- Kutayba (9/5): - We had a great stay at Red Ranch Inn in Catskill. The place was clean, quiet, and relaxing. The room was comfortable, and the location was convenient for exploring the area. A special thank you to [Naemah]. She was very nice, professional, and welcoming throughout our stay. She made the experience even better with her kindness and excellent customer service. Overall, we enjoyed our visit and would definitely consider staying again. None

- Ron (7/5): Basic but ok - It’s a basic side road motel. It meets the basic needs nothing more. The bathroom could use an update, but it’s clean. The doorbell at the reception, is extremely loud and can be heard in many of the rooms. I guess it’s an easy fix. Until then choose a room that is far from the reception.

Family member burned hand on hot water in shower. No enough light in room. Very tiny thin towels, did not feel safe in shower, front steps were sketchy

- Araina (8/5): Nice homey place for your long travels - Nice amount of space for a family traveling. Homey feel with room to explore and have fun on site. The space is definitely out dated, old, and a bit dirty. But nothing you wouldn't expect from an old motel.
- David (10/5): Clean, comfortable inn near Hunter Mountain and a great value. - This inn was clean and comfortable, right next a brewpub with excellent food and beer, and a short drive to Hunter Mountain for skiing. Check in was fast and easy, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. This inn was a bit dated and could use some upgrades.

- Comegno (4/5): Disappointed we - The location was good. Three electrical outlets did not work so I had to move the bed closer to one that did so I could plug in my CPAP. Noticed there was dust and dirt under the bed. The TV and mini fridge didn't work.

Telling others not to book thur place like here....game room was yucky, tree had fallen down where the kiddos play area is.. this place need work and a nicer front end guy.. just saying.

- Charlotte (1/5): If booking an independent motel, verify directly as they don't like using a 3rd Party (like Booking) - Nothing On arrival I was informed that my reservation had been cancelled - I asked for more information about who cancelled it but didnt get anywhere. I had received no notification from Booking.com. I have used Booking.com for most reservations that I make and this is the first time that there has been a problem. The man at Reception said that the hotel was full - given that it was the Columbus Day weekend there were no other options in the vicinity. He then found an available twin room that although dated in appearance, would do for one night. Unfortunately, when we pulled back the sheets on one of the beds it was very damp/stained. I went back to Reception to see if there was anything else that had come available but that was it. He said that he would give a full refund but as previously discussed there was nothing else available. We used the other bed and left promptly the next day.

- Jeff (4/5): Nice and quaint and super traditional to the Catskills - If you’re looking for a motel experience in the Catskills, you’re in for a ride I’ve always known it while driving on the 32 but never stopped at one of those little quaint motels in the middle of the forest. The manager is super nice but a couple of long-term stays even though typical can feel a little strange I didn’t check when I booked, but my room was a smoking room and it really smelled like 30 years of nicotine

- VanHoesen (10/5): Absolutely love this place! - Beautiful and relaxing. Plenty for the kids to do around the property. The staff is excellent. Rich was amazing and accommodating to the fullest for my family. Very pleasant and friendly. The room is great for a family staycay weekend! Lots near by to keep busy or just chillin poolside / swimming, little fire for smores, swing set and play ground plus a game room the kids can enjoy. I love it here. We are not fancy people and we love the quaintness of this property. If you’re looking for something super high end and prissy you should def look elsewhere. This is a great match to the surrounding countryside. We WILL be back! Nothing at all! We can’t stay longer.

I gave key back and told them I was leaving and needed the three nights cut to ine please return the next two nights payment after first night's stay. I paid like over 386. I only stayed one short night. I said please return my payment and.ran out door cause me and boyfriend are going apart from that time as he's upset me, and I left. I needed the money it is an emergency. I had bills that I told my boyfriend I couldn't afford to be going to hotel when I have a home. But he made reservations anyway without acknowledging my better judgement. He didn't pay for anything. He normally doesn't. And he cares nothing about my bills getting paid he's got a lot of issues. And demands we stayed there. Cause my parents didn't want him staying at my house.

I also liked that the room had a table with 2 chairs; we bought takeout for dinner and I liked having a dining table. The front desk was friendly and helpful. There was a noise like running water outside, or a dishwasher, in the middle of the night. It sounded like maybe it was coming from the AC. It didn’t bother us that much though.
