От аэропорта 20 минут на такси - ~8-9€. Немного староватые помещения, но сам дом уже такой....за эти деньги без претензий.

• Elle (9/5): Very nice and happy to come back - Vitor was a really friendly host. He was very attentive, friendly, and helpful. The room was nice and clean. Some people mentioned there were bedbugs before; I can assure you that I checked every corner after being paranoid due to my previous experience with bedbugs. The mattress is very clean and looks new. I am also not sure why people have issues finding the place — it’s super easy to locate, and there is a house number outside. There is a lovely terrace to sit outside. The flat is in a nice area, 5 minutes away from Lidl and cafés. The Wi-Fi worked well. I really enjoyed my stay. The shower was super tiny but it was an interesting experience to use it and I somehow managed not to splash water outside There was a slightly concerning smell in the room, which may have been coming from the pipes. Adding air fresheners would be helpful. There should be a sign forbidding the use of the kitchen after 10pm (I mentioned this to Vitor). While I understand that some people may arrive late, preparing food at that time should not be allowed. You can hear every sound of cutlery in the room, and it kept me awake until 1am. Providing shower gel and shampoo (which are inexpensive) would also be very helpful. For longer stays, there is space under the TV - it would be great to add in the room small desk and chair, it is clearly missing. An additional shelf in the bathroom would also be a great improvement.

• Alessandro (9/5): Pensione dignitosa, centrale e pulita - E la seconda volta che dormo in questa pensione e ci tornerei. Centrale, pulita e il senhor Vitor è sempre attento a che non manchi niente e che la permanenza sia confortevole. La nuova location, sempre nella stessa via ma a un civico diverso, è più moderna e tenuta meglio. Non ci sono molte cose di cui mi possono lamentare, come ho scritto in precedenza ci tornerei volentieri e quindi consiglio questa struttura.

• Michelle (8/5): - El encargado nos dejó entrar antes de la hora prevista para hacer check-in a la habitación. Todo estaba limpio y organizado. También nos guardó las maletas después del check-out ya que nuestro vuelo salía en la noche. En la noche y madrugada se escuchaba mucho ruido de los otros apartamentos (especialmente el piso de arriba) y un poco de la habitación de al lado. (Es algo fuera de su alcance pero afecta la estadía)

• Genevieve (10/5): Great place to stay in Lisbon! - The apartment was in a great location in Lisbon! Lots of restaurants & cafes just down the road! Easy access to public transport and a short walk to main attractions. The host was incredibly friendly and spoke great English! The room was comfortable & clean, the shared bathroom was always clean and it had a great rooftop terrace. We had a great stay thank you!
