• Barbara (8/5): Very good - The apartment was the perfect size for us in a really lovely complex. Location is great with a lovely pool. Both the host and the local rep were fantastic to deal with, and there was a lovely welcome pack on our arrical. Our flight home was late afternoon and although checkout was 10:30am, we were allowed to leave our bags in the apartment until 1pm when we were leaving for the airport. A bad drain smell coming from the kitchen sink. We contacted our rep and he came to investigate the following day and it had something to do with high tides. The cleaners put some strong detergent down the sink but it came and went throughout the week. No sun at any point on our balcony which was disappointing. While we were aware of the charges for the beds by the pool, it was the first time ever that our apartments/hotel had a charge and that grates a bit. I would still go back though if there was sun on our balcony as we really liked the complex.
• Charlotte (10/5): Great find, great location, helpful host - The property was extremely well presented through out and the arrival bundle was a great touch. The location was perfect at the heart of Las Americas, the property was a real gem of a find. The host was extremely helpful and responded very quickly to any queries. Useful information is sent prior to arrival which was above and beyond the standard hotel. I would definitely recommend staying here and look forward to booking in future

Pool was great for the kids and quiet enough even during the holidays that I could actually swim some serious lengths in it! Really happy with my stay, definitely recommend.

Poor description on how to find the apartment. It is in a separate building to “Parque Santiago I”. This wasn’t a problem for us as the management company was open and they directed us but would have been difficult after hours.

• Samuel (2/5): Very poor - **BEWARE** Take my advice and stay clear of this property. Ant’s absolutely everywhere! I’m the toaster, oven, kitchen sides, all floors, toilets, sofas and beds! Didn’t even want to unpack our suitcases and ended up leaving at around 4:00am to go to another hotel. Found out later in the holiday from a local lady they are called ghost ants, and once you get them they are very hard to completely get rid of. Absolutely ruined the first part of our holiday. Couldn’t find anyone around to help as it was so late, so had no choice but to pack and leave. After finishing the week in a near by hotel, we were informed that Parque Santiago would not refund any money at all. Complete waste of £820. Please please please don’t make the same mistake we did and be forced to stay in an apartment full of ants or loose your hard earned money. I added a couple of photos cropped from videos so the images aren’t great and doesn’t truly reflect how many there was.

Just a short walk to the beach and central to everything. The host is amazing and makes sure you are looked after.
