• María (10/5): - Muy atentos con nosotros en todo momento, desde antes de llegar hasta nuestra partida. El apartamento estaba impecable, muy limpio y todo en muy buen estado. Además, la comunicación, tanto con el centro de Roma, como con el aeropuerto, era muy buena.

Приємно знаходитись.Досить спокійний район Поблизу багато магазинів і ресторанів. Зручне сполучення з центром міста. Хазяїн постійно на зв'язку, дуже турботливий і уважний. Приємною несподіванкою був букет троянд до Дня Народження дружини. Дякуємо Simon.

• Jairo (10/5): Muchas gracias por todo Simone eres un crack - Me gustó mucho el trato con Simone, la limpieza y la localización la verdad que tenía todo al lado el bus 170 para ir al centro, una tienda, lugares para comer y desayunar. la verdad que más completo no podía ser. El apartamento tenía conserje y era muy buena persona y estaba todo muy limpio y no había ruidos ni malas personas rondando por fuera estaba todo perfecto repetiría sin dudas Nada la verdad, supongo que si pone un microondas ya estaría increíblemente completo pero es un detalle solo casi sin importancia almenos para mí

Simón, su anfitrión es un grandísimo profesional y grandísima persona cuidando de todos los detalles y ayudandonos en todo momento con nuestros desplazamientos en bus e información turística, un 20 de 10 se merece, el apartamento dispone una parada de bus a 3 minutos caminando de la casa con una conexión cada 10 minutos con el centro de Roma, la 170, buena zona para aparcar en la calle general, a 3 minutos caminando de la casa también. 100% recomendable. Todo estaba perfecto!

• Viktoriia (9/5): Локація супер все близько, головне зрозуміти де ви знаходитеся в якій частині міста. Просто багато цікавих памʼяток навк - Гарне розташування і близько зупинки для поїздок. Жодних проблем з власником житла не виникло і заселив нас в житло швидше , і почекав нас коли ми спізнилися заселилися. Всі потрібні речі по гігієні були, чисто і прибрано ( навіть кава дуже смачна) . Дякуємо!

• Cristina (10/5): Recomiendo 100 % - Alojamiento perfecto para unos días en Roma ! Limpísimo y muy bonito ! El baño una pasada ! Las camas súper cómodas . Simone muy amable y atento . El alojamiento está muy bien situado , alrededor hay cafeterías , restaurantes y heladería artesana , es un barrio tranquilo y seguro y cerca de transportes . Trastevere está a 4 paradas de autobús ! Recomiendo 💯 el alojamiento de Simone. Muchísimas gracias ! No puedo decir nada negativo .

• Gemma (10/5): Fantastic apartment, would recommend 😊 - Such a lovely apartment, everything is brand new and so clean, nice touches with towels/slippers/soaps and shampoos etc. Simon is a wonderful host who went over and above to ensure we were comfortable with our stay and getting our way round the city and even took us to the airport for our return flight home. There is a bus stop right next to the property which can take you right into the centre of rome or to the nearest metro. The bed is comfortable and air-con in the bedroom is a life saver with the Italian heat. Lovely powerful shower too. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need and more. Would definitely return.
