• Jacqui (10/5): A perfect apartment and location for a relaxing stay. - The fabulous apartment is situated on the beach front with perfect views of the ocean. Sandgate and Folkestone are within walking distance. The apartment is very comfortable and has all the necessary amenities. A lovely place to stay. Super balconies provide a wonderful view of the ocean. A great place to relax.
• inderpreet (9/5): - The property was amazing ! Private, phenomenal sea view, clean, well decorated. The hosts had even left a basket of complimentary food and drink. Amazing value for money ! Only gripe is that I could never get hold of the hosts. Though I figured out what I needed. The number never worked.
• Kerry (9/5): Very relaxing and home from home. - The view was amazing and would be lovely in warmer weather to sit on balcony and watch the sea. Very comfy and well equipped, coffee pods supplied with the machine and washing up liquid etc which was a bonus as we didn’t take any. Owner was staying in apartment below and very helpful. Wasn’t a problem for us but the upstairs bedroom is only accessible by small spiral staircase. Just a pointer for people ,you may need earplugs as sound of wind and sea beautiful in day, not so much at night , fortunately we had some.

• Anderson (9/5): A great place to stay if you want to be on the beach in great comfort, with fantastic views. - What a great location exactly as described and actually almost on the beach Very close to the village and other amenities. Superb views and very well equipped. The spiral stairt case took a while to get used to but apart from that it was a lovely stay . Its also close to Folkstone which is well worth a visit . It was exactly as described and we would happily use this accomodation again. well reccomended The spiral staircase was quite tight to climb up to the second floor.

• Lena (4/5): - Es war sehr schön eingerichtet, man sieht das dort jemand sehr viel Liebe reingesteckt hat. es gab einen kleinen Willkommenskorb. Die Aussicht und Lage sind super, direkt am Strand. Die Betten waren bequem. Nun mein Manko, wir waren 6 Personen, zwei mussten auf dem Sofa schlafen da es 2 Doppelbetten und ein einzelnes im Doppelbett Zimmer gab. Die Wohnung ist für 4 Personen geeignet, sonst muss man in der Nacht am Bett eines anderen Paares vorbei oder eine Wendeltreppe erklimmen. Es gab kein warmes Wasser! Nach mehreren Kontaktversuchen von mir und von Booking.com haben sie die Vermieter immernoch nicht gemeldet. Es war Winter und das Duschen mit dem kalten Wasser hat uns teils sehr krank gemacht. Ich selbst konnte mit dem Eiswasser nicht duschen sodass ich dreckig blieb, sehr sehr unangenehm.

• Jeffrey (9/5): - The location was beautiful, very close to the beach .clean and tidy, easy to find but quite steep stairs to the apartment. Beautiful welcome basket made a nice stay and would recommend to friends 🧡 I like things quite minimalist, so I found it a bit too cluttered with objects. And the decorating is starting to look tired. No lights working in your top bed room except one bedside lamp, which i moved to the smaller bed and both doors to the balcony do not lock the shower door is very hard to close which was a bit of a problem for my parents

• Izabela (9/5): Lovely place right on the beach - The location is absolutely fantastic, a nice and peaceful area and the house is right on the beach! Beautiful views from the balcony and we could hear the sea at night when windows were open. The apartment was very well equipped and had everything we needed and even more. I would definitely come back again! 😊 Everything was perfect
• Malka (10/5): Peaceful place with Stunning views - The stunning view was exceptional! The balconies were lovely to sit, read or have breakfast/dinner on. The binoculars were used loads, great idea! We enjoyed the deckchairs and kids stuff for the beach. Washing and drying machine was great aswell freezer space! The offroad quietness was so peaceful. Loved the big bed and the big shower! Can't wait to return! Thanks Dani and Anthony!! Bit too many beautiful ornaments/ glassware/ flowers all around as difficult with kids and spaces used up by the beautiful stunning pieces of art.

• Marzia (10/5): A beautiful gate away location in a fantastic property! - Location, the house itself and all the amenities. The house is a lovely spot with access to the beach and other houses around. Very nice and quiet, peaceful with an incredible seafront experience. The house itself is beautiful. Very well planned, organised, with modern amenities and fixtures. You can walk to Sandgate centre and find local shops and a grocery store or have a 30min walk to Folkestone. Uber and food delivery services are also available so you have access to anything you need! The owners have been super friendly, answered are questions, reached out right after the booking and are simply beautiful people. We had such an incredible stay and we’re so grateful they welcome our dogs, too! Very truly recommended! Nothing, happy about everything:)

• Gary (9/5): Superb - Very good location and cosy with the fire Its a shame the police were called as flat below we’re arguing and banging for hours but thats out of your hands then the second evening banging trying to get into lock box but thats the only dislike we had a great time

Very relaxing listening to the waves in the morning. Very quiet night time. House has everything you need, very well equipped. We loved the treats, thank you. • Ming (10/5): Very good overall - Amazing stay love all the decorations and lights and had a beautiful sea view to wake up to every morning. Too much glass decoration as we had children and it was out in the open
• Darren (8/5): Great place to relax and unwind. - Location and beds It wasn’t as clean as we would expect, the shared entrance with downstairs was a bit tight and there isn’t any private outside space. This is more about managing expectations than anything else, particularly our kids.

So many love thoughtful details inside, great layout with comfy sofa and big tv for cosy evenings and balcony for soaking up the sun and sea views to the sound of waves. Location literally could not be better, right on the seafront with a direct access to the beach. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay Nothing to dislike

• Simone (10/5): Brilliant stay at an amazing property! - It was amazing - Perfect location - couldn’t fault it, Once we found the keys and the accommodation. The directions were confusing. - Helpful tips - if you arrive late at night like we did. Once you’re on ‘The Riviera’ Keep driving down that road until you come to a locked white gate. Go through the locked gate using the code supplied. Once your through the gate the property is immediately next to the gate. You will see 2 archways. and you’ll see the Postbox saying “The breakers” When looking at the property the locked gate is on your right . The beach door is on the right and the accommodation door is on your left. The property is immediately next door to number 16 the Riviera. Hope this helps someone in the future. The directions. Everything else was amazing!!

• Dan (10/5): Great Holiday Location for a Great Price! - Amazing flat, great views, manageress was incredibly helpful when contacted, couldn't recommend more Views were spectacular, close access to towns where the food was amazing Price was very reasonable, and presented incredibly well! Wood Burning stove was not needed for this time of year, but has made us want to come back in winter! All of these are minor, property was generally loved Listed as having air con, but that was for the other property on site (which we also stayed at and was very nice and organise by the manageress at short notice which was very nice of her) Same listing on Airbnb has hot tub listed, which was for the jacuzzi bath so not what was expected but was still nice Both of these things were very minor to us though, just pointing them out

Loved the location right on the beach and hearing the waves at night was priceless. Not much to dislike really!

Very steep stairs and I have mobility issues due to arthritis so made it tricky! Not the fault of the property and no one else in my party had an issue.

• Anthony (10/5): Comfy Beds, Quiet location right on the beach, Relaxing, traffic free, very private and Log burner. - It is a self catering property, but has full kitchen facilities, if you head to the beach path turn right about 15 mins along there is a fabulous coffee shack that does a fantastic Bacon Roll. Very Peaceful. If you are not too good on stairs then this one may not be for you, but there is a downstairs apartment that would be great but not with the same great View from upstairs.
