• Elisse (7/5): - Easy checkin and courteous building staff. owner was very good in giving directions , very helpful and responsive. Lovely view of mountain from the balcony. Comfortable bed and sofa. Complimentary water bottle , coffee sachet and dental kit. Good wifi connection. Good airconditioning. Cockroaches crawling all over the kitchen, bathroom and inside fridge. Main Bedroom was really having bad musty smell. Bathroom door panel is already deteriotating needs to be upgraded. Overall place is really good but needs to be cleaned well, pest control and minor renovations.

The owner was very accommodating and made sure our check-in went smoothly. They were also flexible with check-in and check-out times, which we really appreciated. Communication was easy and quick, and the view of Laguna Bay from the unit was absolutely beautiful. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay

• Iker (8/5): All Essentials Covered, Friendly Host - The apartment has everything you need whether you’re staying for a few days or a longer trip. Appliances are modern, easy to use, and all worked great. Wi-Fi was strong the whole time. The space is on the smaller side, but it worked perfectly for us as a couple with a child. The host was super responsive and helpful, which made the stay hassle-free. Even though the condo is still under construction, it’s quiet and clean. The staff around the condo are also really friendly. The condo area isn’t fully finished yet—they’re still building more towers, and there’s no convenience store inside for now. Walking out of the condo by foot takes a little while, so it’s better if you have a car or use a ride-hailing app. Some amenities aren’t free or aren’t ready yet. For example, the swimming pool costs 150 PHP per person, and the kids’ pool and playground are still under construction.

The owner was super easy to talk to and very responsive, which made the whole experience hassle-free. The location was also a big plus—easy to find and conveniently close to the mall and SLEX. • Jhun (8/5): Holiday and Family Visits in the Philippines 🇵🇭 - The unit was cosy and comfortable with reliable internet service, kitchen facilities, and other useful amenities. Restrictions imposed on visitor. We've chosen the Condo simply because it was closer to our relatives but was disappointed when they were stopped by the guard even they've submitted their identification. Moreover, not convenient to catch transportation.

They have everything you need to have a really relaxing staycation. I’m 3 months pregnant and the quality of bed is really nice, even the pillows are superb! We even love the small details like plants and the 2nd bed room which has a cute beddings and simple arrangement Host are responsive and kind, I would highly recommend this place and we will definitely come back again ☺️ Bloom residences was not so crowded and we had a very relaxing staycation Thank you☺️🤰❤️ None

We’re real - The host and caretaker were very nice and prompt to respond with our requests/minor issues during our stay. The unit is clean and in excellent location. Guards were not oriented with the policy for the online Guest Authorization Form (GAF) and kept asking for a piece of paper for a few times for the first 2 days we’ve been there, nevertheless they were all polite. Though the unit was in an excellent location: nearby malls, shoping center or hospital, traffic was really bad around the area.

The location was close to the airport, which was nice because we were tired when we arrived and Manila traffic can be so crazy. The condo was cute and had everything we needed for our first few nights in the Philippines. Super minor but it would be nice if the location drinking water for guests. We had Grab and so had some delivered, but most foreigners won't have Grab and there isn't a store nearby.

• Paul (10/5): Nice little apartment in a quiet, safe complex - Great little apartment with good air con and even better WiFi At present it’s quite a walk from the road to the building and Google maps doesn’t know where it is, but that will change once the work has been completed. It takes about 2 hours to get into central Manila by jeepney and LRT, about an hour by taxi.
• Sani (10/5): Exceptional - The room is nice and brand new with a very nice view of the bay. All facilities are available even a coffee machine and laundry machine. We took 2 bedrooms which were perfectly fit for 3 people. The owner is sooo nice and helpful as she is always in contact via WhatsApp.. She even offered us to stay in another room after checkout as our flight is in the evening. The airport is 10km away so, u can call grab car to pick up and go by express way that directly reaches the airport in 25.mins. -The location is a bit far from the city center of manila. But the town where the room is located has malls and fast food restaurants. You can easily order the delivery food via grab. -Unluckily that the swimming pool isn't operated yet.If not it will be an excellent place to relax while staying there. - even if the coffee machine is available, but only 1 coffee capsule is prepared, the rest are instant coffee. As we stayed there for 2 days with 3 people, it will be better if coffee capsules or instant coffee are available for the staying dates.
